The ring I got from Moissanite Co was pretty good, but the customer service was not so hot. Me and my wife bought the ring and then after only 6 months, two of the stones went missing. We asked if maybe the ring was resized and that's why the stones fell out, but they said no way. So we sent the ring back to them, but we had to pay for it ourselves. After a few weeks, we got the ring back, but then not even a week later, two more stones went missing! I told customer support that we didn't want to keep sending the ring back every week, but they didn't listen to me. I went online to ask why they weren't responding to me and they said they weren't ignoring me, but they were just busy. But then two weeks went by and I still didn't get a reply, so I sent another email asking for a response. They finally replied, but it was just a short message telling me to keep sending the ring back. I don't think I'll be telling anyone to buy from this company.

My man got me the Round Moissanite Antique Floral Style Solitaire Ring [sol267] from Moissanite Co and it's the bomb! We were on the hunt for a solitaire ring that wasn't like all the other basic ones out there and this one is just perfect. The floral design on the band is so pretty and girly, it really makes the ring stand out from the rest. And let me tell you, the moissanite diamond is straight up stunning! He went with the 1 carat gem and it shines brighter than a real diamond, no joke. It really makes the band pop and sparkle like crazy.

What's even better is that Moissanite Co offers a layway option so my man could pay for it over a few months instead of all at once. He could put down whatever percentage he wanted each month and he had it paid off in just three months. That's some real customer service right there, let me tell you. I'm definitely gonna be buying more jewelry from them in the future, no doubt about it.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on a ring from Moissanite Co. I had heard great things from my friend Elizabeth, who had bought from them before and loved it. And I gotta say, the workmanship on the ring I got was top-notch. It was solid and well-done, and I could tell that a lot of care had gone into making it.

But here's the thing: the stone itself was a bit of a disappointment. I had ordered a 9mm princess cut moissanite, and when I got it, it was cloudy and just not very pretty. It was nothing like the beautiful stones I had seen on their Instagram or YouTube. I had even asked for it to be hand-selected, but it just didn't live up to my expectations.

All in all, I still think Moissanite Co is a great company, and I'll probably buy from them again in the future. But I do hope that they take my feedback into account and work on improving the quality of their stones.

I just got my setting from Moissanite Co in the mail yesterday. Let me tell you, I already knew how stunning moissanite was because I've had an 8 MM (2 carat) round center stone for the past 2 years, and I've worn it in a plain solitaire setting. But now, I ordered a .60 carat moissanite two-tone gold setting to really give the stone the justice it deserves. Today, I went to have it set by a ring setter at the local jewelry exchange and I was so happy to hear his comments about how exquisite both the setting and the center stone were.

I can wear and enjoy a long-lasting gemstone and be PROUD that it is a moissanite and NOT a diamond. I know that it is conflict-free, both in terms of humanity and in terms of my wallet. This website is really helpful and it's easy to buy stuff. I got a rock from C&C but then I saw that Moissanite.com had the same rocks for way cheaper, so I got one from them too. I kept the C&C rock until the Moissanite one came so I could compare them. The Moissanite one wasn't as shiny, so I talked to the chat people on Moissanite.com and they were super nice and helped me find a better rock. The second one was way better and just as good as the C&C one. The people on Moissanite.com were really good at helping me out. I was worried about only talking to them on chat and email, but they were really good at keeping me updated and fixing my problem. I'm gonna buy from Moissanite.com again for sure!

I got an eternity ring from MoissaniteCO on my wedding day and I must say, it's a beautiful piece of jewelry. However, I'm not completely satisfied with my experience with them. I've had my wedding band for only 14 months and this is already the third time that a stone has fallen out. The second time was just two months ago and the first time happened right after my wedding! I don't do any extreme work where I'm bumping the ring or hitting it against something, so it's very frustrating that I can't enjoy my wedding ring.

To make matters worse, the ring is no longer under warranty and getting it repaired through MoissaniteCO has been a nightmare. They're throwing hidden fees at me that weren't communicated beforehand, and I can't even speak with anyone on the phone. I'm left with only the option to email or live chat, but the live chat is down and now I have to wait for a response.

All I want is to enjoy my wedding ring! It's a shame that this incident has caused my husband and I to no longer be customers of MoissaniteCO. I own other moissanite jewelry that my husband purchased from Charles & Colvard and I haven't had a single issue with them. I guess we should have gotten my wedding band from them as well. Lesson learned.

So, if you're considering buying from MoissaniteCO, buyer beware!

Been shopping with Moissanite Co. since 2016 and I gotta say, it's been a pretty smooth ride. I've copped a few pieces from them over the years, and my account history shows I've spent a total of $6,214.80 USD. That's a pretty penny, but I've always felt like I was getting my money's worth. The customer service has been top-notch, and they've always been quick to respond to any inquiries I've had.

However, things took a bit of a turn in late 2020 when I ordered a ring as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the ring I received as a gift had a noticeable defect. I reached out to Moissanite Co. and they were super helpful. They covered the cost of return shipping, fixed the defect, and sent the ring back without me having to pay the $100.00 duty tax again.

But then, in April 2021, a stone fell out of the ring I had purchased as a gift. This was a bummer, as the ring had only been worn a handful of times and spent most of its time in a jewelry box. I felt like this was due to poor craftsmanship on Moissanite Co.'s part, so I contacted them again. They offered to fix the ring at no cost, but said I would have to pay to ship it to them. I wasn't too happy about this, as I felt like the stone falling out wasn't the wearer's fault. But since it was a gift, I decided to send it back to be repaired. The shipping cost me a little over $40.00 CAD, and when I received the ring back from FedEx, I had to pay $106.00 CAD.

I reached out to Moissanite Co. to ask for a refund on the duty tax, since I felt like the stone falling out was due to their poor craftsmanship. But they didn't respond. I followed up twice, and still no response. As someone who's been a loyal customer for five years, this was pretty disappointing. It felt like they didn't value my business or my relationship with them.

So, I've decided to take my jewelry shopping elsewhere. If you're not from the USA and your shipments will acquire duty taxes, I suggest you do the same.

I saw this ring on Instagram and it looked amazing! I decided to buy it from Moissanite Co (moissaniteco.com) and was excited to receive it. However, when it arrived, I was disappointed. The ring was much smaller than I expected and the stones were not as sparkly as they appeared in the video. They looked more like a milky CZ than a high-quality moissanite. I was really hoping for the same depth and sparkle that I saw in the video, but I guess that was just the lighting.

I decided to return the ring, but unfortunately, I was hit with a restocking fee. I wish the ring had looked like the video because I would have been thrilled to keep it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Moissanite Co.

Had a bit of a hassle trying to place my order on Moissanite Co's website. Apparently, there was some kind of international credit card supervision that caused some issues. I don't really understand it, but they seemed pretty surprised that I was trying to make a payment in €. Because of this, my bank ended up shutting down my credit card. They eventually called me to let me know what was going on and opened the card back up. I know it's not Moissanite Co's fault, but it's frustrating that these banking security measures can cause such problems.

I gotta say, my experience shopping at Moissanite Co has been pretty good so far. I'd give it a solid 3 stars, though, because I just got my ring a couple weeks ago and it needs to be resized. And let me tell you, it's not cheap! I had to pay $54 for shipping and insurance, and then another $25 for the resizing. And to top it off, they charged me another $10 for shipping the resized ring back to me.

I recently made an online order on Moissanite Co's website on March 24th, 2017. They promised a commitment time of 3-3.5 weeks, but let me tell you, that was a complete joke. As of today, April 18th, 2017, my item is still in production since March 27th, 2017, and I have not received any status updates. Can you believe that? I paid the merchant in full on March 24th, 2017, but due to the delay, I had to dispute the transaction to ensure the integrity of my account. I am now anticipating a full refund.

The staff at Moissanite Co are extremely rude and obnoxious if you try to contact them via email. Don't even bother holding your breath waiting for a reply. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone service to speak of. I have read negative reviews about this merchant on the web, and it seems like I am not the only one experiencing these issues.

I highly recommend that you save your time, money, and aggravation and shop elsewhere. The testimonials on their website do not match up with the negative information that can be found on the web. Don't make the same mistake I did.
