Arby's Discontinue popular products - Ham and side salad

It seems Arbys corporate is completely out-of-touch with their customer base. Their market has always been a healthier adult alternative to burger joints. Yet now they drop the side salad! That was the "last straw" for me, in a string of horrible decisions the past couple years. Before that, they completely drop a long-time popular meat staple, ham! Their best sandwich, the chicken cordon blue, GONE! Along with the hot ham & cheese and ham slider. Whatever happened to "We got the meats"? Yet their online marketing still shows a hog, and still includes ham. But NO ham, no pork on the menu! Outright lies! On top of that, they try to market a deep fried burger! REALLY? An utter disaster! Another horrible decision which shows just how out-of-touch they are with their customer base, which is shrinking by the minute!

Desired outcome: Bring back ham. Bring back the side salad. Then I will be back.

Arby's Side salad

You should offer this healthy choice alternative 😁

We made a side salad with the garnist from our hamburger because we really love to have a side salad with our meal please don’t take the side side off of the menu we really really love it we love coming to Arby’s and eating here the people are really nice and polite they take care of us so please don’t take this side salad off of the menu ever thank you so much we will continue to be coming to your establishment as long as you have a side salad on the menu it’s a definite deterrence for us!

I also forgot to mention that on the menu board above the cashier it says side salad but they told me there’s no Side salad!

Arby's market fresh BLT

got a marketfresh BLT for the second time it was the worst sandwich ever. 4 pcs of bacon 2 on each side of sandwich - this used to be one of the best sandwiches that arbys had. and the $8. and something price. it had way more bacon then it does now.

sorry for spouting off and goodbye arbys forever. we have way too many other sandwich places.

Desired outcome: i would like my $8 back and go buy my own bacon.

Arby's the food

I ordered a smokehouse brisket meal and two beef and chedder sandwiches from the courtland new york store order numberaaaprkvcagfc restaurant #05315 the smokehouse brisket was no more than a small beef and chedder with a gallon of bbq sauce on it the two beef and chedder had about three pieses of beef in them and alot of arbys sauce I called the store and was complaining bad the lady I talked to hung up the phone on me I was upset over the garbage I bought the lady blamed a new trainee I told piss poor excuse somebody should check the orders then she hung up on me

Arby's Ordered through app but restaurant was closed early

Placed an order through the app, when I arrived at restaurant they were closing early due to staffing. Manager told me they couldn’t cancel my order at the store, had to do so online. Have filled out two separate refund requests in the week since explaining the situation, have heard absolutely nothing back. HORRID customer service. Arby’s has permanently lost a customer due to this abysmal handling of this situation.

Arby's The way things were handled. And the way a employee spoke

Went to thorthton Rd June 1st say 130 ordered 2 Arby's 2 chick sliders plain 2 Arby's sliders plain 2 side salad jomacha shake. Sprite. Also told guy at window to make sure there plain. Well they were not plain. So I went in lady behind the counter was nice the lady in the back making the food had plenty to say like they can wait go watch the news and they will be ok just talking well I got 2 chick 2 turkey wrong again then a smart comment about not ammitting I told her. I ordered them right and told him plain at the window. Spent over 30 min at Arby's between ordering and waiting. Want be back. Just crazy lady with braids was nice. One lady in the back was quit but other chatty

Desired outcome: Finally got it right. But all that happened and time was not right.

Arby's No service

We arrived at Lake Charles Arby's and waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were over 6 employees standing around the window . The door dash driver stated he has had nothing but delays at this location. We left without a meal. So very disappointing. If there weren't so many employees standing around I could have understood.

Desired outcome: Just acknowledge the customer and let them know you will get with them soon it something. It would have been nice to eat dinner there tonight

We arrived at Lake Charles Arby's and waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were over 6 employees standing around the window . Arby's Raw food!

We just went through the drive-through at Arby’s around 830 The one on 28 bypass in Anderson South Carolina right across from the stop a minute and the McDonald’s we spent a little over $17 we had just left my daughters graduation, We had to wait on the chicken to be cooked 4/6 minutes and I have a picture this is raw chicken! I mean literally are y’all trying to kill me the store won’t answer the phone and if I get sick you will be hearing from me! I have literally eaten a quarter of that sandwich already and as you can see it’s pink and it’s raw.

Arby's Coupons

There coupons states one can be used 5 times! So, last month a used the same gryo coupon 5 times! However, TODAY they said the coupon was needed to get the deal! They explained what 5 times means, it must be used all at once, for example, the 5 for $5 deal means I can get 25 sandwiches for $25 and not use the coupon 5 different times! I wish all the managers would do things the right way cause s going to suck going elsewhere! It just a little better when everything is uniformed because when things does go down you don't know which way is right!

Arby's Online order

Hello, I'm just so upset because my elderly mother loves beef and cheddar Arby's beef and cheddar sandwiches on onion rolls with red Army's sauce and Horsey sauce. She ordered through door dash but her order went through Arby's. Anyway's her sandwich was not on her favorite Onion roll and She did not

receive any red sauce on her sandwich and also no Horsey sauce. The double beef sandwich was not double. It was a very flat , no sauce sandwch and she ( my elderly mother) was so sad. What are gonna do to remedy this Gor her?

Desired outcome: I hope hope that you give my Mom her money back. $14 For a scrappy sandwich is just to much !!!!

Arby's Service at Parkersburg Wv south side store.

We stopped in at 7:00pm with no one else in the place or in line. At least 5 or 6 employees in the back. Waited at least 10 minutes without our order being taken while a person continued entering orders from a pad. We got tired of waiting and left. Arby's Bad service, harassment of the elderly

I was at the Arby's at 44th street and Eastern on 3/24 at 8:40 pm, I ordered a chicken bacon wrap, curly fry and a small Jamoca shake. I got the shake, put started to pull away and reached in for a fry and they gave me a regular crinkle cut fry, apon looking further they gave me a roast beef(double) with onion and tomato on it. there were I think three cars a head of me, I waited, I got to the window and told them I got the wrong food, so I went to the next window, I told the girl what I ordered, they asked for my receipt which they did not give me, I said I just want the right food, so a black man came to the window he said she gave you the right food and without a receipt I can't give you anything, so then a girl comes to the window wearing a 420 knight hat(we all know what that means, not appropriate at a public job, my opinion) she says my girl is very good at her job and does not make mistakes, so I asked are you calling me a liar, i was just here and drove right back in, I tried to hand her the food, i was feeling very attacked at this point. she slammed the window and acted like I was throwing food at her, it was a handing motion, I still have the food, how could I throw it, if it is still in my hand, she was obviously trying to make me look like the bad person and her the victim, I told her I wasn't moving until this was resolved, she said she had the right to refuse me service and was calling the police, i said fine, I will call also, they came and refused to give me a refund or the correct food, I think they tried to tell the police I was drunk, because the other officer came to my window and said , I will stand here and talk to you, I knew what was going on not stupid, i am 65 and the victim of rude, harrasing young adults, without proper up brining, I will never go here again and everyone I know will be aware of this horrible attacking of the elderly. Very sad, I was told they wanted me to leave(without giving me a refund or food) I asked the officer to record that it was not my food, i showed him the beef sandwhich, that they would not even look at, I feel bullied and will be getting a copy of the police report, he seemed upset with their actions,only want an apology and a refund.

Desired outcome: a refund of the 10.91 I payed and a apology, and that these people get training on how to handle the return of wrong food. I would like a response. I have photos of food and slip of whoever food this is, upon request

Arby's Drive thru clerk

The bill was $15.86. I gave (the black huge black man chomping his gum like cud) $20.86. He didn’t even THINK about the change I had given him and proceeded to hand back $4. And change. I told him what I gave him, he couldn’t understand and finally said “oh so I owe you a $1.00. I said yes. He gave me the dollar ——which wasn’t the issue—-he said “I’m no going to argue with…then he walked away and slammed the window! I really enjoy your food but this isn’t the first time this SAME NAN was rude when I went through. Tried leaving a voicemail but obviously no one cares to listen to the complaints therefore it was FULL. NOTNOTNOT IMPRESSED and it’s making me very mad! Elaine tews

Arby's Food poisoning

Last night I got a to go order from the location in Conway SC and hours after eating the classic roast beef sandwich I began to feel very ill. Showing signs of food poisoning. Next day (today) after being up all night with vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and severe stomach cramps, and still feeling very nauseous and in pain...Safe to say I will not be a returning customer. Need to do a health inspection at this location!

Desired outcome: Fix the problem so this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Arby's Drive thru service

I ordered 2 meal options with on the screen contained sandwich, fries and a drink

I was charged for 1 meal option and a single sandwich and a drink

When I received my food, I told the person at the window I was missing a fry, and she looked at my order on the screen and stated

You only paid for 1 fry; I will have to charge you for the second fry.

Mind you I waited approx. 17 minutes for my order.

I explained that I had ordered two meals not a separate sandwich,

She again stated, to get the second fry you will have to pay for it.

Very rudely. No way I was waiting another 17 minutes for my fries I originally ordered.

The staff was too busy joking around with each other to take care of the customer. Had there not been a lot of playing going on, my order would have been entered correctly, I mind you had to repeat my order twice at the window. And they still got it wrong.

Not a happy customer at all.

Desired outcome: better customer service next time, employees to make customer a first priority, not there playing around with each other.

Arby's No specials on gyros at Demotte, Indiana Arbys at Demotte exit on I-65

Stopped at Arbys at Demotte, Indiana exit off I-65 inter-state. asked for Gyros 2 for $6.00 special as seen on tv. I was advised at the drive-thru on 12/6/21 at 6:00 p.m. that they had no such special!

Desired outcome: Don't put it on tv if it is not so!!

Arby's unauthorized card charges

On 11/15/21, numerous charges appeared on my bank card that resulted in over $500 dollars of online charges to random clothing stores (Hollister, Shein). Used bank card on Nov. 11, 2021 (Wells Fargo ending card 3524). Currently, my bank is investigating the charges and have closed services for the card and I am having to adjust all recurring payments for my bills. Rationally, I would not have suspected Arby's directly given I visited other locations, however, this similar event happened last year around the same time before the holiday season and in that specific case, I had only visited Arby's in the few days before charges appeared in bank statements at the exact same location. In that event, there were numerous online charges to department stores that were not authorized and a new card had to be issued. These reoccurring events are becoming a noticed theme that supports intent for a thorough investigations by U.S. Department of Business Regulations and U.S. Department of Finances for fraud. Please acknowledge that I also have colleagues who work in the Fraud department for the City of Miami Police who will be receiving my report for Fraud investigations. My hope is that you will internally find the person(s) involved and do what is necessary to ensure that your business is legally at par and consequences to those guilty for this unlawful behavior is justly handled appropriately. Please note that this letter will also be provided to the manager at the store. I have concerns that these incidences are related to someone who has access to the card numbers or receipts after the have been received, possibly a manager, someone who may have been there for over a year.

Arby's Wrong food

On 11/13/2021 at 5:12pm, drive up, Order #305, Store #5304. I received the wrong food. No time to turn around as I was 10 miles towards home. Second time in 2 weeks. I am a retired old man, that used coupons. They always make me feel I'm doing something wrong but that doesn't matter to me. I don't know what this sandwich was but I liked/ordered your Beef and chdr... That is what I ordered and it in the trash + I got a real coke not Diet! What is happening with your store in West Branch Mi.!
