Well it start about a year ago , July 2022 when I agreed to get full mouth dentures , this meant that the dentist was goin to pull all my there at once and put temps in til they heal and then they could replace them , that’s what we agree on . And then all I would need to to is return to get some adjustments … before he start I mention that I didn’t want small dentures and I wanted the best ones you have under the best warranty … well that didn’t happen either …
After pulling all my teeth , he sent me home with a month full of gauze and told me to come back in a couple of days to fit the temps…
So I got the top temps 3 days later , which constantly hurt it took almost 4 months before he put the bottom temps in which didn’t fit at all, because the healing process made it where there was nothing to grip onto, so no we move onto today or this time here later or night in the yearly or six months ago when I got my permanent teeth a permanent dentures, he said that they would they would stick to the gums . bottoms don’t stick. to the all teeth are small they flare out can’t really eat … so then they never did stick , never fit right he said this is it , any more adjustments and I’ll cost me for new ones and I don’t understand because I I spent so much money on his teeth hurt I can’t I can’t go out in public. I can’t do it today. I’m really upset and I can’t talk to the doctor and cause I am the problem now, so I don’t know what to do… the office manager is mean and very disrespectful and walks smelling like smoke… help !

Front teeth crown broke off and I never had a fit on the partials they made and they broke
Started with Aspen Dental in 2019. I was given a dental plan that cost $7000. It was paid in full from the start. It was a gift from my sister because she noticed I never smile with my teeth. A once in a lifetime gift. About the 2nd month into the plan I started having problems with the Dentists work. It was not holding together. The partials they made did not work for me. The top one never fit right. The bottom one broke all together. I still have half of it that I use so at least I have bottom teeth. Every time I sneeze or sometimes just talking it falls out. It’s completely humiliating and embarrassing. So up top I have one tooth in the front and a little nub of a tooth from having work done where the crown was. I have asked them to fix this and they won’t. They wrote up another $14,000 plan to fix everything again. I turned them down of course. Every time I have called about this and someone was supposed to be calling me back about all of this, they never returned the call. To make a long journey short, today I spoke with 2 different women on the phone and they proceeded to tell me they aren’t going to refund my money. I want to take them to court and make them refund my money. In the mean time I’m walking around with the ugliest smike you’d ever see.
Desired outcome: Every penny I paid them I want back and an apology for their lack of care.

I had purchased a complete upper denture and a partial lower one on 08/24/2022. I had to have 11 teeth extracted. The charge per tooth was $362.00 each making the extractions total $3,982.00
To extract all 11 teeth, it took 35 minutes. After investigating further this cost was much higher than you usually charge. I had no surgery, and this is my only complaint. Could you look into this and see if a mistake occurred?
Desired outcome: I would like to have a price change made for the extractions

The dentures I received are unfinished. One side of the denture was shaped to fit correctly and the other side was not. There is a huge chunk of the gum plastic that goes all the way to the base of my tongue. There are burrs along the edges. About my dental and money
I went to Aspen Dental Christiansburg, Va. I started with them in June 2023, they reseldule me 4 times and when I did get the appointment all was talkes about was money they got me intouch with this loan company and then they said I was. I aproved for the money and I also have insurance with Aenta and so after a period of time I got my top teeth pulled and got top dentures my right side of my face was really bruised then they told to come back in a week and they wiuld do the b ottom I went back for appoitment on Sept. 1/2023 then I waited in this room for 45 mintues then they told me I would have to wait until I payed my bill down well I mad. I came home and called my insurance company they told me I had a thousand dollars from them then I called the loan company they told me I had 3500 from them, Apen Dential told to wait until I payed on this loan which was a lie. I almost had a stroke because of this I have cronic kidney dieade plus diabetes and lost parkinson. The owner told me also I needed permission from my family doctor which they got on my first visit with them this has really upset my whole well being
Wont give me my refund
