I’ve been an Amazon customer for a long time and finally started a Prime Membership last a 18-24 months ago and was quite pleased with the service but, something changed and I called many times to complain about my orders arriving late and said I subscribed to Prime for the convenience of same day to two day deliveries and on 6/13/26 I was told if my orders are late they would refund the my money and the items would be free. Prior to this another rep told me she had fixed the problem and my orders would arrive on the stated delivery time and this isn’t resolved then, I started getting emails claiming they were charging my card for an item I had returned (with receipt ) and I would call and they refunded the money then did it again but now their new refund policy is tying up my money. You pay prior to shipping, you return an item and don’t get your money back for up to 30 days? I was not made aware of the new policy until I returned the last item which was on 6/25 and no refund.
Also the rep told me he was adding $5 to my Amazon gift card account which is not there either. I had to argue with one rep when my order was late and I told him they said if my orders are late they would be refunded or free and I said to go to the recorded conversation and you will see Muhammad told me this after so many complaints.
I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY PRIME MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR WORD TO ME AND I WAS USED TO THE OLD REFUND POLICY WHICH CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE WHICH IS TYING UP MY MOMEY AND I AM NOT ADDICTED TO AMAZON SO
MUCH THAT I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT A PRIME MEMBERSHIP AND CAN FIND BETTER PRICES ELSEWHERE!
If AMAZON changes their refund policy and honors the commitment to me, then and only then will I re subscribe to Prime!
