AliExpress charged twice

I have purchased an item from www.aliexpress.com and they charged me twice for one and the same item. I contacted customer service and asked for help and they promised to check what was going on.
Later they contacted me and said that I was mistaken and their system showed that I had only been charged once.
I contacted my bank and they confirmed that AliExpress did take my money twice.
I was not able to get a refund and they did not want to listen. I'm very disappointed with AliExpress and will never order anything from them again!

Are there any updates? Does anyone have any answers? I have messaged over 70 suppliers at the same time telling them I was a dropshipper and asking them if they had any new products that aren’t too saturated. They have all responded to me, but as soon as I tried replying back, I literally got the same response from AliExpress, and when I’ve tried contacting them today, this was AliExpress response after I tried to send a ‘Thank you!” message: “this message contains prohibited content and hasn’t been sent. Any further messages of this nature may result in account restrictions”. I literally tried to send ‘thank you!”. How is a ‘thank you’ response deemed ‘prohibited content’?! This is very frustrating. I will have to create a new account and contact them all over again, because they were all very friendly and excited to want to partner with me, yet I literally cannot do anything, and now they probably think I was not serious about BUSINESS. I tried contacting AliExpress support, but their system is literally giving me the runaround!

Hello. I am buying clothing for my own store and i by from different sellers on Aliexpress. The problem is that i can't text with them because the message center won't let me send any messages, not even "thank you". It keeps saying this: "NOTE: The message has not been sent. Please be aware that you are required to comply with local laws & policies."

It is a huge problem! i have not done anything wrong!

The second part is that i am not sure if i have to pay two times? when i ordered i paid for severel different orders. The money has already left my bank account. But Aliexpress still says that i have "unpaid items" which I don't understand!?

Please help me out.

This has just happened to me and there staff will not listen to the problem. This is after a long time of dealing with them. My Bank statement shows I was charged twice but they say it never went through although I showed them the debits from my Bank. Avoid these cheats and stick with eBay and get PayPal protection.

AliExpress seller coolcept - shoes

This is about a seller called Coolcept... All the checks I did on him said he was legit, and I even bought a sample pair of shoes first just in case the quality was poor. The sample shoes were lovely and I went ahead and purchased 50 pairs of shoes for my small business . The shoes arrived all squashed in one box and 29 pairs were damaged . Burn marks, dirty, glue over them, jagged and torn inner soles, heels not put on correctly and the list goes on. A lot of email ping pong with an offer to refund 10%. Blaming staff for the quality of the shoes. He wanted me to fix the shoes and he would pay half, ( shoes were beyond repair )or sell as damaged and he would pay half the difference . I would never sell defective, poor quality shoes to my customers. Thats just not right.
The offer should have been a full refund plus apology, as he sent the shoes knowing they were faulty. Once again after many emails an offer to refund if I send the shoes back at my cost.
Since I live in Australia, the cost of the sending the shoes is so expensive its not worth it as I will still be out of pocket .. If you do send the shoes back, you only have 9 days for the seller to receive them, which is total crap as when you buy the item, the seller has up to 60 days for you to receive them. This is just another example of how they want to rip the buyer off. The seller banks on the customer not sending the shoes back and he gets paid and you end up with crappy shoes that you can’t wear or sell. Aliexpress is all for the seller and their buyer protection is crap. Aliexpress will always favour the seller... Don't buy from Coolcept. If you do, be prepared to lose your money. There is always one bad apple in a barrel and this company is it.

AliExpress 1080p full hd, 30fps, 170 degree car dash cam.

In March 16 I purchased 2 of these dash cams from a seller when they were on an Ali express promoted sale. They were reduced about 70% from memory. They each cost about $14AUD.

When my first camera arrived it was defective immediately, it wouldn't focus, and it would randomly power off or reset while I had it plugged in trying to set it up. Totally unusable. I contact the seller, who, after 2 days, offered me $2 refund. I refused, obviously and stated I wanted a full refund or I would open a dispute. He offered $4 store credit which I again refused.

My second cam came maybe a week later and it actually worked - briefly, but I was able to make some short films with it. I plugged my memory card into my computer and ran codec, and found it was only recording in VGA, regardless of what setting I chose for it, and it ran about 14FPS. Worse than the camera I intended it to replace.

I didn't bother contacting the seller again, instead I opened a dispute with Aliexpress. The seller didn't reply to any communication, and when I was able to, I escalated both disputes to a claim for Ali to review.

Here is where my problems start. I own an iPad and an iPhone. My computer at the time wasn't connected to the Internet as I didn't have sufficient data allowance. Aliexpress initially asked for photos of my problem. It's a little hard to take photos of a camera which is out of focus, or randomly turns off, but i got some photos. Aliexpress won't accept iPhone camera format, which is crazy as they have a dedicated iPhone app. It is a pain for me to convert files, but I finally got it done. They were then all too big in size. So again, massive pain but I got them to a size it accepts. Upload them and wait.

Now they want video. I made 2, 10 minute videos on each camera, detailing all faults, showing them going, turning off, not focussing, then a video of playback, showing one is blurry, and the other with codec running, showing full specs. They again don't accept iPhone vidoe format. There is a limit on video size too, it works out at around 30 seconds of video. So I crop and convert and resize and finally have about 10 vidoes for each camera detailing all the faults. You can only upload 3 videos. Right. Pick the best 3. Upload. Wait.

They want more information. I am pissed off now and go onto the chat section to get answers. I swear, I lost 10 years of my life on their useless chat. First, you can only type shout 100 characters in any one message, I am guessing because they translate it and otherwise it's too slow, but it's impossible to get help for something when you type one line and they cut you off with a reply not related to your problem. I don't know how many times I went onto live chat, or how many hours (literally, not exaggerated) hours, I tried to get support for my problem, end result, their customer support is less effective than having blind, deaf, mute, quadruple amputees play Mozart in an orchestra, and I really am not over exaggerating.

Finally, I decide to upload all my videos, pictures, dash cam footage, everything, to my google drive. Sweet! All my evidence in one spot! Go back to live chat and had one agent say that it would be accepted.

Every reply to my dispute I put my link to my google drive.

This goes on and on and on, I'm thinking maybe 3 weeks. They contact me, ask for info, I upload a short section to the site and add full video to my google drive.

Finally, they send me an offer of resolution. About half the price of each camera, and if I return the cameras, a full refund.

I state firstly, the sellers terms state clearly that no return is needed if the items are defective, which they had agreed they were, and for me to return 2 items, in their boxes, with Australia post, with tracking, would cost me more than the original purchase price so neither of their solutions are good enough. I want only a full refund.

A few days later they request more evidence. I think this time it related to the viewing angle. I took photos the way they suggested, then made up a schematic showing the lengths of sides etx and calculated the angle to be 18 degrees on each side, 36 in total, not the claimed 170 (other negative reviews now flooding in on the sellers page confirmed this). Here's something ridiculous, on one dispute the evidence was accepted, on the other it wasn't! Same evidence! Incompetent or what!

Anyway, I was then offered about $10 refund on one camera that I didn't prove the angle, and maybe $11 on the one I did. It was petty, but again I refused and said I wanted a full refund, I have provided all the evidence needed and that's it. Both disputes were closed and the outcome was I was to receive the $10 and $11.

More contacting chat, time wasted, blah blah blah.

I then appeal the decision on both items. I'm allowed to submit some more pics and video, and about 300 characters. A week goes by with no reply.

I contact chat again and I'm told both appeals were unsuccessful, and they usually don't send an email to let you know as there is no point. Outstanding customer service! Ok, so in 10-20 days I will get the $21

Fast forward to late June. I'm scanning my internet banking daily, no money coming back to me. I phone my bank who confirms no refunds have hit my account from anyone, and the original payments were not canceled or refunded, and there is no pending refunds. Cool, thanks.

With this info, I contact my new enemy, alipay. They too use a pathetic chat system, but it is marginally better.

I spent all day, from 8am, thru to 3pm, using that chat system. If it didn't time out, the reps stopped responding so it did time out, or I just rage quit.
I was finally able to have a review of the refund on one item opened by about lunch time. They continually told me it was sent, it will be in my account, don't look at Internet banking, use your formal bank statement, same crap from every person.

So now I have an email for me to send evidence, for one item, that I did not receive a refund. This part is absolutely laughable. I need to provide proof in form of my bank statement, from one week prior to the transaction, and right up until mid June. They don't accept PDF, only JPEG. It needs to be a paper statement, and each page needs to have the dispute number written on it.

Right, OK, so firstly, my bank doesn't give paper statements, and with my type of account, I cannot order one. I get a bi annual breakdown of credits and debits and that's it, that's why I don't pay any fees. I was able to request a PDF statement, which I did, covering the periods mentioned. Now, I don't own a printer, or even a computer, so without difficulty, or cost, I can't get my bank statement printed. Next, what they are requesting from me, is 72 pages of statements! It's a joint account and our only account, it is used a LOT. Aliexpress will only allow an upload of 5, 5mb photos. 72 pages that are clear, legible and not cropped, in 5 photos? Huh, yeah, right.

They haven't given me a solution to that, so far, only one genius suggested that I convert my PDF into JPEG, no solution on how to send 72 pages as 5 photos though. Still gotta work on that one!

The final kick in the teeth comes now, when I click on their link, which expires in 72 hours, to attempt to offer some kind of response. IT IS ALL IN CHINESE. ALL OF IT.

Back to chat. Tell them the link sends me to a Chinese website (it wasn't that easy, I told this story to about 6 reps over 3 hours now) and all of them apologised and said the email would be resent in English. All of them. I said not the email, the website. Now, if they said again the email, I quit. Finally, one asked me for a screenshot. Not easy as I was using my iPad and doing it on my iPhone, but I gave her the web address 4 times, and finally a screen shot when it transferred. 'Oh yes, that is the right website, you'll just have to use it' oh, but I don't speak or read Chinese 'well you can ask a friend to help you' how do you reply to that? How do you word a reply that is so viscous and vile that it can be conveyed in text and converted into another language so that it feels like I have travelled to China and cut the operator in half with a chainsaw? You can't. You cannot express how frustrated, angry, annoyed, sad, suicidal they make you feel, because they are drones who don't have a single original thought, they just splurt out system generated crap.

So now I am almost done and ready to hang myself, but remember only one item was pushed for review? Back to chat to get the other one going. This will highlight their total arrogance and ignorance. When I was providing the screenshots requested of disputes with numbers etc, they kept referring to only one item, and telling me I was wrong. I insisted one woman look at both pictures and see the 2 items, still she insisted one number only. I knew they were different because I took 2 screen caps of 2 different items. It's a 14 digit number. In my case, both numbers began with 72 and ended in 366. The robots just saw a camera, and the first and last numbers and completely ignored my pleading to check thoroughly. It took me until 4pm today for them to open a review on both items.

I have now wasted countless hours with these disputes, totalling no more than $30AUD, to be awarded a little over $20AUD, and now for that money to be sent to me. Months of emails, hours of time, all wasted, and by the looks, I won't be able to provide the proof they request after all this time and my claim will simply be wiped.

I won't give up however. I am a chronic pain sufferer and do not work, I barely sleep so now all of my time will be devoted in having my money returned to me. I will be reporting them to financial ombudsman, fair trading, everyone, anyone who will listen.

There is no conclusion, but I will be pursuing it very hard.

kiss your money goodbye. You have been scammed. If you have to pay with Western Union, it is a scam because there is no way to trace or get it back. If it is too good (cheap) to be true, it usually is. Don't buy anything from any Chinese site. It is either fake goods or a scam. Lesson learned.

AliExpress unethical behavior

February 2016
I ordered several products from several sellers on the same day. Some packages arrived within the "guarantee delivery" time, others did not. Five of ten packages either have not arrived yet, arrived later than guarantee time, missing part of the order or don't work.

As instructed by AliExpress, I asked for a refund to be issued. Some sellers politely issued a refund or claimed they would resend products, while others gave excuses, (if they felt like replying), and was told to wait.
One seller claimed several times that they would issue me a refund and never did. This went to arbitration. In a e-mail from AliExpress, I was told that I was to be issued a refund. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from AliExpress Trade Security Department that my account has been terminated. The reason they claim is continued violation of the Buyer Protection Program rules. All I did was to ask to be issued a refund - as they instructed! Because of account termination, I was ruled against, and no refund will be issued. My appeal was refused because of the "accused" violations.

lets us help Jack ma- head of Ali express
Jack ma - may be suffering from health issues and hence he has come up with Ali express website to earn for his hospital expenses but why should we pay his medical bills by getting ourself blamed for so called buyer abuse program from him
- I spent my hard earned money buying 50+ items out of which I received 3 items. I gave a letter to local postal office as to delivery of items from Ali express but they flately told they have not received any item in my name.
The Ali express on the other hand, blocked my account by gaining my money.
Ok I treat my self as donor to Aliexpress so that inturn Jack ma get at least some money to pay his hospital bills for surviving another year or so.
I take this board as a means to help others know how we become scapegoats by purchasing on Ali express.
This shall be a message to not to spend money by buying things on Ali Express website for later getting tagged as abuser.
Its like spend money on Ali express website and later get tagged ourselves as Abuser cheater at our cost.
My complaint that Ali express survives by purchaser money by cheating them. They are protected under international law.

Hi I am a victim of Ali express malpractice too. They suspended my account for raising dispute when purchase protection was running out and goods did not arrive. So now they have my money and I have nothing. I have already put this up on FB. I will put it up on all social media and get my friends and family to spread it out. We should ensure ali express and Jack Ma run out of business for cheating people. This is very unethical

they just closed my account due to abusing buyer's protection service. my last dispute was on 2016 and today I did try to buy something and I git the message"account deactivated". I do not understand. they did the same thing to my husband after opening a dispute for a defective phone. aliexpress is not worth it any more. I am a A4 buyer and still they didn't care.

I had my account suspended then terminated 5 days ago. I contacted customer support four times to no avail. The first reason they gave me was: account temporarily suspended due to security reasons. After contacting the infamous customer support and promising to do their best, I got the second email with a new reason this time: My account is terminated due to violations of the order protection program. This happened and I'm an A4 buyer with 50 ongoing orders! Now I cannot dispute or leave feedback for any of them! Simply thift! Moreover, the fact that I returned the money to some of the sellers after a dispute/refund did not seem to matter at all. I did this voluntarily after receiving some of the disputed orders after some 3-4 months! I still had respect and returned the money through another purchase and none of that mattered! I'm beginning to think that some of the highly rated/recommended sellers have close connections to AE management and are untouchable! I doubt their rating system so much after noticing that some of the most decent sellers are not highly rated at all.

AliExpress no help from aliexpress customer support

I have ordered some beauty products from AliExpress and the seller was fast about taking my money. When I received the product I learned that the expiry date was over a long time ago. So I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. He/She did not believe me so I sent some pictures but even then I was called a liar. Then I asked AliExpress customer service for help and they said all it was between the seller and me and that we need to resolve the situation ourselves. They said that there was nothing they could do. I'm sure that they just did not want to waste their time on me. Do not order from this site!

AliExpress i paid for the goods but never received them

On September 2, 2015 I ordered 5 winter caps from winwinstep at Aliexpress. The parcel didn't arrive and I extended the buyer protection time several times. As the parcel still didn't arrive I opened a dispute at the end of December 2015. The seller told me that she would re-send my parcel and asked me to close the dispute. I trusted her and agreed to her offer. She provided me with a tracking number claiming it was valid, told me that if there would be any problem with my order I could contact her and she would take further action. And I closed the dispute, which was my hugest mistake. The second parcel didn't arrive either and I contacted the seller again. And instead of helping me and solving my problem the seller blatantly lied to me claiming that she had extended the buyer protection time and there was no risk for me. And she asked me to wait for the second parcel. But her words was a blatant lie because as I closed the dispute the order was automatically closed back in January 2016. I wrote to the seller the same day (on March 28, 2016, the day when she told me that she extended the buyer protection time) and asked her to provide some evidence to confirm that the buyer protection time had been really extended. Of course she didn't reply. On April 7, 2015 I wrote to her one more time but there were no reply from her again. And still there is no reply from her. Now I understand why she asked me to close the dispute. She perfectly knew that if I closed the dispute, I would have lost automatically the buyer protection (when I opened the dispute there were just a few days till the end of the buyer protection) and would not be able to do anything to get my money back.

AliExpress subaru auto part

Ordered a throttle position sensor through aliexpress. Price was low and china post worked well, it arrived. However, this part was likely a factory defect - tested, not working, discarded - then resold through aliexpress.

I did enter a dispute and didn't accept the part and funds were held as aliexpress investigated. They wanted a video to prove the part was defective - not really possible and not feasible to pay mechanics to be movie stars! It was a $9 part.

These sensors should/must give a low initial voltage once plugged in and powered. This one gave nothing until the throttle was open 20% or more, then it begins to function as it should. You really cannot turn this part or adjust the throttle shaft to compensate for the initial dead-spot and no initial voltage on the signal wire.

Aliexpress would not refund unless I had my mechanics make a video and they would not push the supplier to send another replacement part. Both relied on "no evidence" from the buyer and they kept the money.

Lazy arbitration by aliexpress and cynical behaviour by the supplier.

AliExpress huge disappointment. order did not arrive and still no refund

Back in March I have purchased some seeds for my garden from a seller on AliExpress. They took my money immediately, but there was no payment confirmation email. My bank statement showed that AliExpress did take my money. One week later I got message and was told that my order was cancelled because there was no way to ship to my country. What a joke. That was not my first experience with AliExpress and I always received what I paid for. They promised me a full refund but three weeks already passed and the charge has not been reversed! I'm very disappointed with AliExpress!

AliExpress poor substandard goods with small size

Hi all of you!
I find none like big cheaters like ali express joining hand with suppliers. I ordered a shirt order online from aliexpress. Company name opal clothing
Id-[protected]. I received no communication from the seller over the next few weeks even though I messaged on several occasions to enquire if the order had been shipped. Finally the good arrived things I received were very cheap looking and poorly made and most important very very small in size. Their clothes are ill fitting, very poorly made, the material they use is not like advertised. It did not list the order information, nor did it provide me with a way of sending back this terrible article of clothing
I filed a dispute to which the seller responded that he will refund provided the item is returned back to his address. I mailed them to explain me the process of returning the good but the seller never responded. Now when I inquired about the cost to ship the items to hong kong it states 34 dollars.
It is practical that no body will return the item back since it costs 3 times the actual cost of good.
It’s a game plan of the seller and the aliexpress is also involved in this fraud process. Customer care at aliexpress is useless of no help.
. I will never again purchase from this company. How stupid is this. For a wrong supply I have to pay the money for no fault of mine. I have been buying things from other online companies for several years now and never had any uisssues like this. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, but he refused and told that he don't do refunds. Then I reported that scammer to aliexpress customer service and they said it was not their problem. They said that I need to talk to the seller and when I told them that I already did they said that there was nothing they could do.

AliExpress unethical bait and switch

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from store SHOOFOO guangli liu Country/Region: China (Mainland) Website: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/928462
I paid for 10 to 15 day shipping. Right before the deadline to ship a tracking number is available and it is not for my method chosen, I contacted the seller about it and he claimed it was 2 different packages BUT so I paid for both to be shipped, Then I follow the tracking and it is in the UK. OMG I am in Texas. He claimed it was an error and sends a way bill DHL. Ok package arrived but NOT the color I ordered on the sandal, the size and anatomy of the straps on the sandal fit my calf but flopped around my ankle. The second par of shoes were a mess too, One shoe 1.5cm to 2cm longer than the other and so wide they were boats. I thought this purchase would be safe because the store refund policy posted. NOPE! Ship it back I refund you crap. $50 to ship back is the BS way they keep part of your money. Because the dispute never leaves the seller with nothing. It is a SELLER protection as long as WE get something they keep money. I also learned that sellers can manipulate the feedback left by buyers. So the feedback scores that have you buying is actually adjusted by the sellers, and they can even erase the transactions. I left feedback for March 2016 and the seller deleted the transaction and feedback like it never happened. So you are gambling with every purchase basically. But I must say this seller is reckless in your face with it, with the I put you on blacklist crap. Its almost funny if I wasnt out of $76. I filed a report with the FTC but whatever. I thought it would be safe since the company went public in the US but NOPE. No more China buys for me.

AliExpress no response from the seller

Use AliExpress at your own risk. I've purchased a camera from AliExpress and when it arrived it was damaged. Contacted the seller and asked for a replacement, he said ok and promised I'll get one in 14-21 days. Unfortunately nothing ever arrived and when I emailed the seller he never answered. When I asked AliExpress customer service for help, they said that there was nothing they could do and that I need to discuss the problem with the seller. Ridiculous! How can I discuss anything with a person which does not communicate! That was the worst online shopping experience ever!

AliExpress buyer beware! no customer protection!

I have been buying things from www.aliexpress.com for several months now and never had any issues. About two moths ago I made a purchase and received my stuff only a week ago, this time delivery was extremely slow. Things I received were very cheap looking and poorly made. So I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, but he refused and told that he don't do refunds. Then I reported that scammer to AliExpress customer service and they said it was not their problem. They said that I need to talk to the seller and when I told them that I already did they said that there was nothing they could do.

AliExpress no buyer protection

I ordered some items from aliexpress and never received anything! My order was placed about three month ago. Then I went to their website and found some information saying that if you don't get the order within 60 days a full refund will be offered. So I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, but they asked for some proofs. What proofs? Tracking number was not working, my items never showed up, so I did not have any proofs! Never again I will order anything from these people!

AliExpress Human Hair Bundles

Order ID: [protected]
Dispute Opened: Feb. 01 2016
I purchased hair from the seller on Ali Express name Emily thru Recool Hair. I paid 167.00 for the bundles. I only was able to wear the bundle one week when the hair started shedding and tangling. I contacted the seller and she told me she could not resolve my issue till later. I then sent feedback of my experience as a 2 rating on her site. Emily then contacted me numerous times asking me to change the rating to a 5 and she would refund me my money back. Yesterday 3/8/2016 I changed the rating after she asked me for my Paypal information and stated she refund my total balance of 167.00 back to me. She lied because she never refunded to me to total balance of 167.00. She only sent me 30.00 back. I want my total refund back to me as she told me she would do after I changed my rating on Ali Express. I am uploading pictures as well as the conversation we both had thru Ali Express with her stated she would refund me my money if I changed my rating.

AliExpress don't use this company!

I made an order in early November and it is now March and I still haven't received anything! When I contacted the postal company they said that they could not locate the delivery address and therefore they sent the package back. I immediately contacted AliExpress customer service and they said something that made absolutely no sense. Few weeks later I emailed again and the seller said he did not receive the package back yet. In February I asked for a refund and the seller promised to give my money back. It has now been nearly 3 months since the order was placed and I have received nothing yet! Every time I message I keep getting only excuses! Never again will I order from this site!

That's why since they can't track international orders that I scam the sellers saying I didn't received the goods but most of the times I receive them. Ahah those sellers are always screwing the buyer so it's my payback

AliExpress totally unhelpful!

I purchased some items from AliExpress in late January and it is now March and my order wasn't shipped so I canceled it. I was expecting to get a refund, but never received my money back. I contacted the seller and he said that my order is on its way. Then I emailed AliExpress customer service and explained the situation. They said that there was nothing they could do. So there is no way to cancel anything if the seller is against it. It's absolutely ridiculous! Why this website even needs this stupid customer service? They are unprofessional and totally unhelpful!
