A friend of mine was on USA at the and of the past year and I ask him to bring me this watch and a screen protector, so I bought it by amazon on Dec 27 but there was a mistake and my item wasn´t delivered to my friend´s house, was delivered in other place. I wrote the correct address at the order (When I ordered I bought 2 items - this watch and a screen protector and the other item arrived correctly). As the watch didn´t arrive and my friend was about do come back to Brazil I entered on the chat, on the very beginning of January the 10th, chatted to Manmeet to try to solve this. Your collaborator apologized and told me the problem would be solved and that 'I have successfully requested the seller for the full refund', but surprisingly, when I entered at my account two days later and checked on the order... I didn´t ask so, but I see that I would receive the payment I did for the watch back, on my gift card between 10-15 business days.
Regarding this and considering mi friend was about to come back to Brazil I didn´t wait for this refund and bought again the same watch on January 16 as you can see on the order ID # 112-2521597-8173023, and this SECOND order of the same watch, at this time, ARRIVED CORRECTLY on the same registered address and he could bring me the watch witch I´m using now.
The problem is - THE REFUND DIDN´T COME TO ME TILL TODAY AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE HISTORY OF MY TRANSACTIONS AND ON MY GIFT CARD BALANCE HISTORY TOO, as a sent to you attached on my previous e-mail
