Delivery info stated - Parcel was handed to resident. NOT TRUE. Parcel was left outside the door of the Main Entrance to flats. Did not even ring Intercom to advise that it was just being left at entrance. In delivery instructions I ticked 'reduced mobility' and also for safety reasons that parcel should not be left on entrance floor. Intercom button should be pressed to advise of its arrival and bring up to Flat. So not only lied about handing to resident but no effort to advise of its arrival. This is not acceptable and puts doubt in my mind to use Amazon in future.
Delivery today 22nd March apprix. 5.00pm. Only found out when I received email that it had been delivered.
Desired outcome: Amazon needs to deal with this unaceptable delivery service.
