Arby's - I am complaining because they closed while I sit in line

Went to the Arby's in Clemmons, N.C. at 8:30 pm on June 22, 2021. Sit in line about 5 min. Got up to to order & was informed they were closing due to short staff. When I pulled up to the window to look in I saw 3 employees & the inside wasn't even open. So why in the Hell are y'all paying these people to do absolutely nothing & why can't 3 people have enough since to fix food at a drive thru? Very poor management! Will not go back. Close the damn place down or quit hiring [censored]s!

Desired outcome: Send me some free food!

Arby's - Hours open not posted where you can see them

Store #7700 in Palmyra, PA now closes at 7 PM. It is not posted anywhere in the parking lot where you wait for the drive-thru. Also they left at least 10 cars in line and then announced that they were closing. That is just wrong. Do you want the business or not. Sorry but from now on my family will not be visiting that store, we will go out of our way and go to the Arby's in Harrisburg on Union Deposit Road.

Arby's - The sandwich wrapper

My wife brought home 3 roast beef sandwiches and I put the bag and all in the microwave for 2 minutes... Luckily I was standing by it and caught it in 20 seconds the bag was fully ablazed and the wrappers were starting to burn... Luckly there was no damage was able to get it to the sink to extinguish the fire... My thought not complaint is what would become if this was happening to a young child or older person? Think arby's should look into a different wrapper microwave save?

Arby's - Drive thru order

I went to the Arby's in my hometown. As I began to place my order the lady said. "Let me stop you right there. We are out of Arby's sauce, do you still want to order?". I told her I did and continued to place my order. My order ID AAB3TJYGAGDU at Store #8755 was for 2- Half pound Roast Beef sandwiches, 1- Double Roast Beef sandwich, 2- Roast Beef sliders, and 2- Medium Curly fries. She replied it would be $17 and change and to pull around. As I thought back to past orders, they had been more than $25.00. I tried to correct the order with no resolve. In the end, I had nothing but curly fries to eat.

The commercial you have on TV is absolutely awful. A _ man with a annoying big mouth, advertising for Arbys. Absolutely awful. Thankyou. We will stay away from Arbys until commercial is changed.AND we are not the only family that has this opinion.

Arby's - Service and the product received

This past Sunday, Dec 20, 2020, I stopped at the Arby's location (618 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074) around 4:30. I was highly disappointed. There was only one car in front of us in the drive-thru line. So I thought "great!" Well it wasn't so. We waited @ 10 minutes for that car to move on, then when it was our turn, the voice came over the speaker, "wait a minute". Not a pleasant tone or words I expected to hear. Then finally after waiting @10 more minutes, finally we were asked for the order. We ordered the "2 for $6" beef and cheddar. (not the meal, just the sandwiches). Another 10 minute wait and we finally got our order. Again disappointment. When we got home, the 2 sandwiches had very little meat. Actually they had more cheese than meat on each sandwich. You could have taken the amount on both sandwiches and had one decent sandwiches! If they were short-staffed or didn't have enough to make the 2 sandwiches, I would have appreciated having been told that. All that waiting and a very poor product. This has never been my experience at ANY Arby's location, et alone this one. I know times are tough and we are all having to deal with extraordinary circumstances, but this is unacceptable.

Arby's - Food order was completely messed up.

I was in the drive thru yesterday evening to get dinner for my family. Only to discover when we got home everything was wrong we couldn't even take the risk of eating it. We asked for no red ranch on the sandwiches and all 3 of them still had it on them. My fries were cold and my vanilla shake was like water.
