Bank of America review: Only one verification deposit left me stuck on hold

I had to call to have my bank payment updated to pay my credit card bill. Prior to that I was on hold for ages after having to listen to robot repeat the same questions over and over no matter what I said it asked "do you want to make a payment?". When I did finally get through they told me they would put two small deposits into my new bank account to verify the account. Next day I look at my bank and see only one deposit in there. Completely useless and incompetent. I can't verify my account.I call back in and had to listen to the robot again using every tactic to not put me through to a real person. Repetitive answers over and over. I finally got put on hold and have been on hold for an hour. I am staying on hold just to see how long this will take. I also know when I do finally speak to someone they will still not be able to help or do the deposits correctly. The worse customer service ever. Once my card is paid off I will never deal with this company again.
