Tempurpedic bed
Thursday September 29,2022 financed on a bed . The same night I had got a call I lost a family member. I called Friday not even 24hrs and they say I can’t cancel. Well one I didn’t get to read because the lady was clicking stuff and say just sign . Neither here or there how can I not get a refund and be responsible of a product if I will not be in tx? Spoke with the lady that did the app Anna or onna whatever her name is . She is rude and said it’s nothing that can be done . I continued to explain and she said well it’s nothing I can do. Asked for a manager and no one came . Anna the one that did the app also was telling me basically find someone to get the bed . How they handle things when it comes to crisis are really insane . You can’t control a death or anything. Very disappointed in the service.
Desired outcome: Id like a full refund and not be responsible of anything.

First of all the lady that was doing the application was rude as hell the manager as rude as hell. I had a death in my family, so I canceled the bed the next day because I’m no longer going to be in Texas and they refused to give me my money back like that’s ridiculous. I don’t get it. How can I pay for a bad day I’m not even gonna get. This happened in the Killeen location.

If I could give a zero or even negative stars I would. Their furniture is not what they show. We ordered an entertainment center. Did not get what we "custom" ordered. They went to a cheap store or used store and got something different. We know this because the TAGS were still on it! Delivered it to us and when we complained they said no refund we will...
