Bank of America my home mortgage

I need you to review all the loan modification documents you had me sign, something is wrong, my balance keeps going UP not down. You told me to go to your attprney and pay a $10, 000 cashiers check, which I did. Then they made me sign a stipulation agreement, which I did, and they notarized it. THen I made my payments on time, and they kept returning them. Could not get a hold of anyone at the law firm Marshall & Watson or anyone at the bank...I sent faxes, emails, sent certified letters and Federal Express letters. No one called me. Please HELP me, loan #[protected].

Bank of America credit card bank of america

1. We wanted to talk to someone about a disputed transaction. I then realized that there is no way to contact cardholder services over the weekend. Seriously? What, business stops because it's over a weekend? Very poor service. TD Bank is open on SUNDAYS.
2. On the Monday I spoke to an associate who processed our claim and told me to send supporting information to an email address - incoming mail only. I had to register with password etc to even gain access. Ridiculous. Talk about personal service? I gathered the information and tried repeatedly to send the file on the following Friday. It was refused. I tried to call but wait! It's the weekend again. Last Monday was a holiday so here I am on Tuesday wasting my precious time trying to speak to someone to get the information to you for this claim. Wait time 39mins so far. YES, 39 minutes. And this is a BUSINESS card. Had you simply given me a persons email address and a case number I could be on my way right now. And your phone lines wouldn't be clogged up. This is NOT customer centered service despite what you people are trying to tell yourselves.
I'm still on hold...Margit Price

Bank of America checking account

I am a bankofamerica customer from 2009 onwards. From jan2109 onwards I am seeing monthly maintenance fee on my checking account, it was never charged before even though I was not maintaining the amount they are saying I was suppose to maintain, as far as I know there was no rule to maintain minimum balance when I opened the account. From past 5 months trying to find what has changed in my account that suddenly they started charging, they are not giving any answer but they are keep on charging on my account and they are not waiving fee also. I am afraid that if I close the account I will never get to know what happened. I am kind of locked situation not sure what to do.

Bank of America accounts specialist lie to people

Bank of america is the worst company in the world. I opened a savings and checking account, deposited my payroll check, they then promptly locked said account so I was unable to draw any money from my account. This being a friday night and after "business hours" there was no one in the office at customer non-service. The next day I went into the financial center to have the lock removed and was told I could not have any money because there was a hold on my deposited check and I would have to wait till it cleared.
On monday I called customer service to see what the hold was for and they really had no answers for me. Now the one person I talked to who seemed like he actually cared about my situation, was able to give me a 100 dollar loan so that I was able to provide something for my family until the check cleared (he was probably fired for having a heart). Now we come to wednesday, I placed another call to customer, theres no way in hell we are gonna give you, service, where I was told that my account was closed by them because of a business decision (what ever the hell that means) and I would not have access to the account. What? I then asked well can I go pick up the funds at the financial center, to which the very rude rep on the phone replied, " no because my payroll check had not cleared. I, being the skeptic I am, quickly placed a call to my employer where she then called her bank to find out that my check, that allegedly had not cleared, was cashed on monday, again what? I believe I was just told by the, we dont care about our, customers service rep that it hadn't. Lies
The following wednesday I placed another call to bull * of america and asked if my check had been mailed out and the paid liar on the phone said yes it was mailed this morning, I said thank you and hung up.
On the next monday, I rushed to the mailbox, like a kid rushing to open his presents on christmas morning, to fetch my beloved check from that dusty ole tin can, only to find, yep, you guessed it, no check. Ok now I am getting a little upset and I head off to work, and on tuesday I go into the financial center once again and the obviously over payed desk jockey makes a call to see if he can do anything, in which they reply no, great. And that brings us to today, wednesday again, and to my not so amazement no check. I pick up my poor abused cell phone and place another call, and find out that it was not mailed on last wednesday, lies, that it was mailed out thursday. Whatever. I know this if I mailed a letter to new york from california that swift sucker would be to my awaiting friend in 3 days but I am supposed to believe that the mail runs slower for you, bank of, sure the hell not america. How gullible do you think america really is? So I have now been lied to, pasified, and treated like something I scrap off my shoe at the end of the day, for three weeks and I still dont have my money.in short, you suck, bank of non americans, and to whoever sees this, run, run as fast as you can to some other financial institution, just not this one. One final thing to put to thought,,,,,,,, if I had done this to you it would be called fraud and I would be sitting in a jail cell. Quit frauding the people of america you shameless excuse for a financial institution.

Where is george bailey when you need him?

Signed

Bank of America bank closing down my account!!

I have banked with them for 11 years without issues. Today I went to Walmart and used my account just fine, but when I got home I couldn't log into my bank account, it was like it had vanished. I called because I had no idea what was going on and got sent to some EXTREMELY rude lady who just said that they have made a "business" decision to shut my accounts down without warning and for absolutely no reason. When I'd ask questions she'd just return to her script. She said they do not have to give me a reason as to why they've done it per the agreement I signed when opening the bank account. Not only am I out of state, I am now scrambling because I get a direct deposit in two days, and there's no guarantee I will be able to go to a bank branch here and withdraw my money (mind you I had money in there now already). They put in a request to be able to get my funds from a bank branch instead of waiting on a cashiers check from them. After googling I am seeing so many people have had the same thing happening to them, as recent as yesterday.

What on earth are they doing, and do they realize they're screwing with so many peoples lives?!

Bank of America credit card auto payment

I called in and made a big payment in Jan 2019(was unable to do it on line as the auto payment was already scheduled to be taken out) to bring the account down and there was a schedule payment taken out as per the auto payment agreement. After the scheduled auto payment was paid Bank of American never took any other payments out. So because of that the account was closed and listed as a charge off. Bank of America has never once called or sent a letter about any amount owing. I have called 3 times and have been told #1- because the mailing address could not be verified the auto payments was not made. #2 because it was already a charge off there was nothing they could do. #3 they can not give me a reason why no payments were made after the last one was made in Jan(just an I don't know). #4 the collection agency did not have my phone number but another family member number to call even though Bank of America has my number is how i was made aware of this problem. #5 upon calling Bank of America they were able to locate the account using my phone number and no other numbers were listed on my account.(Don't know how the collection agency had the other number as the bank did not have any other number to call) #6 called to see if they had reviewed my complaint and was told that I was 2 months pass due on my American Express and the amount was 77.71. My card was not an American Express and it was a charge off! so not even the right card but the account number, social security, name all matched up. I have only had this 1 credit card with BOA.
Called today to speak to a manager and he said nothing going to change you owe the money so pay it.. Its a charge off and nobody can change that. So now because BOA did not do the auto payment i have a charge off on my credit and late payment. This is now going to go against my chance of employment in the financing industry which I have work in for 25 years. #1 rule is you can not have any bad credit history or you can be terminated

Bank of America inheritance claim

Dear sir, madam. I have complained before about one of your employees Martin who wrote very unprofessional letter a year ago, yesterday I got another letter from him with lots of mistakes also asked my husband to come to the office to sign the transfer of the inheritance but he signed everything already and it was submitted to my name with the Ministry of work already...so I don't understand why he asks my husband Robert Young to come and sign it again.please Could you kindly look at the letter with numerous grammar mistakes from your employee Martin and take some kind of disciplinary action! Especially I don't like how he typed approved...it's Unacceptable work Practice.
Kind Regards

Julija

Bank of America branch banking

I when to the Edison N.J. branch on Wood ave today 9/18/19 about 9:30 am. One customer in front of me was being helped by one of the Bank of America's teller while the 3 others one of which was the greater standing by the podium doing nothing ! I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could cash a check. There was a line of people about six or seven behind me that had to wait even longer while the three employees were standing around milling around. Why couldn't the door greeter help out and move the line a little bit more quickly to service the people who were standing there . It's just not right to have customers wait around when there are employees available to helpful.

Bank of America closing of credit cards and then told all business account will be closed

We are doing Business in Merced, CA since May 2006 under above corporation and I this morning my employees called me that their Credit Cards are not getting accepted and I was asked to call customer service. When I called I was informed that I should have received some kind of notice ( later telling that it was just sent yesterday and you will receive in few days). We are law abiding citizens and are Officers of above Corporation. We would like to know the reason as it has put us under lot of tension. We are not explained any reason but there must be some reason that we need to know. Our account is in good standing and we are totally surprised. There must be some misinformation or mistake. We need to know the reason for this.

Bank of America putting my check on hold

I been with bank of America for almost a year. I sold my car the other day and after hours I deposited the check from car sales. I wasn't able to get anything out my account nor will I be able to catch up on my bills like I thought I was able too. The only reason I sold my car was to catch up on my bills, but now I'm going to be more behind then ever and might not be able to catch back up after they hold my check for 7days.

Bank of America credit card

After many years of always paying off my BofA credit cards on time and fully, BofA issued me a new card. I could not navigate their convoluted website (indeed, they kept forcing me to change my login info), so could not set up automatic payment as I normally would. Furthermore, their online statements went to spam; I never saw them. After a couple months, I owed about $60 on that new card. Consequently, my original card, which BofA told me I had paid over $50, 000 into over the years, was cancelled by BofA, and the new card, which I owed $60.00 on, was lowered to $500 credit. Adding insult to injury, BofA caused my near perfect credit rating to drop about 150 points. As a wealthy, frugal, senior citizen, I don't buy anything major on credit, so my credit rating is not particularly important to me-- still, there is a principle involved here. I am on an extended holiday touring Asia, so cannot call BofA, and they refuse to deal by internet, so what is a man to do. I cut up my cards, and no longer have them, and BofA expects me to supply my credit card number before they will talk to me. How the Hell can I do that? I closed my BofA accounts and no longer have login info. Now, they say I owe $1.50, but they don't tell me why, or how I can pay it. So, I guess they will lower my credit rating again this month. When I get back home, I will file a formal complaint through my attorney, but meanwhile, what is a man to do?

Bank of America hertz rental charges

I was shocked to learn Bank of America will not honor Hertz Rental Charges - it took me a half day to get the facts after speaking to 3 people. Two of which said flat out Hertz was known for conducting fraud against their customers by over charging? This is ridiculous. After dealing with Hertz for a long time they are the honest most reputable rental car company - I was appalled they were accused of fraud which is why my charge would not go through. Finally after talking to the third person she informed me you have to hold a balance greater than ALL the recurring charges that they place on holds over a 30 day period (even though they do not take money out of your account it is just a hold and then you pay the final charge when you return the car - Hertz is very good with that in being overly helpful in giving discounts etc). So she says even with that - no guarantee the charge will go thru. So we have no control over our own account anymore? I am shocked they can do this to their customers plus put Hertz in that light as well . I am going to another bank.

Bank of America business decision to close out all my bank accounts

On August 21st I checked my account and noticed that it had been over drawn. I quickly called the bank and I filed a complaint. On the 22nd I had a brand new checking and savings account.
On the 25th a guy from the fraudulent department accused me of giving out my username and password to someone.
He said that I violated an agreement Ihad made with Bank of America. I did not give out my username or password. He then told me that he had made a business decision to close out my accounts and that the decision had made final.
I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years.
I have been trying to contact everyone associated with Bank of America to get this decision overturned, but Iha e been told that there's nothing that there's nothing any can do.

Bank of America account was closed for no reason

I applied for a bofa checking account online through their website and was approved, I was then told that I needed to make a deposit in the account in order to receive full access. I should keep in mind that I had already set up my online banking ID, password, and provided all information required; I even went so far as to set up mobile banking as well. The next day after I had gotten approved for an account at bofa, I went to a location and deposited just $20 since they didn't offer temporary cards and I didn't want to have a bunch of money in an account I wouldn't be able to use for a week (the time it took for the card to come in). I have everything set up and ready to go, however, when I go to log in to my online banking account the next day, I'm presented with the error message "No match found. Please create a new Online ID and Passcode." Not sure what this means, I call customer service and after a grueling hour and a half of holds and transfers, I'm transferred to the closure department where the representative then tells me that the account I have has been closed due to suspiciousactivity/mismatch in information. My account hadn't even been active more than a day and it was closed immediately, and now I was told I have to physically go into the bank and provide 2 additional forms of identification in order to open up a completely new account (which won't be happening). To make matter worse, I learned that the address that bofa has on file is incorrect, and because I have no way of changing this because my account is closed, I have no idea how I will get the money I deposited back as they said they would send a cashiers check to the address on file.

Bank of America credit card and checking account closed with no reason.

I had a credit card with Bank of America, I tried to open a checking account with bank using the Bank of America application. As soon as I opened the new account I transferred money from another USA bank to this new account.
Everything was OK, I receive also my ATH debit card. But in two or three days later, they put in on hold a my account for $888, 885.00.
I was scared so I called to the bank and they told me that everything was OK my account will be normal in two or three days more they said.
My surprise was when I received a letter indicating that all my accounts with the bank were closed and the bank indicated that I won't be able to open an account with the bank in the future. They also indicated in the letter that they could report me to the credit Agencies and that I won't be able to open an account in any other banks in five years.
I visited the bank, I called, and also I sent an email but everything was in vain, because everything that they say is that when I try to open the account I accepted the rules, and the rules indicated that the bank can cancel the accounts in any moment without having to give any kind of information to the customers.

How could be this possible I said. They canceled all my accounts and they don't give me at least just the reason.

I think that if you don't have a lot of money, the bank do with you whatever they want to.
