I find the whole process of making a complaint to Amazon a very frustrating experience. I returned an order for an indoor camera ie. order no. 026-6528784-8679507 covering 1off AKINGUAR 4K 8MP indoor camera. The return was accepted for a refund which was supposed to have been paid on 13th. October. However, on receiving my Barclaycard statement yesterday which covers all transactions to 23rd. October, there is no sign of the payment being received. I contacted my bank yesterday and was advised that still no payment has been received from Amazon.
Desired outcome: I want my £46.99 refund.
