I paid 21,000 for my surgery. I paid 2500 for the denture. My purchase made Dec. 2019.

my surgery was done mar or may of 2020..

After 7 months of healing a denture was made.

It did not fit would not stay in.After 20 or so visits,teeth still will not stay in. Aspen made me another one which took about 10 more visits it is now 2022. For one year denture was ok not perfect but ok. Now in 2024 it is flopping around in my mouth.I sent them 2 emails with no response. I just want what I paid for and I can get no help from aspen.

Ok, My wife had all her remaining teeth removed from her mouth this Friday afternoon. She was the last one in the office before closing and when she came out she couldn't talk. For the cotton packing in her mouth and the pain she was in. She wrote on a paper for me to ask about her pain medicine prescription. And I was told as the employee was locking the door that it was being called in to the pharmacy right away. However the pharmacy never got the prescription from aspen dental. The pharmacy told us it might take a while to get in the system. So we went home so she could lay down and I would go back out to pick up her medicine. But after a couple of hours still no meds. So then I called the after hours emergency number and had to wait for another hour for them to reply. When they finally did they said to take some Tylenol for the pain. They couldn't call in prescription pain medication over the phone. So now we are going to the ER for she is still moaning in extreme pain. This is equivalent to torture and just not right at all to do to anyone.
