I have a bedroom set delivered on November 17, 2009. Upon delivery, the headboard was cracked and sent back, they try have tried to deliver this headboard 5 times and still cracked and all your company wants to give me is a credit for 120.00. I am truly upset with your company and the way this situation is being handled. I have spoken to Michelle and she informed me that her hands are tied, and I truly understand that. However, I am not satisfied with this and I do not think I will be purchasing anything from your company again. I would really like a corporate manager to contact me as soon as possible. [protected].
