Truist bank hides behind a voicemail system and people who read the same bs statement over & over - they have no authority to speak on the matter but yet this is the extension that deals with this stuff.
And had to call Port Charlotte brank (THANK YOU!) - this maybe the diamond in the rough at Truist) - they answer their phone live time and contacted Janet over in PG branch who has been less than helpful with regards to my situation to date, because she apparently does not reply to her voicemails nor requests when speaking to her in person.
Recommendation: LEAVE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
