went to arbys #05564 at 347 Milan Ave. Norwalk, Ohio 44857. I ordered 2 double roast beef, 1 classic roast beef, 1 jalapeno poppers, and 1 small crinkle cut fry. I did not receive the classic roast beef even though I paid for it. I was already home and, in my pajamas when I opened the bag and realized I did not receive the sandwich. I did not want to go back out. This is a $5.39 mistake:(

Claimed loss: $5.39

Desired outcome: I would like a coupon for a free sandwich to replace the one I didn't receive, but paid for.

You are not entitled to a coupon. Just return the sandwich and have them give you the correct one.

The mistake could be due to your poor English. You can return it the next day and get a refund, if you cannot afford to eat and want free food, visit a soup kitchen.
