Polywood Furniture Polywood Furniture: Frustrating Payment System & Customer Service

I was totally jazzed to get my hands on some of that Polywood Furniture swag, but let me tell you, the struggle has been real! For starters, I can't even seem to get that payment system they use, Bolt, to recognize my email address. Apparently it thinks my phone number is my email address, which make no sense at all. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with their customer service? Forget about it. They're like ghosts, man. Disappearing into the ether when you need 'em most.

So now I'm stuck having to checkout as some kind of anonymous guest. And let me ask you, how am I supposed to keep track of my sweet $4,000 furniture order if I don't have a registered account? I mean, I don't want to use PayPal or anything, because if the furniture doesn't show up or it shows up all kinds of messed up, then what? I need that credit card protection, you know. But it's like Polywood just doesn't want my business!

I've been shopping for days on their website, trying to find the perfect dining and lounge furniture for my humble abode, but if this is how they treat their customers before they've even taken the plunge and handed over their hard-earned cash, I shudder to think what kind of customer service I might expect afterward. Honestly, at this point, I'm half-tempted to just say forget it and head over to the local garden center to see what they've got. At least I know they'll take my money with a smile!

Polywood Furniture Disappointing Experience: Delayed Delivery & Poor Customer Service from Polywood Furniture

I wanna talk about my experience with Polywood Furniture. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed, my man. I bought one of their sets on April 3, 2020, you know, I was pumped to get it all set up and ready to go for the summer season. But when everything got delivered, the cushions were missing. Not gonna lie, I was a little annoyed, but I figured, hey, we're in the middle of a pandemic, things are gonna be delayed, right?

So, I tried to be patient, you know? Give them some time to get everything sorted out and shipped out. But after a month had gone by, I was getting antsy. Sent them an email to get an update on what was going on with my cushions. Nothing back, my man. Nada.

So then, I tried their chat feature, hoping to get a little more information. The girl on the other end was just rude, man. Straight up yelled at me and then ended the chat without even trying to help me out. What kind of service is that, right?

Eventually, I did get a couple of emails from them, but they were confusing. One said my cushions were gonna be shipped the second week of June, and the other said they were gonna be shipped the first week of June. Well, guess what? It's now June 13, and I still don't have my cushions. And when I tried emailing them again? Still no response after a week.

It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. I just wanna know if I'm ever gonna get my stuff, you know? If they're having that much trouble getting cushions out to people, maybe they should just let me cancel my order and find them someplace else. I mean, all the other stores seem to be able to get cushions without any issues.

I gotta say, I'm not gonna be buying from Polywood Furniture again. Not after this experience. It feels like they just wanna keep my money and not even bother delivering what I paid for. So, if you're thinking about ordering from them, just be prepared to wait forever and maybe never get your complete order.

Polywood Furniture Terrible Experience with Polywood Furniture: My Order Hasn't Arrived Even After Months

I ordered myself some classy looking white Adirondack chairs from Polywood Furniture way back in April. It was quite a hefty order as I ended up spending over a thousand dollars on it. I was told by the company that my chairs would arrive in a week's time. I awaited eagerly for my coveted chairs.

Days passed and I still hadn't received my package. I decided to call the company and ask about the order. The representatives told me that they were facing some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and my chairs would arrive by the 11th of May. But that never happened. No one even had the decency to inform me about it. A couple of days later, I called them once again and instead of getting a human representative, I was greeted by a recorded message telling me to send an email in case of any inquiries.

I did exactly that and received a response telling me that my chairs will be shipped between 24th to 27th May. Again, no such thing happened which left me frustrated and disappointed. I was tired of waiting for my package and wanted answers. So, I again reached out to them to which they replied saying that they are still trying to track down my order and will let me know as soon as they find out. That was the last time I heard from them.

It's been a while since that email and I have been writing them emails every day but no one seems to respond. Every time I try to call, I am forced to leave a voicemail which hasn't been answered yet. It's starting to look like a dead end for me. I am worried about my money and if I will receive my chairs or not.

This has been a truly terrible experience with Polywood Furniture and I feel cheated as a customer. I would have given them a zero-star rating if I could. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You can never be sure if you'll even receive your order or not.

Polywood Furniture Great Polywood chairs, but poor customer service experience

Got my chairs from Polywood Furniture and they're great! But man, it was a journey to get them. Had to go to the Better Business Bureau and talk to both the manufacturer and distributor multiple times before anyone took action. Posted my thoughts on Facebook and finally caught the attention of Polywood. It was a whole process, tiring and confusing. And to top it off, my account still shows the chairs in production while I got them days ago! What's going on over there? But at the end of the day, I'm happy with my purchase. Would I buy again? Not likely. The product is good, no worries about that. But the whole experience was too much. We're all dealing with COVID, I get that. But that can only go so far as an excuse. Communication is key- I wish someone had just called me!

Polywood Furniture Disappointed with Polywood-Furniture.com: Quality Control and Customer Service Issues

I placed two orders from Polywood-Furniture.com and unfortunately, both arrived with some defects. It was quite frustrating trying to reach their customer service as it took me a lot of time and effort. What's more, I had to go through the burden of assembling the pieces, only to find out that I need to go back and unassemble them because of defects. I was really disappointed with the experience.

I don't think I would recommend this company, unless you're someone who loves spending your time assembling products and contacting companies for replacement parts. It's just too much hassle. I understand that the representatives were very friendly on the phone, but it doesn't really matter when the process itself is so laborious and onerous.

I had an instance where I received a side table that lacked a medallion and despite trying, I couldn't get them to fit. I had to ask for another piece and I'm still waiting for their response. On a separate occasion, I received six barstools where two of the legs were uneven, which meant that after paying someone to assemble them, I had to re-assemble all the pieces again. The whole process was exhausting and time-consuming, and still, I have one barstool that has uneven legs.

Finally, when they delivered my items, they left everything on a 10 foot pallet that I had to figure out how to remove. I asked them several times if they could send someone to pick it up, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, my trash people wouldn't take it, so I had to involve a hauling service to remove it for me.

Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my experience from Polywood-Furniture.com. I think there is much room for improvement particularly in terms of quality control and customer service accessibility. Hopefully, they can address these issues to provide a better service to their customers.

Polywood Furniture Unhappy with Polywood Furniture - Shady Practices and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered some furniture from Polywood Furniture, and I gotta say, it wasn't the smoothest transaction. I called them up to place my order, and I was super specific about what I wanted. Seemed like everything was going swimmingly, and I was excited for my new pieces to arrive on May 22nd.

Fast forward a couple days, and I hadn't heard a peep from Polywood Furniture. No notifications, no tracking info—nada. So I gave them a call to see what was up. Lo and behold, they tell me my delivery got pushed back to the 28th. Well, alright, that's not too bad. But then I found out my shipment hadn't even been sent out yet! Can you believe that? I had to call them just to find out that my order wasn't even on its way. Not cool.

Finally, my furniture arrives. I take it out of the packaging and start assembling the table. Everything seems to be going alright until I flip the table over and—oh no. This is not the table I ordered! They sent me some cheap-looking picnic table that I specifically said I did not want. And to add insult to injury, it's not even the same price as the table I paid for. The set I received is being sold for less than what I paid, and the chairs are too small for the average-sized person. Seriously, my husband calls them "tiny people chairs." Not a great look, Polywood.

But wait, there's more! I noticed something else kinda shady about these chairs. In the photos on the website, there's no visible screw holding the chair back together. Looks nice and seamless, right? Well, in reality, there's an ugly ol' stainless steel screw just chillin' back there. False advertising, anyone? I mean, I went back and looked at all the ads again, and you can't see the screw. They must've airbrushed that mug out, for sure.

Anyway, I'm pretty disappointed in Polywood Furniture as a whole. I tried reaching out to them about all these issues, but I haven't heard back from them in over a week. So, I ended up contacting my credit card company to file a formal complaint. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my time/money, but here we are. Buyer beware, folks.

Polywood Furniture Disappointing Experience with Polywood Furniture: A Detailed Review

So, I wanted to give you guys my two cents about Polywood Furniture. I placed an order a while back for some furniture for my vacation home and let me tell you, it was a bit of a hassle.

I had to wait several months before receiving my products, which was a bummer since I had to be there to sign for it. On top of that, the original delivery date was rescheduled due to weather and delayed even further. I had to pay someone to be there for the final delivery and to my surprise, the pallet was broken and my housekeeper had to help move the furniture around.

But wait, there's more! When I started putting everything together, I realized that the wrong supports were sent for the table. I called customer service and they assured me they would send me a whole leg kit to cover my mistake. However, when I received the package and went back to my vacation home, I discovered that no supports were sent in the leg kit! So, I had to call back.

Next thing I know, I'm still waiting for the right pieces, and they forgot to notify me that the order was being sent to the wrong address. It's been four months since my order and hours of time spent trying to put everything together without the right pieces.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in Polywood Furniture. It's clear they need to buckle down and make sure they are sending the right pieces and double-check orders before sending them out. I would love to recommend them, but until they step up their game, I can't say I had a great experience.

Polywood Furniture Polywood Furniture: Great Outdoor Furniture & Even Better Customer Service

I bought some really dope outdoor furniture from Polywood Furniture, and I was super stoked about it! I ordered two of their Vineyard 60" benches for my backyard because I wanted to vibe out and have all my homies over for some chill hangs. When my order arrived, I was ready to set them up and start living my best life. But, unfortunately, I encountered some issues.

You see, when I unboxed my furniture, I quickly realized that they had sent me the wrong hardware/parts for one of the benches. They had mistakenly included hardware for a Polywood chair instead of one of their benches. Needless to say, things did not go smoothly! One of the screws got stuck in the bench, and now I can't even take it apart. Plus, it's wobbling all over the place, which is not very chill.

The second bench had scratches and was missing its branding insignia on the back, but I wasn't too concerned about that. What bothered me was the faulty bench that was unsafe for my guests. I got in touch with Polywood Furniture's customer service team, and they told me not to worry. They were super cool about it and offered to replace both benches.

Honestly, I was pretty bummed when the order first arrived. But now that I've had a chance to deal with their customer service, my opinion of the company has drastically improved. I would argue that the true measure of a good company is not measured by if things go according to plan, but rather, it's in how they respond when something goes sideways. Polywood Furniture went above and beyond to make things right, and I am grateful for their efforts.

If you're shopping for outdoor furniture, I would definitely recommend checking out Polywood Furniture. Just make sure to double-check that you got all the right hardware before you get into assembly mode!

Polywood Furniture Disappointing Experience with Polywood Furniture: A Warning To Potential Customers

Polywood Furniture has been my supplier for the last six months. I have decided to review my experience so far by outlining a timeline of events in 2020.

On June 15th, I placed an order for two chaises in two different colors. On July 1st, I ordered two side tables in two different colors. On July 13th, I received an email update on order #1, stating that it was expected to be completed between July 28th and August 11th before moving to shipping.

On September 5th, I had not received my first order, and I received an email stating that order #2 was delayed. I opened two support tickets, one for each order, on September 6th. Notably, I opened another support ticket on September 15th to return all items as summer was over by this time.

On September 15th, I received an email stating that order #2 had shipped. On September 17th, I received an email stating that order #1 had shipped. On September 26th, I received an email stating that an RMA would be issued. On October 8th, I received my RMA. I decided to keep one side table and one chaise, so my RMA was only for the remaining side table which I returned.

On October 20th, I received a phone call from Rosie at Polywood, who stated that she would get the one side table credited and work on the RMA for my chaise. On October 26th, Rosie sent me the RMA for the chaise and stated that the table would be credited on October 30th. On October 27th, FedEx picked up the chaise, and on November 5th, I emailed Rosie stating that I had not received credit for the table and asking about the credit for the chaise.

On November 6th, I received an email from Rosie stating that she would check into table credit and asked for the FedEx tracking number of my chaise, which I responded with. On November 9th, I received an email from Rosie stating that credit for the table had been issued on November 8th, and she would check with the receiving team about my chaise.

On November 17th, I sent Rosie an email asking for an update on the chaise, and she replied that she would check with accounting the next day. I sent three more emails on November 20th, 23rd, and December 2nd, asking for updates, to which there was no reply. Eventually, on December 4th, I sent another email asking for an update.

Based on my 30 years of online buying experience, I must state that Polywood's customer service is one of the worst I have encountered. I am guessing that at this point, Rosie has given up and either feels embarrassed to respond or doesn't care. I would like to leave this review to warn other potential customers of my negative experience and advise them to purchase their furniture from another supplier to avoid going through the same ordeal.

Polywood Furniture Polywood Furniture's COVID-19 Response Raises Questions on Delivery Delay and Order Backlog

Polywood Furniture is a company that produces outdoor furniture. Many consumers are currently experiencing a delay in the delivery of their products due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected the operations of several companies. However, the truth about Polywood's operations is questionable. The company's website claims that the delay is due to the pandemic, which has affected their production capacity.

However, it has been revealed that Polywood did not shut down its operations during the pandemic, despite what they claim on their website. The company's headquarters in Syracuse, Indiana, and its plant in North Carolina, remained open during the pandemic. According to Polywood's President, Doug Rassi, COVID-19 didn't slow down their production, and they were not prepared for the sudden surge in demand for their products.

Polywood's business plan did not anticipate the high number of orders, which resulted in a backlog of orders. However, Polywood continued to take new orders, even though they were unable to fulfill their current orders due to the backlog. This has caused frustration among consumers who have placed orders and have had to wait longer than expected for their products to be delivered.

Polywood also advertised "quick ship items" that could be processed and shipped within three to five days, leading many to believe that these items were already made and in stock. However, Polywood later revealed that all their products are "built to order," and they mislead consumers by advertising otherwise.

In their Covid-19 Response, dated 6/9/2020 and updated again on 6/16/2020, Polywood stated that all their products are built to order, and the lead time for delivery is eight weeks. This is a significant delay for consumers who were told that their products would ship within 15 days at the time of placing an order.

Polywood's heavy marketing campaigns have contributed to the problems they are experiencing. They continued to promote their products via technology platforms, even when they knew they would be unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. This resulted in the company being unable to keep up with the demand and has led to the current backlog of orders.

Overall, Polywood would benefit from following best practices by temporarily halting marketing campaigns and new orders until they fulfill their current backlog of orders. This would reduce the frustration of consumers who are currently experiencing long wait times for delivery. Nonetheless, Polywood's products are of high quality and remain popular.

Polywood Furniture Disappointing experience with Polywood Furniture's product and service

I recently had an experience with Polywood Furniture and unfortunately, it did not go well. My family and I bought our dream home just 2 years ago and we decided to invest in some new furniture to match the style and decor of our home. We turned to Polywood Furniture and spent over $12,000 on their products. At first, we were very pleased with our purchase as the furniture looked great and was very comfortable to sit on. However, our satisfaction soon turned into disappointment as a defect in the product became apparent.

The poly material on the backside of our love seat split, causing a huge eyesore and a potential hazard for anyone sitting on it. We immediately called Polywood Furniture, as their products come with a 20-year warranty. However, we were met with terrible service and a complete lack of willingness to rectify the issue with our product. I have been calling them for weeks to try and get a replacement part, but they are refusing to replace it and instead, want to charge us over $200 for the repair.

I have tried to explain to them that the warranty is on the product itself, and not the person who owns it. It's just like a car, which comes with a warranty that is valid regardless of whether or not you sell the car. However, they seem to be completely uninterested in helping us and are doing everything they can to avoid covering the defect in their product. This has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed, especially considering the amount of money we spent on their products.

Overall, I would not recommend Polywood Furniture to anyone looking for new furniture. The product itself may look good and seem comfortable at first, but it's clear that they do not stand behind their products and are unwilling to help their customers when something goes wrong. Their terrible customer service and refusal to honor their warranty has left me incredibly dissatisfied and I will be looking elsewhere for any future furniture purchases.

Polywood Furniture Polywood's Ashley Saved the Day: A Review of my Experience on polywood-furniture.com

So, I just wanted to share my experience with polywood-furniture.com. To be honest, I wasn't too pleased with them at first. I ordered from their website thinking I was buying directly from Polywood itself, but it turns out that it was actually a 3rd party supplier. I didn't know that until I had some issues with my order.

I took to Facebook and wrote a pretty scathing review of the whole situation. Much to my surprise, someone from the actual Polywood facility, Ashley, reached out to me and we started communicating through email. I have to say, she was really helpful and patient with me. She worked hard to help me cancel my order and get my refund.

It did take a little while, from 8/31 to 10/15, for everything to get sorted out, but I'm happy to say that it finally did. I just wanted to give a shout out to Ashley for being so amazing and diligent throughout the process.

For anyone else who is having a tough time with their order or just needs some status updates, I definitely recommend checking out Polywood's Facebook page. They're pretty active on there and can help you out.

Overall, even though it wasn't the smoothest experience, I appreciate Polywood's dedication to their customers and making sure that I was taken care of in the end.

Polywood Furniture Long Wait Times and Poor Service - Our Experience with Polywood Furniture

Polywood Furniture is just one of many options when it comes to poly furniture, but we decided to give them a shot. We placed an order in late winter and unfortunately, it wasn't until the beginning of fall that we finally received our furniture. I mean, they took our money right away, so we were pretty upset about the drawn-out delivery time. To make matters worse, the letter they sent us along with our order —which contained popcorn, by the way— tried to apologize for the delay by saying they hired more staff and opened more production facilities. Yeah, right. We weren't happy, to say the least.

As summer approached, we still didn't have our furniture and to make matters worse, our patio remained incomplete. We really didn't want to miss out on another summer without furniture, so we decided to place another order with Polywood Furniture in February for two more chairs. We received yet another letter letting us know that deliveries are faster now, so we were hopeful. Unfortunately, we were just told that the chairs won't arrive until July. So much for faster delivery, huh?

I mean, sure, the popcorn they sent us was a nice gesture, but it really doesn't make up for the terrible service and the fact that we had to wait so long for our furniture. We wouldn't recommend Polywood Furniture to anyone looking to furnish their patio. We've told our friends and family to look elsewhere for their outdoor furniture needs.

Polywood Furniture Warning: DO NOT BUY from polywood-furniture.com! Horrible customer service and unresponsive

Yo what's up everyone. So I gotta share my thoughts on polywood-furniture.com. They sell some dope furniture that I was really looking forward to buying. I dropped $1000 on their website and they charged my credit card right away, which is like cool, whatever. But the problem was that I never got a response from them after I requested a ship date four times over a three week period. Like, come on guys, answer my emails or phone calls or something!

After three weeks of waiting, they finally gave me a tentative ship date that was four weeks later. That's like seven weeks of waiting for furniture that I already paid for. So I did what any reasonable person would do and requested to cancel my order. But three more weeks went by and all I got was an email saying that they would "contact production and get back to me". Like, really? You're taking my money and not even giving me a date of when I'm gonna get my stuff.

I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website and they're not even listed. Like c'mon, at least be honest with yourself and your customers and don't act like you're accredited when you're not. Luckily, I found out that POLYWOOD FURNITURE is a different company and they're actually responsive. But polywood-furniture.com is a different story. Avoid them if you can!

Polywood Furniture Polywood Furniture Review: Frustrating Quality Control and Assembly Issues

I must say, I have had quite a frustrating experience with Polywood Furniture. Although their customer service is responsive, they seem to have very poor quality control. It's the third time that we have had to request a replacement bench due to various issues. I'm really hoping that the third replacement bench will be satisfactory, but given our previous experiences, I am not very optimistic.

The biggest issue we've faced is with the holes being drilled improperly, making it impossible for the bench to be assembled properly. The first replacement bench was no better, with a staple coming out the back that could potentially cause an injury if leaned against. On top of that, the bench back didn't even fit into its holes properly, and the decorative pieces on the back were completely misaligned with the bench frame.

It's been a real headache trying to deal with this, not to mention frustrating to have to assemble and re-assemble the same bench multiple times. I will say, however, that if they could get their quality control issues sorted out, there is potential for the furniture to be of great quality. But for now, I would not recommend Polywood Furniture unless you're willing to go through the hassle and frustration of assembling and disassembling a faulty product.

Polywood Furniture Disappointing Delivery and Communication Experience with Polywood Furniture

Yo, so I bought some furniture off of Polywood Furniture and let me tell you, the table and chairs I got were pretty nice. But here’s the thing, their shipping time was wack and don’t even get me started on their communication skills. My shipment was on the road for a straight week without anyone even telling me it had shipped. Like, come on guys. Then, it took a full 7 weeks to ship like they said it would. But here’s where it gets even stupider. They wanted to deliver it the next day but I knew I wouldn’t be home until the 19th, so I contacted the delivery company they chose (CEVA Logistics) TWICE via email and phone to tell them about the 19th. They said they could do it but then they left my almost $3000 worth of furniture on the curb in front of my crib on the 18th. Ain’t nobody signed for that mess, they just dipped out. I don’t even know who’s the bigger idiot here, the company that hired CEVA in the first place or the people on the phone who got my messages but still messed up. You know what, next time I’m gonna go somewhere else for my furniture.

Polywood Furniture Review of Polywood-Furniture.com - Lack of Communication and Support

So, I went to polywood-furniture.com to order some chairs for my patio back in June, and I gotta say, things weren't so smooth. First off, I never got any kind of communication from them for a really long time. I tried calling, but they don't even have a customer service phone number cause they were all "overwhelmed." And to top it off, they charged my card before my order was even finished! By the time August rolled around, I was real ticked off. They kept sending me all these 'form letters' but I never got any real answers. I was so fed up, I disputed the charge with my Visa cause I was worried they might go under and take my hard-earned $478 with them!

Then all of a sudden, completely outta nowhere, I get a shipping confirmation email. So, I figured things were finally looking up and I reversed the charge. But then, ten days later, I get a call from some guy in Wisconsin (I mean, I'm on the east coast, what kinda mix-up is that?) saying that he got one of my chairs by mistake! He even sent me a picture of the shipping label that proved it was my order, but with his address on it!

I mean, all in all, everything ended up being alright. The chairs showed up eventually and they were good quality, and all the pieces were there and nothing was broken or anything. But if you're like me and you want a little more communication and support from the folks you're buying from, I'd be real careful ordering from polywood-furniture.com.

Polywood Furniture Disappointed with Polywood Furniture: Pricing may be great, but serious issues with shipping and customer service

So, yeah, I gotta say I'm a little disappointed with Polywood Furniture. Like, don't get me wrong, their pricing is pretty great, but man oh man do they have some serious issues with their shipping and customer service.

I placed an order back in May, and I gotta say, the website is mad confusing. I thought I was buying an in stock product, but turns out that was not the case. Two weeks later, and still no shipping email. So, I hit them up with an email and all they had to say was "COVID". Like... okay, I guess? But still, not the best excuse when people are trying to get their hands on some outdoor furniture.

And here's where things really start to go off the rails. You can't even get in touch with these folks! Phone? Forget about it. Chat? That's only for new orders. So, I'm stuck just shooting off emails into the void, hoping that someone on the other end is reading them.

Long story short, after weeks of waiting and checking in, I finally get told that my order will ship in another 2-4 weeks. Which, like, okay fine, I guess I'll just keep waiting. Except now I find out that they already billed my credit card! What the heck, Polywood Furniture? You can't just charge people and then make them wait for months for their stuff!

So now, over two months in, I decide to reach out again. And would ya look at that, they still haven't shipped my order and they haven't even bothered to respond to me in a week. It's getting to the point where I'm starting to wonder if those recent five star reviews are just shills, you know? 'Cause I can't imagine anyone putting up with this kind of service.

All in all, I'm feeling pretty let down by Polywood Furniture. It's a shame, 'cause their products seem pretty good. But if you can't get anyone to answer the dang phone, what's the point?

Polywood Furniture Warning: Polywood Furniture Takes Forever to Ship and Has Poor Communication

I ordered some furniture from Polywood Furniture (polywood-furniture.com) on July 8th, 2020. According to the website, it should ship out within 3-5 business days, but when I went to check out, I saw a warning that due to Covid, it may take 8-10 weeks. That's quite a long time to wait, especially when the website boasts such a short turnaround time. However, I figured I could handle the wait. Little did I know what I was getting myself into.

Now it's been 10 weeks, and I haven't received any updates about my order. I logged into my account over a week ago to see if I could get any information, but it only said that my order was "in production." That's all well and good, but why hasn't it moved along since then? Are they collecting milk jugs one by one and melting them down to make my furniture? I have no idea since the website is so outdated. They are still promoting Memorial Day sales even though it's long gone, and trying to speak with someone is a pipe dream. You might as well ask for the moon.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder if the whole company is a scam. If I ever receive my order, I'll be sure to update my review. Waiting is fine, but being left in the dark is a completely different story. I'd like to know what's going on with my purchase, and I hope that Polywood Furniture can get their act together and communicate with their customers.

Polywood Furniture Review of Polywood Furniture: Great Product Despite Covid Challenges

I recently had an experience with Polywood Furniture, and I must say, it was quite an interesting one. Firstly, I must give them credit for making an effort to reach out to me, even though I had already left a negative review. A supervisor called me to apologize, and from our conversation, I could tell that they were experiencing some difficulties due to Covid.

It seems that the virus has caused quite a bit of chaos in their operations. They have had an influx of orders, and at the same time, some workers have refused to come to work. This has put a strain on their resources, and they are struggling to keep up. As a result, they have been slow to respond to customer inquiries and have not been able to meet their delivery timelines.

Their website has also been affected by these challenges. They have not been able to keep it up to date, and some of the information on there is inaccurate. However, I must say that they are making an effort to improve their website, and I can see some progress.

Despite all these challenges, I have to say that their product is still great. I have ordered from them before the pandemic, and I was impressed with the quality of their furniture. It is durable and well made, which is why I was willing to give them a chance even though they were struggling.

In conclusion, I would recommend Polywood Furniture to anyone who is patient and willing to give them some time to get things back on track. They are a good company with a great product, and I believe that they will overcome these challenges in due time. So, if you are looking for durable and well-made furniture, give them a try.
