I was charged for a permanent bridge which I wouldn't receive for 4 to 6 months.I called and asked for a refund telling them I didn't want the permanent bridge.They said I have to come in. That is ridiculous ! Then I had a temporary bridge and I just didn't like the feel of it in my mouth.I said I didn't like the feel if the bridge in my mouth just uncomfortable I asked for a refund they said to come in for an adjustment.I said why I just didn't like the feel of the bridge.
Desired outcome: Like a refund on permanent bridge wich I haven't got and refund of temporary bridge which I just didn't like the feel in my mouth.
