Hello. I ordered a printer. I ordered the incorrect model so requested a refund. noone has been to collect it. There is no contact seller next to the item. I have contacted yourselves on numerous ocassions to sort out, but although I have spoken with multiple agents and tried calling (your end cut the call off), this mater is still not resolved.
Your agents via the chat service are saying we "received an extra item I didn't order". This is not correct. No extra item has been delivered. Just the original one which we need collected and refunded.
