BStockSupply Review: Mixed Customer Service Experience, Tips to Reach Upper Management
So, I recently had an experience with BStockSupply and I gotta say, their customer service is not the best. It was a real struggle to get in touch with someone who could actually help me out. But, after some digging, I found out that if you want to talk to the big dogs, you gotta dial ***536 and then hit up extensions 500-508. That's where the upper management hangs out.
Now, I did have the pleasure of dealing with Eric Moriarty, who is apparently ext. 508, and he was actually pretty great. But, overall, I would say to avoid customer service if you can and just go straight to the top.
I mean, I get it, running a business is tough and mistakes happen. But, it's frustrating when you're trying to get something sorted out and it feels like you're just getting the runaround. Hopefully, BStockSupply can work on improving their customer service in the future.
Disastrous Experience with BStockSupply: 200 Major Appliances Turned Out to be Junk
So, I bought like 200 major appliances from BStockSupply, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I saw the pictures and everything looked good, but when the truck arrived, it was nothing but junk. I mean, seriously, everything was mangled or crushed. It was a total mess. And now, when I try to complain, they're hiding behind the definition of salvage. Like, what does that even mean? All I know is that nothing was repairable or could have parts taken from it. It was a total rip off. I'm so disappointed.

Placed 5 orders between 4/13 and 4/15 of 2022. Upon receipt 4 of the 5 items were broken, not as described, and missing parts. These items were described as "like new". It is ridiculous that this company has an A+ rating when they are rated horribly on every review site. This makes me not trust Complaintsboard.com reviews. B-stock is completely irresponsible. This is the worst company I've dealt with in 27+ years of purchasing computer equipment.

However, it has been months now and Bstock is now stop responding. This is for order QVC8548. the order should have 4 pallets but only 3 arrived. one was missing or Bstock claimed it was sent back to sender (on Nov 5th) but until now a month later but no response on where it is and Bstock has stopped responding for any update on time frame when should i receive it.

I won a 4 pallets around sept 20, 2021. the delivery company only delivered 3 pallets. the driver, when he first came said he got the pallets in short notice and only 3 in his truck, the other one coming which was noted on the receipt of what delivered. since i haven't heard anything, i first call the delivery company and told them the issue and they never called back. I then file dispute with Bstock but except the first response which they gather info, and it has been almost a month and never any response from bstock. They were either leased or owned by a school district in Florida and still have student accounts on them. They are outdated and stopped receiving updates in June. The batteries are so old they will no longer charge. These were also advertised with a description of having chargers, but 29 of them do not. I paid a total of $1105.00 which includes $650.00 auction amount, $65 buyer's premium (service charge), $350.00 for shipping provided by the company, and $40.00 for the wire transfer (required method of payment) fee.

Recently, I bid on *** on Bstock supply websites. These auctions were advertised as "new conditions" men and women apparel. A screenshot is attached from bstock website.Total amount paid for four auctions is $12,391.38. However when I received these shipments, they were not in new conditions. They are salvaged items which were used , stained and returned conditons. I reached Bstock customer service and informed them , however they are very deceptive and cunning in their approach. They wanted me to keep these "wrong conditions" items and accept a partial refund for two auctions. For the remaining two auctions, they removed "File Dispute" link from their website under my account so I could not file claims anymore. The logistics company they use (***) has sent my pallet to the wrong customer and essentially lost it. The logistics company confirmed mis-delivery and provided B-stock with all the required information to process a refund. B-stock has assigned the case to a mediation team rep who has been ignoring her duties and ignoring all my inquiries as to when the money will be refunded. It has now been over two months of chasing them down, involving every department, and still being ignored. Their phone lines always seem to be down and you cant speak to an actual person. It is my belief that B-stock has no intention of every refunding me my money. I have also come across many similar reviews from other customers of theirs. I think its a disgrace that companies are able to get away with this, especially when the only acceptable form of payment they allow is Money Wire, leaving their customers with very little protection against fraud like that.

The order SUP266084 was supposed to be shipped by the carrier who provided a prepaid shipping label to the seller. The seller did not give the package to the carrier during a scheduled pickup. Instead, the seller dropped the package in a carrier's drop box. Since I didn't receive the package for a long time, I called the carrier, and they said they don't have the package. I asked Bstock to assist me, as the situation was beyond my control. After contacting the seller, Bstock Mediator emailed me stating that since the seller dropped it off, it is now between me and the carrier, and I have to resolve it independently. This is absurd. The carrier instructed me to have the seller address the issue, as I wasn't the shipper. Bstock charges a fee that includes insurance, so I called Bstock to cancel my order and request a refund. They declined, stating they couldn't assist since I hadn't received the package. It seems Bstock is either evading responsibility or they are unwilling to help, potentially keeping my money despite knowing I'm at a disadvantage. Without a resolution, I may need to seek legal assistance.

The phones were supposed to be in mint condition and two of them have heavy scratches. Also two of the phones are reported stolen. I reached out to them and all they said was i was supposed to inform them within 7 days and i didnt so they cant help.I was out of the town when i got the package so i didnt think of checking it right away. I didnt had a way to check the unlocked status and blacklist status so i sold the phone and buyers returned it as it was not unlocked and two phones with reported stole. I did not expect a big compnay like that to send mix some bad apples and in some case some stolen apples and them saying that they cant help because i didnt tell them within 7 days is completely not acceptable. They sold me phones then later on blacklisted them and dont want to help now. Phones were supposed to be unlocked and they are not. They need to take the phones back that are not as descried and send replacement or refunds. I dont buy STOLEN phones. If they dont want to resolve it, i might look into legal action as well. I did not know they are in the business of selling stolen phones. SO out of 20 phones 2 phones are not Grade A condition 4 phones are not unlocked like they are supposed to be 2 phones are Blacklisted or stolen phones I would like these to be replaced or refunded.

Keep in mind that I have purchased $1000's of auctions on B-Stock over the years & this is the first time I did not receive a package. B-Stock delayed my claim by asking that I open a claim with the carrier. The carrier claimed that the seller/shipper would have to open a claim. After a few weeks of back & forth between B-Stock, *** the carrier denied the claim stating that the claim was denied since the seller did not purchase signature tracking. B-stock told me they were not refunding the funds due to the following ridiculous quote:"The seller has confirmed a claim with the shipper, which has determined that the package was delivered to the correct location. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep track of incoming deliveries and be prepared to receive them at that time. After the carrier has successfully delivered a shipment, the responsibility to receive it is yours . On [protected] I won an auction on B-stocks website. Titled *** Overstock, 100 lbs of merchandise, 488 units, shelf pulls, est. Original Retail $18,847, Fresh ***, *** order number SUP258227. Stating: This lot is recommended for resale at retail and online platforms. We are confident that when youre buying from us, youre getting a great deal. The order was shipped promptly I receive an email saying I would be receiving 3 boxes the first box to arrive was stated to weigh 30# I received and place it on the scale it weighed *** I decided to wait until the following day to see if the weight was compensated for in the following packages they weighed *** and ***. I then opened the boxes to find none of the merchandise was as described in the manifest. The items were grossly over valued, items were broken and ***. The manifest told me I would be receiving 60 phone cases with a retail value of $29 ea. I received 6 10/packs that had no English on them whatsoever and couldnt have cost $1/ea, the manifested also stated I would receive 40 tempered glass for iphone 39$/ea. I received 4/10 packs. I could go on and on about the deceptions. I filed a dispute promptly with bstock and was told my perception of the products value was not covered nor was any of my shipping cost despite paying to ship 100 pounds and only receiving ***. These items are not sellable most of them do not have enough value, many are damaged and one I did try to list and sell was taken down by *** for being counterfeit. Bstock did offer me a partial refund for the missing weight but I am not satisfied, I would like to return the items for full refund.
