My Amazon.ca seller account was unfairly deactivated due to an alleged Drop Shipping Policy violation, which is completely incorrect.
All of my products were first shipped to my own contracted warehouses — Shiptroy NJ and Fulfillonus — as shown in the invoices issued by Amazon.com, where the shipping addresses match my warehouse locations. At these warehouses, each item was received, inspected, repackaged, and relabeled under my company name (Anchor Trade and Logistics LLC) before being sent to customers.
The attached warehouse agreements confirm that my company is the only seller of record, and my shipment photos clearly show packages labeled with my company name, not any third party. My delivery report also includes verified tracking IDs showing that every order was shipped from my depots, not directly from Amazon.com or another seller.
This means I fully comply with all three requirements of Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy:
My company is the only seller identified on packaging and paperwork.
No third-party identifiers appear on shipments.
I handle all returns directly.
Amazon’s investigation methods are clearly flawed, and their conclusion is factually wrong. The violation is baseless and discriminatory, especially since all supporting documents are verifiable. I am requesting a full manual review of my evidence and the reinstatement of my account.
Claimed loss: Revenue and inventory losses due to account suspension (approx. USD 45,000).
Desired outcome: A fair manual review of my evidence and reinstatement of my Amazon seller account.
