I recently bought a sofa and love seat from Ashley. When they were delivered the delivery guys dropped the sofa when taking it out of the box. The sofa has never sat correctly. I called the customer service department and requested that someone come look at it. It took a few weeks to get someone out. He ordered the parts he thought were needed, however when the repair man came out that is not what was needed. I need the cushions replaced. They have now been order, (I will wait to see if they actually get the right ones). I have tried to talk to someone in their corporate offices since their customer service people are useless. I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture and suggest no one else does. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Recommendation: Not if they were the last furniture company on the face of this earth.
