Arby's

On Feb 20, 2023 at 9:13 PM my husband and I went thru the drive thru at the ARBYS in Minot ND. He had the garlic ribeye sandwich and I had a reuben sandwich. We have both had these sandwiches in the past without complaint. I had ordered the reuben without thousand island. the bread on the reuben was so soggy it stuckl to my hands and the sandwich tasted off. His sandwich you couldn't even see there was any meat or anything on it, the bun was mashed down so much the edges were pressed together. I asked if he had an onion ring on it but he said he couldn't taste one. We had ate at McDonalds earlier in the day and the hamburger on his regular burger there showed more than meat than this sandwich did! I tried to call the ARBYS in Minot, the phone rings and rings and then asks for an access code, which of course I don't have so it hangs up o me. I called the phone number on the sales slip and looked it up online and I was calling the number listed. I should have taken pictures. Connie Schmit
