I come to the center on fm 1960 in Houston tx. I was supposed to receive $100, I only received $20. They've been giving me the run around for 2 hours and they're not busy. They said my $100 expired, but last time I came I was promised $100. BioLife Plasma Services Discriminated against

Hi my name is joshua I fill I was discriminated against all because I have an ankle monitor on from the police I was on my 6 donation when 1 one manager saw I explained to them why I had it on i didn't break any of the rules i was never in jail or locked up any were for 72hr i got this put on all the way back in September and I was only held for 12 to 24 hrs in ur rules it says 72 he or longer when I told her that she says me having this on counts like I'm incarcerated that's not right I only had 2 donation left for my 8 all because she thinks im some kinda for criminal I am not a criminal this was wrong of her to do all i want is my last 2 donation thank u

BioLife Plasma Services Broken heart rate machine

The biolife in Casper wy, has a broken heart rate machine that is reading higher than normal. Causing people to not be able to donate. It has been tested and proven to be wrong on multiple occasions. Yet no one at the facility has made any progress into fixing this issue.

BioLife Plasma Services BioLife Tempe

I have been going to BioLife Tempe for over two years now, and I can't tell you how many times I have arrived for a scheduled appointment only for them to tell me my protein test was abnormal from the previous visit, or I was due for a physical. The thing is, each time I was able to schedule a donation appointment through the app without any barriers, so how was I to know I needed a protein test or a physical? Shouldn't the app be intuitive enough to inform patients of any alerts that would prevent them from donating, and advise the patient to call in for the next steps? The app literally lets you schedule appointments without regard for any follow-up testing needed, and unnecessarily creates a situation where a patient comes in, only to be told they need to come back at another time. Why can't that logic be programmed into the app for god's sake? The app is literally the bane of my existence.

I already filled a complaint of sorts on the BioLife website. I would like to discuss my endeavor with a person in a position of authority because I feel like the manager's and nurse's treatment of me was argumentative, callous, caustic, dismissive, rude, unapologetic, unfair, and unjust. I would like to have consequences dealt out to them in an appropriate way. Opposite of how it should be.

If you apply a coupon code it takes away everything else you are supposed to receive. In example the frequency pay. And 2nd donation of the week bonus which is higher then the coupon bonus. And if you talk to a member of management, they will not accept it, or they will say they can take it away as a threat. BioLife Plasma Services Payment

On November 3, 2021 I started my 8 donation process for $800 program. During this time I was sick for a week, unable to donate. I e-mailed biolife regarding this matter and asked for an extension due to my illness. I never received an e-mail or phone call in response. I then went to donate on 12/3 and left with 2 hematomas in both arms and could not finish my 8 visits for 2 weeks due to my healing. On the 8th donation I received $20 only. My total compensation for 8 visits equals $700, $100 short of what I was promised. I was honest and did not donate when I was sick. I went to the clinic and have paperwork for this visit. I have pictures of my hematomas. I do not want to cause problems but I may have to warn people about these problems I have had with this company. I called the actual donation location and did not get anywhere with this. I have e-Mailed the company twice, called location and left a message. No word back

BioLife Plasma Services Manipulating Bonuses

I sent the following email 3 times without even a response:

his is email number three without a response. I am sitting, waiting for my donation to be taken as I write. (At the Towson location) It is 1:16 pm. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived on time. This is a trending situation: 3 of the last five donations, I have waited 40 minutes just to start. Two of the donors surrounding me completed their surveys and physicals after me but are ahead of me. It's as if there is no rhyme or reason to the order in which donors are serviced.

Now I'll move on to the gist of my complaint: as the result of Christmas falling on Saturday last week and the previous week's outage ( and having been turned away), my $100 bonus for 2nd weekly donation expired. It should have been adjusted, extending it by an extra two days. Additionally, it is mathematically impossible for me to collect my recurring donation of $50, expiring 12/31. Again, it should have been extended, but it wasn't even though I sent a previous email requesting it. I expect an email shortly with a $100 bonus and an extension of my $50 frequent donor bonus.

On my last two visits, I requested to speak to a manager before leaving. None were available; I waited and waited. Finally, I got a supervisor who didn't seem to grasp the issue at today's visit, telling me, "we have no control of what day Christmas falls." Preposterous!. You do have control of the expiration dates!

I expect you to honor these bonuses'. If I do get a reasonable resolution, I will be filing a formal complaint with The Federal Trade Commission. You must have saved a ton in expired bonuses between the outage and Christmas falling on Saturday. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt, and especially since the staff at Bioplasma was typically professional. Still, my interaction lately has been met with an entirely incompetent and unprofessional response. For example, when I asked a staff member for an accurate email address for customer service this morning, I was told to call back tomorrow.

I would highly recommend you avoid donating plasma at Biolife of Tukwilla. They are butchers. I've attached pics of what they've done to my wife's arms. This isn't just a once in a while issue. BioLife Plasma Services Wait time/ Order

Hello! I've been a donor for a week and have had the chance to talk to multiple people who donate at this facility as well. However, based on review this isn't just a one facility issue it's a corporation issue. I think I speak for everyone when we are aware that these things do take some time, however, people have jobs they have to get to and it would be a lot less stressful on your workers as well as your donors if this process was more organized. Something needs to be put in place where donors can check their temperature, (1) fill out computer questionnaire, (2) vitals checked (3) donate. I say this because the order a lot of the time is confusing and no one knows where to go each time. Secondly, there's way too many people allowed in one time slot which causes around 20 people waiting to donate at the same time. The best solution would be either the corporation needs to open another day or pay individuals for the extra time we are forced to wait. A must is there needs to be an application online which allows only 3 people at a time frame for at least 30 minutes in between. Would love to help Biolife set this up. Thanks !

BioLife Plasma Services coupon code number not put in correctly for compensation

To whom it may concern,
The Biolife at Pat booker rd in. universal city, Texas, 78148. I did a total of donations the following dates (12/04, 12/06, 12/12, 12/14) and the amounts that I was supposed to be paid were 90, 90, 90, 100, 100, 110, 110, 110 but the problem is that the location signed me up with the wrong coupon code and I have not been paid those amounts at all . They reassured me that it would be corrected and it is well documented as well. To this day it has not been corrected and I then proceeded to call back n was told that code 670-2009 was correctly put in but once again the pay doesn't match what i was promised.
