I ordered flowers from Bloomex for a birthday surprise for my fiancé, and it turned into a complete disaster.
They delivered to the wrong address and then refused to take responsibility. It took me two full days of back-and-forth emails and providing proof (which they themselves had sent me) to convince them of their mistake. Their customer service was unbelievably poor—unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly trying to shift the blame.
To make matters worse, they re-delivered two days later, even though I had explicitly asked them not to. The surprise was ruined, and they tried to cheat by altering the original delivery address to make it look like I was at fault. Thankfully, I had a copy of the original confirmation email showing the correct address, which exposed their dishonesty.
Do NOT buy from Bloomex. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They ruined a special moment and tried to cover it up instead of making it right.
Recommendation: Do not buy from them!
