I have been donating plasma for years in Las Vegas NV, yet I just moved to Visalia Can and since I came to Biolife here I found out they don't give coupons for any extra money. If they do, they only give you 3 or 4 days before it expires and sometimes will not honor it at all. They got me to come donate after not donating in a month by sending me a coupon. When I came to use it the first day, thought manager gave me the extra money and then told me to let management know on my next visit. However, I got a really rude lady, and she flat out refused to pay me for it. Of course It's because they need a second donation the same week in order to use the first one and since I already donated she refused to pay me. I will never donate plasma again unless Octapharma opens, because they pay way more anyway!
Claimed loss: $20 would have not donated if i knew they weren't going to pay me now i will get my family and friends to stop donating as well
Desired outcome: Honor what they say they are going to instead of lying!!! It was only $20 on the thousands they are getting paid for our donations

Here's what you need to do: stop wasting your time with BioLife and their inconsistent policies. Switch to Octapharma or another plasma donation center that respects your time and compensates you fairly. Make sure to share your experience publicly to warn others and put pressure on BioLife to change their practices. Your time and effort deserve better compensation and respect. Don't settle for less.
