I was looking forward to this sandwich. It was awful, and it in no way watched like the TV advertisement. One bite and in the trash. A waste of money. Not happy. The meat was actually dark gray, looked like no prime rib I have ever eaten. The garlic or what I thought was garlic was black and bitter. The sandwich on TV looks well put together and about 2–3 inches high. Mine was about 1 1/2".
What's the point of spending huge amounts announcing a new product without training the people who are supposed to prepare it! Maybe spend more in training and salaries. Are the employees not trained on new releases? Does management just distribute product pictures and the ingredients being hit and miss! I know that working in fast food isn't everyone dream job list. The drive-thru folks were extremely nice and polite.
Arby's corporate management has got to do better. Don't just assume the food is great, get out of the office, take a road trip and find out for yourself. Thank you for the opportunity.
Desired outcome: MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING TO TRAIN YOUR KITCHEN STAFF! IF YOU ADVERTISE IT ON NATIONAL TV OR ANYWHERE ELSE, THEN SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE SURE YOUR KITCHEN STAFF CAN DO THE JOB.
