Hours wasted at customer complaint pages. Even emails sent direct to Amazon company directors ignored. Amazon insisted that my first name is "M" and that my surname is "J ADAMS". Even a [censored] can see that my debit card is "M J ADAMS". Amazon refuse to accept that they have broken something.
EVERY check before this incident went through without problem. Eventually a phone call from Amazon, where the person speaking said that Experian would not verify age. Complaint issued to Experian, who via phone call said that Amazon were provided report (that was OK) but misused the data, or are incompetent regarding my data. Recorded phone calls are available..
