AmeriGas Propane review: No delivery and out of gas for a week.

I notified Amerigas on the 21st of December that we were at 20%, (we are automatic drivers and hadn't received gas since 10/28/21). I need propane for heat and hot water. I was told they would deliver within 3 days, didn't happen. I called again I was told by the 31st for sure would get delivery, this did not happen. I called again I was told 1 day ands it would be delivered, I am now out of propane and have been for a week. I called again they said the 6th for sure, did not happen. No explanations, just that the previous representives didn't request delivery. Well the 6th is past and out delivery, so we called again and they requested money, which had never been mentioned prior. They said delivery the 7th, well that came and went and I'm not sure what to do or how long to hold before I have to pack up all my children and animals and find a hotel. Because I can't get any honesty about delivery. Help!
