I placed an order through the company Zox on 8/20/25 and apparently they utilized Amazon Shipping. I was sent an e-mail with tracking number from Amazon Shipping the next day stating a delivery date of Monday 8/25. When I check the tracking information the site said there was a delay and they would contact me with a new delivery date.
I waited a day or two as I needed the package for a birthday gift for a friend on Saturday. When I called customer service, I've never experienced so much disrespect and complete lack of empathy for my issue. They never asked for the tracking number and I even offered to provide it. All I received was "you didn't order it from us so we can't track it." then they would give me a different phone number to call. After three different calls to customer service I received three different numbers to call from the operators. None of the numbers given even knew what I was talking about. I finally gave up.
To this day, the tracking number still hasn't been updated since the original update of 8/21. Clearly the order was lost in their processing center but no one wants to admit it.
Recommendation: If a vendor you plan to use utilizes Amazon Shipping, pay extra to use another carrier.
