Amazon review: Failing

Used Amazon for years, there's a distinct change in customer service, deliveries and products recently.

The main issue I have is suppressing bad reviews. This is a HUGE no no. They are giving false reasons as to why they are not publishing your reviews, e.g. a reason that is not even valid for your review, it's not even subjective.

I've started just rating with stars and not putting any text because it's got so bad.

Drivers are either losing or stealing the packages now and posting pictures of my front door saying delivered. Few instances now where HALF of my order turns up. Get strung along for a few days before they actually accept the issue and refund.

Absolutely AWFUL service, and the prices aren't competitive anymore. Shop around, you're paying for next day convenience.
