I was involved in a data breach with AT&T. They refused to remove a bogus Internet and home phone account from my wireless bill and refused to remove a bogus email. My data and information has been breached. They are not discreet with how they use customers information at the location and my security level was changed without my knowledge from extra to standard. The reps are not transparent with the fees that that is closed when selling you a new contract.

I attach the wrong pictures if you need better photos, please let me know. I was trying to show the bogus email account attached to my wireless bill. I’m unable to remove it without losing access to my account which is ridiculous and absurd. Also, I tried to do a screenshot of the Internet and home phone. That’s also linked to my wireless bill which shouldn’t be because I only have a wireless bill with AT&T ever since the data breach. These two pieces of information have been showing on my account and are probably linked to the person who is involved in the data breach, trying to hack into my information and get payments from me.
