So a few years ago I was involved in a incident where my front teeth where knocked out. I've been using a partial denture but there are so fragile be and very costly! For years I've never been able to really smile and have confidence. I came across TruSmile veneers on Amazon I think, read the reviews, and decided to give a try. I was kinda skeptical as to how they would be able to pull off making veneers for 3 missing front teeth but they did! The wait was worth it and I got my smile back. When I first got them I was amazed at how natural they look and no one can tell their veneers! My confidence is through the roof and I'm am very thankful for TruSmile... they gave me my life back!

Years of acid reflux resulted in worn email and chipped teeth. I purchased both upper and lower veneers and had a really good experience with the entire process. I received the kit and prepared my molds as instructed. CustomerCare asked for pics of both upper and lower teeth molds to ensure I had properly done them. They also had me send photos of my teeth as is. I sent my molds in in the package provide and eagerly awaited. I'm very pleased with results. I'd recommend going with the the white and not the Hollywood white as mine were super white and I feel like any whiter would be too fake looking. They take a bit to get used to speaking so I recommend wearing as much as you can to practice.

True smile veneers have been so helpful for me I went to so many different places we're trying to just come up with a quick fix on getting something for my teeth because the alternative is way more expensive and couldn't get help anyway and I happened to come across true smile veneers by just watching a simple video on YouTube and it was the best video I could have clicked on I did all the research I could and then contacted the company everything went smoothly everything was very easy nothing was complicated the only downside to dealing with true smile veneers is having to wait for your new smile in the mail but other than that I would recommend it to anyone who needs a quick fix to a permanent problem

I have a few missing teeth that I'm saving up for surgery for. My dentist plan on doing some implants and a few single veneers to give me a fresh new smile. I ordered trusmile to cover up my bad smile while i save up and OMG! Best decision ever! It really boosts your confidence! Sometimes i think do i even want to fix my teeth when everybody already thinks their fixed with the trusmile lol Im actually ordering another set because I'm almost finished saving for my surgery but i want a 2nd set just in case anything goes wrong! They are soooooo pretty when you get them! I was like omg it looks like i got the surgery already lol i would recommend them to ANYBODY who wants a new smile. If i had millions I'd even endorse them! They are the BEST

I was in dire need of a quick fix to my problem that I was having with my teeth. I had been researching TruSmile for a while and with my daughters wedding, I had to get them. The level of satisfactory that I got from them is pass what I can explain. The level of confidence that I have regained from wearing them is also pass expected. The price was well worth the buy, which I'm a HUGE fan of. You just don't really find many products worth buying anymore. Well... I ordered an extra set cause I DO NOT want to be in any situation where I can't have them when I need to wear them. P.S. The costumer service is amazing. Another quality that is missing from a lot of companies these days. Too many. TrySmile is in my contacts cause as long as they stay the same... I WILL be a life time costumer.

I've never worked with a company that truly puts their customers first until I came in contact with TruSmile. From day 1 they have been nothing but kind and extremely helpful. I had trouble getting my impressions correct so one of the assistants offered to FaceTime with me to make sure I got them perfectly done! ( Impressions were accepted after this ) Communication is A1 even during this pandemic which a lot of companies use as an excuse. Quality of the veneers is amazing people tell me I have a "perfect smile" which is something I've always dreamed of! My veneers look natural and not bulky and they are so beautifully white without being over the top. After having a childhood with a poor diet, i ended up having discolored teeth by the time I was in high school. After seeing price tags of full-blown mouth/teeth jobs, I became discouraged and thought the only way to have affordable cosmetics done to my teeth was to fly oversees. That was, of course, until I found out about TruSmile. It's been 7 months since I've had mine and to say my life has changed for the better would be an understatement. Well the product is genius 4 Quick Fix any messed up Grill. It regain your confidence, your smile but, they even brought my personality back out in me. I'm the type that likes to cut up joke around with people smiling and laughing about things the whole time and I just couldn't do that with missing teeth and just everything that comes with broke off teeth and everything. So in the meantime things underneath are still happening and they need to be dealt with because things can get really bad with your teeth and the nerves that are in teeth. So I think with the combination of the veneers and maintaining your saying the dentist and handling the teeth underneath it's a good feeling and you don't have to walk around with gaps and the rot or anything else it may be keeping you from smiling. So with that said I also think did the two or three years veneers are supposed to hold up as long as you're taking care of properly is a great time limit for the fact that you should be handling what needed to be handled in your mouth along the way and that's a good window time frame 4 handling beautiness tree work in the meantime veneers I keeping you confident and happy...

I'm so excited about choosing to go with true smile veneers! I have always hated my smile because I've always had a very noticeable gap. I went through another company originally and was very disappointed with the outcome. After spending thousands of dollars I was left with a product that you could actually buy in a costume store. I was so happy through it all that my husband supported me and always wanted to help me achieve my goal of having a better smile I decided to go with true smile veneers and I was so happy with a customer service with the shipping process. The fact that even when I messed up my first couple impressions they sent me additional impressions at no charge I finally got my impressions back and I was completely blown away. The confidence that I have when I put my veneers on makes me so happy. Now I have an amazing smile and it is just wonderful it's everything that I want it everything that I was looking for. And I couldn't be happier.I really love this company and can't say anything bad about them they have been extremely patient with me through the process of making my impressions as well as sending me multiple impression kits just to help me get it right . Calcium depletion began taking my teeth before my parathyroid surgery. That and general aging. Dentistry was not an easy experience--I have a texture-sensitive gag reflex and the process triggered my neurodivergent sensitivities to sound and movement up close. I am totally sedated to get any procedure. Even afterward, wearing my top partial and bonded front teeth never became comfortable. This wasn't a big deal for me until the world went virtual. I realized that my front top teeth and side gaps were actually visible on live streams for teaching and meetings. #panic I started researching clip-on veneers because I could not schedule sedated dentistry during the pandemic quarantine unless it was an emergency. I was told my request was cosmetic. In looking at the snap-on veneers, I studied youtube reviews and considered star reviews on other platforms. On a lisp and a prayer, LOL, I invested in TruSmileVeneers. Within weeks I received my impression kit--and proceeded to bungle them up because I could not stop gagging. They emailed me that the veneers could not be produced, told me to order another impression kit (very minimal charge), and to schedule a video conference with them to walk me through the process. Voila! The young lady was so patient and calming, stayed on the video with me until I made all of the impressions. These were acceptable and I received the veneers. I went for the off-white ones to match my natural teeth and they are perfect. Due to COVID protocols, I think it took a month for me to receive my uppers. They snapped in--just like on the youtube reviewers! Surprisingly, I only lisped for a day or two and even that was barely noticeable on camera. What I didn't do was gag! My upper dentures, no matter how many adjustments were made, made me gag so much while talking that I only wear them for eating! Now, with my veneers, I swap them out for a great smile on camera while teaching and meeting. Such an immense aesthetic improvement. The carrying case is so discrete that I am able to swap between dentures and veneers as easily as reapplying make-up when I excuse me to the ladies' room. It comes with a mirror and is the size of a compact. I think I am going to bling it out just for cuteness. However, the BEST part of this process has been Customer Service. They ask for 72 hours to reply. I received confirmations and process emails regularly and replies in less than 24 hours. Their ethos must certainly be to change lives one smile at a time. Per their website they offer 100% guarantee but they didn't deliver. Also, when I called to request a refund , they should have processed it immediately but stalled hence the reason I contacted American Express to assist with the refund since I NEVER got the product ordered, this is after I used the video link they sent me to properly take mold impressions. AMerican Express representative informed me the return would be process so I was satisfied with not constantly contacting the company, if I had known otherwise, I would have called and emailed them repeatedly.

They need to send my refund and honor their 100% guarantee as advertised on their website.

Trusmile had no basis for rejecting the impression and this is a fraudulent way they try to scam unsuspecting individuals. I made two sets of impressions using their video guide. They wanted me to pay additional after "rejecting". Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I was sent a pair that broke because they did not fit from the start and want a replacement or refund they demand that I give them a 5 star review to replace a product that doesn't fit correctly. I paid close to 500 dollars for something that doesn't fit and broke upon trying to fit it.
