AliExpress — purchase protection is running out, but package is still in transit invalid
I got a product I had purchase in : time & date: 09:54 Mar. 01 2017, make a complain (with the seller agreement) on Apr. 07 2017, since product its still in "No tracking information"... seller didn't say nothing yet, but AliExpress' Judgement intervention make me wait more 10 Days, after I already waited 10 days before, since the beginning of this complain...making this way, more time for me to wait, without asking me an extended time. I am not against the seller, but I am against the AliExpress Judgement intervention procedures, they can do what ever they want...with out taking any concern about Costumers protection policies... Today they along time for more 10 days of waiting for the product arrive or making agreement with seller...and worst...they extend the arrive time product until May, 01 2017!
NO respect for the Buyer...
My question is: were can I make a formal complain in Justice department of Internet Consumer Protection ?
