2/18/2025 in the Aspen Clinic in Brighton mi 48116. I was scheduled for 2 Extraction at 730am sedated. Went home with instruction to start my bloods thinners right away. I did. By midday my throat started feeling funny. I called the office twice for help. Recording please leave a message then hang up. Early evening I was struggling to breath. I called a ambulance. As soon as I layed down on the gurney I lost my airway. I was then intabated for 3 days. I live alone. I would have died

Desired outcome: Somebody to take responsibility for this event that should have never happened. My face will never be the same. I am left with a large deficient in lower jaw due to trama. VERY traumatic for myself and family.

I had 2 extractions in the Brighton Mi 48116 office. Appointment was 730am under sedation. I started to feel something in my throat. I called the office twice. when I called it told me to leave a voice mail message then it would hang up. I ended up later in the day calling ambulance I couldn't breath. I got on the gurney and lost my airway. Then intubated for 3 days.
