I had an appointment for january 7 2022 at 2:00pm at the angola indiana office that was made 6 months prior at my last appointment. Upon arriving before my scheduled time I called to notify them that I was there waiting in their parking lot as per their safety protocol. I was then informed that the hygenist had covid and my appointment was cancelled. They claim they tried to contact me by text and then by phone at 10:30 am although nothing was on my phone apperantly they cant leave a message if they did try to contact me (which I am sure is a lie) so I took 3 hours from work and over an hour drive for nothing.

Desired outcome: ADMIT YOU NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME INSTEAD OF LYING TO ME
