My corporation was closed with the IRS on 12/31/2025.
My last Amazon seller account order was 12/20/2025. Per Amazon’s requirements, I can’t close my Amazon seller account until 90 days AFTER my last order.
I have had NO INVENTORY and a Zero balance for over 3 months.
On Mar 17, 2026, Amazon deactivated my seller account, because I did not "certify" the US INFORM Consumers Act. Since my business was closed with the IRS on 12/31/2025, I no longer have a corporation to certify, so I can not do this "required" step by Amazon needed to "re-activate my account" so I can "close" my Seller account.
When I call the 800 number, [protected], I receive message, the system has been experiencing "technical difficulties" and I’m told to “open up a case” and the support number hangs up.
Any attempt to open a case from my Seller Account is automatically closed until I reactivate my account, which I can’t do.
I’m caught in a loop with no way to get help from Amazon Support.
Desired outcome: Close my Amazon Seller Account
