Aspen Dental

On 10/12/23 I had an appointment with Aspen Dental in Lake City, FL

The Dr. and the young ladies that assisted him, especially Asley she talked to that made me feel comfortable.

On 10/16/23 I had some problems with swelling, I call the emergency # and were told they would contact the Dr. I call the dentist office to see if the Dr. had sent a prescription. I couldn't get thru, after about 10 tries I went to the dentist office talked with the receptionist (Destiny) she me told the prescription had been sent to CVS when I got to CVS, was told they had not received it. I went back to Aspen stood and waited while she was on the phone which took a while.

She never acknowledged my being there, I finally asked one of the other ladies if the office manager was available Destiny jumped in and said she's coming, after about 15 more minutes the office manager who was sitting within hearing range came to talk with me, I assured her I will be doing a survey.
