I purchased a reclining sofa.. I added the warranty on as I usually do with all of the products I get from you guys.. I was also told by opening a card I would have twelve months interest free.. I got a tear in my sofa, and they said my warranty was not on there.. I then got charged interest because the lady mistakenly told me twelve months instead of six months.. They said they would try and work with me.. They said I could repurchase the same sofa with a discount.. With not many options I said okay.. The delivery was set for April 15th.. I made sure I got rid of my old sofa so that the new one could come in.. Well the delivery never came, they apologized Said they can get it sent to me in four weeks.. That was a whole Months without anything to sit on.. Then I got the sofa and it was not electronically reclining.. I have very bad knees and cannot manually close a recliner.. When calling the store, they said they sent that one instead because they no longer had the electronic one.. I've purchased a lot of items for you guys when buying my new home and I am extremely disgusted with the situation over this couch.. it's cost me alot to repurchase because of the lady not putting warranty on .. alot if money for I Teresa because same lady told me 12 months and I ended up with a couch I cannot use. Desired outcome: I want money back for sofa or electronic one. I don't want another sofa as 8 also purchesed love seat and my whole living room matches decor to this sofa
