Where’s my refund?
Product purchased on March 3, 2023.. Order# [protected]. My credit card charged $61.10. Then immediately the purchased order was cancelled by Amazon “Undeliverable “ and advised that a refund would be issued within 3 -5 businesses days. Thus far every attempt to get them to reimburse my credit card has failed via their web site. No phone number or means to get a response. I do suspect one of the items on that order was out of stock or discontinued. However, several days later I placed a similar order for $61.53 without any problem.
Desired outcome: Reimburse my credit card the $61.10. With an explanation as to why such a delay in reimbursement!

Help! Canada postes and amazon!
Ive send return and by mistake I use another return label both from a precedent prepaid amazon return and it had same adresse and same sender (me) and amazon said they have not received the return. The item arrived to the bc facility and they said they can’t help me. I’m loosing 340$ I need this money to feed my kids

Yes amazon did that to me too but it was the FedEx people that handed me a new return label saying mine had an error and I got ripped off on a 300.00 dollars subwoofer and never got a dime back. I called FedEx and Amazon going all the way up to management level and didn't even get an apology or anything. I buy from stores now offline and never had any more troubles and yes Amazon got the subwoofer and my money FedEx Sayed they got it. Amazon is fine with scammers and ripping you off sadly. Amazon has no polices or procedures to help you but dose have ones to rip you off for scammers. Sorry this happened to you.
That’s terrible, I’m so sorry this happened to you. I feel your pain. I’ve actually questioned if UPS picked up my package, knew what it was, stole it and replaced with something else before returning to Amazon. Then Amazon receives and refund gets placed on infinite hold because they got the package, but not the actual return item (and the consumer is left wondering where the hell their refund is).
My other theory is that this is internal fraud at Amazon - they receive package, heist the goods/replace with some other item, and claim that the wrong item was sent back. Same outcome on refund - massive delays. Just theories, but it’s plausible. Either way this makes the consumer look like they’re committing fraud when in fact it’s the third-party carrier or an internal Amazon employee. The opportunity is definitely there.
It’s also possible Amazon is simply delaying refunds to make interest on the monies, because they’ve had massive losses the past 2 quarters.
We’ll never know, because Amazon customer service doesn’t disclose any details to me (I assume the same is true with you) and their customer service is a true joke. The rudeness and disrespect I experienced on 4/17/23 by an Amazon CSR was absolutely mind blowing. Good luck, I hope you get your money back. I’d still recommend filing complaints with the regulators, and WA state AG.
Refund on a purchase ups verified delivered
Order number [protected]. I purchased the Bose earbuds, and they went on sale literally right before they came to my house and were delivered. They went on sale the next day or the day after the next day but they definitely went on sale before they came to my house. I called Amazon to see if they would give me the adjustment because this item cost a lot of money and I had it financed through Afirm. They told me to return the earbuds, they would not give me the adjustment. So that's what I did they refunded me for the warranty and for the case and UPS actually came to pick up the earbuds around the 1st of February. Throughout these past couple of months I have been contacting Amazon asking them why they had not refunded me for these earbuds, and they kept telling me that I had to wait 60 days and they told me to call back in April. Now that it's April they keep telling me that I need to contact the carrier. However, UPS keeps telling me that they delivered the earbuds in Lexington Kentucky on February 8th at 11:00 p.m.. I keep telling Amazon this over and over and they keep telling me to contact the carrier. I keep telling them that somebody must have messed up at their warehouse and didn't scan the item in or somebody stole it I don't know what happened. But it's not my fault. I'm very very upset about this because I haven't done anything wrong. UPS came to my door and picked up these earbuds themselves, this is what Amazon wanted to happen. They got the item back and now that the 60-day windows has passed now they're telling me they have no option to process any refund into contacting carrier and I keep telling them over and over again that the carrier advise me that the item was delivered on February 8th. They refuse to contact the warehouse or give me the number to the warehouse or to try to help me resolve this issue any further and I need help because they're going to give me my money back. I still owe payments and interest on this Affirm account.
Desired outcome: I want the full refund amount to post on my Affirm account (the original payment method).
First, I hope you used a cc. Not familiar with affirm, but sounds like an interest bearing cc account. If you did, immediately dispute the charge and provide your cc company all the receipts evidencing the return package was delivered by the carrier. Obtain “proof of delivery” if you can. Query the tracking, and take screenshots of package delivered date.

Your details are interesting. Coincidentally, my issue started with a package UPS picked up (was also the only option given by Amazon, same as you). This is looking more and more like possible carrier fraud… or internal fraud at Amazon. If this is intentional delays of refund by Amazon via manipulating date of possession of return item (i.e., they know exactly what they’re doing, but do it anyways to make money on interest of refunds monies due back as liability on their BS, even though it is harming consumers), this is also fraud.

Market place and virginia credit union
I ordered a Pixie Dolls through Amazon and Amazon Market Place in November 2022. I ended up ordering two because my original order was taking so long, and I was afraid it would not arrive by Christmas.
I received the two Pixie Dolls and returned one for a refund. The two Pixie Dolls were charged to my Virginia Credit Union Debit Card three times. I promptly contacted Amazon about the three charges to my account. I was instructed to contact my financial institution for the refund. After contacting the Virginia Credit Union, I was told to contact the merchant (Amazon) for the refund due me.
I called Amazon on several occasions and spoke with multiple customer service representatives. I was told to expect my refund on March 28, 2023. I called Amazon on April 10, 2023, to check the status of my refund. I was told that I would not be receiving a refund because they were not able to pull the statement after 60 days. I have multiple emails and text messages where I was inquiring about the status of my refund between December 2022 and now.
Both Amazon and the Virginia Credit Union show that my account was charged three times with only one credit for the amount of the purchase.

I order 4 Ecobee and I got only 3 and each one cost me over $200.00 and when I open the box that they delivery I call right away and told them. But they told me that they have to do an investigation for the next 3 day so I said ok. I ask the rep that I spoke to I order 5 Item and why am I only getting 4 item and the rep told me the weight said that you got the right weight what the hell was weight have to do with the stuff I order. I know I order 5 item and I expect 5 item I have never hear that Amazon go by weight that is stupid you tell me that the company is going by weight not how many item a customer or that is mess up and Stupid and hiring stupid people who is not train right for the job to to give stupid answer to all the customer and hang up the phone.

Second hand sellers
They are turning into another E Bay. But I have to say I have better luck on E Bay of not getting screwed. My last purchase was a total scam from a seller on Amazon. I bought a battery that was not anything like what it said it was. The ad on Amazon was a total scam. What I got was a battery that had a totally different power rating than what was on the Amazon store. And the size was also wrong. It was total garbage. The owner would not reply back. I wanted to send it back. But no luck where to send it.
Desired outcome: Stop having secondhand sellers ripping people off.
Doing business with a company named Sembell LLC
Amazon is doing business with a company named Sembell LLC which is a Distribution Warehouse company. They send the packages to people's private homes which are employees of Sembell. These employees have FLEAS and BED BUGS in their homes! I received a package and opened it and found BEDBUGS in my package! I immediately threw the package out, and demanded my money back!
False charges - "unpaid charges"
Amazon has been lying to me constantly and stole money from my account. I've recently had my Amazon account hacked and disputed with my bank about it and my bank denied me and I had to reach out to a third party to help me get my money back in my account that was stolen. Putting that a side, yesterday, Amazon was confirming details of the case I had with my bank and needed me to verify and authorized them to repay to my debit card. I do so for the two separate chargeback disputes of 75 dollars. Amazon had authorization for my card. Instead of what I thought, Amazon quickly sent me another email stating that I had "unpaid charges" on my account of 75 dollars and then they subtracted 75 from the card that I just gave then authorization to. I called Amazon about this and they steadily beat around the bush and wouldn't answer directly why was my bank charged 75 dollars and why they stole and lied to me. Amazon treated it as if another party stole money from my account again and they reset my account multiple times to try to convince me of that. Amazon Costumer service are liars and they will not really help you but only delay and hold you back for as long as they can.
I've called Amazon and over the phone they stalled and stalled so I hung up. They didn't try to help at but just explain to me things I already knew and beat around the bush. They called me back and tried to do the same thing so I hung up again.
Desired outcome: I want my 75 dollars back stolen and Amazon really needs to be held accountable for the deception and lies.

These people (amazon.de) are TOTAL THIEVES! I ordered a brand new MacBook Air, from amazon.de. I received it - I was initially lied to by the rep I spoke to (before ordering) who said only 2 of the keys on the keyboard were different (the x and y on the placement on the keyboard) he lied. I received the item and found that the entire keyboard is not what he said - completely impossible and not what I expected, unusable for me. I immediately sent it back, and have ALL the documentation. It WAS RECEIVED by amazon on February 28th. They made SO many excuses saying I needed to wait 14 days for the refund, then it was 'no you need to wait 30 full days' now its April 4th, and they still said 'we need to investigate it' - THESE PEOPLE ARE OUTRIGHT THIEVES! STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY! I cannot believe how incompetent they are - and I sent two things back on the same day, one was immediately refunded (the €17.00 one) but the expensive item for €1,039.60 THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME! I have all the proof that it was received. I AM DISGUSTED. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE amazon.de - they are complete scam artists.

I have been through one of the most bad online shopping experience in Amazon Egypt.
I lost my parcels 2 times by sending them to wrong destination then they cancel it instead of redeliver it to my address.
I spoke to One of your customer advisor and he promised me to give me the same discount that I lost for my next order from Amazon. This call was on 16 of march 2023
Unfortunately I was deceived by your advisor and they've refused to stablish any discounts or Cashback.
Whole Foods
Whole foods delivery with delivery fee and tip. Camera shows two bags on my front porch marked "a" and "c". Two items were not received. Amazon only allows one option and that is refund. But i wrote in comments i did not want refund, i wanted items delivered. Three times on chat they said amazon will not deliver the items only refund for credit to purchase more from amazon. This is a joke! i will never purchase from amazon. Finally i called customer service and got the same thing. This is the same thing as stealing money out of my bank account. It is wrong!
Desired outcome: AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE CAN SEE THIS SO AMAZON WILL STOP STEALING REAL MONEY OUT OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.
I would like to update that fourth person contacted said they would re4fund entire order to my debit card. Looked and not done yet so not sure if it will be. But Amazon obviously instructs their employees to say they can't help you. So everyone needs to call them 54 times if you have to. Amazon is such a monopoly that it will be hard to stop using them but they pushed me too far and I will stick to my principles. Goodbye Amazon Hello EBAY!.
Amazon stole my gift card and won’t do anything about it!
My daughter received a $50 gift card for Christmas that was purchased by her Nana on 12-20-2022. On Jan. 27or28th, 2023 my daughter and I redeemed the card to my account. On 2-7-2023 we went to use the gift card and there was no balance. I tried to reload the gift card again thinking it maybe just didn’t save cause we didn’t use it at the time we redeemed it and it said that the gift card was redeemed on a different account. I contacted Amazon on 2-8-2023 and was told that the gift card balance would be back on my account within 24 hours… it was not. I wasn’t able to contact Amazon again until [protected] and was told the gift card specialist would be getting back to me within 24-48 with a resolution. They never got back to me! I am very busy and was not able to reach out to them again till 3-3-2023 where I was told I needed to call the gift card escalation team and so I did on and that’s when I was told that some other team would look it all over and get back to me about it. They got back to me with some answer that had nothing to do with what was going on and told me I needed to change my Amazon password. I want my $50 gift card balance back plus another $50 at this point for this ridiculous situation I’ve had to deal with. I’ve spent the past 2 weeks trying to find out what I can do about this and found this site that can hopefully help me. There is no evidence whatsoever on my account saying that I ever redeemed the gift card and from my research it looks like this happens often. Amazon shouldn’t be stealing gift cards and they are! I have the physical gift card still as well.

damaged property
On March 14, 2023 an Amazon delivery truck ran into a retaining wall on my property causing severe damage. I contacted Amazon and was told that "it will be taken care of" and agreed that the damage was the fault of an Amazon employee due to my having video of the incident. I was told I would be contacted by ARC claim #AMZ2023219062. ARC never contacted me. I was later told by Amazon that ARC had a typo in the email address they were using for me, and that it would be corrected. I was to wait 3 more days to hear from them. Nothing ever happened. Amazon is now refusing to even respond in any way.
Desired outcome: Repair the retaining wall to its original condition or provide adequate compensation so I can have the work done.

I was away from the LostArk for a period of time, recently I wanted to start again with some friends and I found out I was banned.
I have reached out to their support and saw told them that my account is banned, they responded and said they unban me, all good.
I entered the account, and after I clicked the character I got instantly kicked out and said Banned for cheating.
I wrote them again telling them, that hey just installed the game you unbanned me and this happens, and now all they do is giving me the cheating macro, they dont want to explain to me what happen
Also offered them the possibility to enter my PC and check everything since is a new PC and dont have anything on it
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate if they unban me since I invested lot of time on the game.

my orders have been nothing but messed up from detent dog food cans to not only me but my Nabors as well keep getting each other's packages we have addresses on our houses you guys have to take pictures how do you mess up an address and please start checking stuff before you ship it this is getting to be really unprofessional you lay off a lot of workers just to hire ones who can't even do a delivery correctly and can't even package dog food. I hope things get better because we do order a lot of things from amazon, but I might just have start getting some things at the store instead! calling takes forever for customer service than you put us on hold a couple of times than I have to talk to a manger etc. please correct your orders the first time thank you!

account and gift card balance
I got a $50.00 gift card from a friend in Seattle as a gift. They requested a receipt I sent that. They turned around and asked for a routing number even though I did not have a bank account on my account. Now they want proof of address. I have provided everything and they stole my 50.00 gift card given to me and refuse to assist.
Every time I provide information they turn around and ask for the same info or something new. I have attach4ed 5 documents showing this.

I ordered something on Amazon android with Amex. They sent me tacking information. Then I receive a package addressed to me and inside was an order number belonging to someone else. Then I saw on my account that my item had been delivered. No idea who received it. I contacted Amazon about return and their automated system screwed that up too and gave me incorrect item description and paperwork to send my items (which I never received back) and not an item description for item I had received. Then the postal service rejected the return of the package because item description didn't match contents. I purchased something expensive and received a cheap cookbook instead. After no reply from Amazon I contacted my bank to do a chargeback and dispute the transaction. Which they did. Only then did Amazon rudely contact me by email saying I had to pay for the items I ordered that I never received, because the bank had reversed the payment. Absolutely shocking and appalling attitude on Amazon. I replied to their email described all that happened and stated I was not going to pay for something I never received. Then they rudely replied that they will try to get my bank to reverse the reversal. All Amazon wants is money and they don't give a stuff about customers or even accept they are at fault and sent the wrong package to wrong person.
Desired outcome: I just want my money refunded. Not be asked to pay for something I never received. An apology from Amazon would be a nice start instead of their rude and threatening emails. I am closing my Amazon account.
Delivery
We bought and paid for two items from Amazon, totaled $74.01. The items were supposed to arrive on March 17th. That day, our account showed that the items were "delivered to a safe place". Strangely enough, our neighbor next door was told the exact same thing that day, on the item SHE ordered. The items were no where to be found. It is my belief that the driver either had stolen them, or tossed them into a ditch somewhere because we are in a rural area, and they wanted to eliminate the time it took to reach their delivery quota, which I know for a fact exists. By law, that is theft and/or fraud. We had a similar problem last year, and I informed Amazon that if they accepted business from us from that time forward, that they were agreeing to MY business policy. That policy was sent to them via certified mail. My policy is this: for every day an item that we purchased is late, or not delivered, and our money not refunded, I charge 100% interest. Therefore, at this point, Amazon owes us, as of today, $296.04. For those of you that may find our policy amusing or ridiculous, since Amazon was legally informed of said policy, and continued to do business with us with the understanding of that policy, they are legally obligated to honor said policy. If EVERYONE adopted this kind of policy, Amazon would put far greater effort into their customer service.
Desired outcome: Amazon owes us, as of March 21st, $296.04. That amount goes up $74.01 per day that we have not received a refund, or our product. That amount needs to be paid in full.
Did/does this actually work with them?
I’m asking because I ordered an expensive phone, never got it but they marked it delivered. I relayed this to 3 different agents on their chat and 2 other agents through email. They REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE MONEY! Stating that they are unable to refund once an item it marked delivered. BS, I’ve had this crap happen before and y’all ALWAYS refund it. Now all of a sudden since it’s more than a few bucks y’all don’t refund items marked delivered?!? I’ve been needing an idea of how to handle them. They’re crap is getting more and more ballsy.
Claims department
On December 23rd an Amazon driver ran into our gate to our property. As she was getting out of her vehicle it started to move. Before she could back into the vehicle it ran into our gate. This is the main gate we use to get in and out of our property.
She made many phone calls and I received an email from Amazon letting me know a claim had been put in. After approximately 2-3 weeks I hadn't heard anything I reached out to them. After a couple of days I received an email just saying you have to work with Hertz. Now yes the vehicle she was driving was a white van type vehicle that said Hertz on it. But it was an Amazon driver. If they wanted me to work with Hertz they should be assisting with a person - phone number etc. I have gotten no where with Amazon - cant even get their claims lady to call me back and answer some questions. we have now had to get a lawyer just to get this resolved. All we want is our gate fixed. It is bent and laying on the ground. It is not able to be used because it is so bent it won't work on the track. Thankfully we had another gate there but we have to get in and out of our trucks to open and close it each time.
