AliExpress new security rules for payments

Night between friday 18 and saturday 19, Aliexpress changed some $*!T on their payment rules and systems, so now is impossible to order anything.

all the orders are automatically closed by the system

AliExpress purchase protection

On Oct 23, 2017 I ordered 4 bottles of nail jel from Elite99 Official Store. My order # [protected] was purchased, at the time of ordering the seller wrote that it would be 30-50 days to receive my order. On November 19, 2017 the seller extended my purchase protection to Jan 18, 2018. NOTE: I did not request an extension of this. I now have to wait an extra 2 months for my item or before I can even open a dispute because as long as there as the purchase protection is not due, you are not able to open a dispute. This is very unfair of the seller. I am a very good customer for many years now and I am finding more and more sellers are doing this without permission. There needs to be a way to control the seller and be more fair to the buyer! For this transaction I would like the seller to. Hangs he PP date back to the original date and If I don't receive it by then I will dispute this order.

AliExpress refunds

I have made an order for a gold catsuit using a guest account and paid $38.32 using my Amex card then did not get an email confirmation so I thought it did not push through. I then placed another order for a gold catsuit and found a better deal for $29.66 but this time I signed up for an Aliexpress account. I have received the item and the payment was taken out of my Visa card.

I have received by Amex credit card statement and to my surprise, $38.32 was taken out and I did not receive the item. I have contacted Aliexpress on multiple occasions and have provided them all the details they need to investigate. I was told many times via chat support that someone from their escalations group will contact me via email and ignore the generic email they sent.

Until finally, I am told to do something different which is to report it to my bank which I think is crazy as this is not a fraudulent transaction. This is the responsibility of the merchant and not the bank. Reporting this to the bank would mean I would need to cancel the card which is very inconvenient on my end.

I do not appreciate that I was made to wait for nothing. Aliexpress should be coordinating with American Express to check the approval codes and not my bank.

I have attached a copy of my statement, the generic email and the chat messages.

AliExpress i've paid for my order, but it's saying please pay

I purchased about 10 items from various sellers on Aliexpress during their 11-11 sale, a week or so ago. I paid for the items with a credit card, and checked the credit card statement, and the payment came OFF the card. But a few days after I purchased the items, I got a message from one of the sellers. It said please pay for the item so we can ship it. I was confused so I looked under 'My Orders', and found some of the items had been shipped, but under all of the original order cards there were other order cards with the EXACT same items I had already paid for. They said 'Pay now'. I clicked 'pay now' to see what It would do, and it came up with 'your order price has been revised due to a change in foreign exchange rates.' Up the top, with all the normal order cards, it says all my orders have been 'sent'...? Why has this happened, and am I getting my order? Because I have ALREADY paid for it, and I'm not going to pay again!

AliExpress damaged good that I received

I received a doll I brought that came damaged I was told by the seller to heat the doll on a high heat i contacted customer services after trying to contact the seller I have been told to send the doll back but I would lose money as it is high postage to send to China I might as well keep the doll and pay more money to get it fixed i have been told the same thing to wait for a response I feel AliExpress are fobbing me off keep telling me they have appealed when they haven't I have just been told to appeal again why would I have to appeal again when I've requested an appeal against a dispute 4 times customer services has put in another appeal today I have been told to wait another 5-7 days I have been contacting you since the beginning of September aliexpress has sent an email to the seller but I don't think they have responded I think it's really unfair I am left with a damaged doll and I can't do anything about it

AliExpress ordered 2 products (gloves)

I ordered 2 products from Aliexpress.com.
The first product was a leather gloves, they promised to refund the money as the product was defected piece and they asked me to keep the junk product too. it been more than 4 months they are not refunding my money.
The second product was a Glove again, which i ordered from the same site and this time they refused to send the product and now they will respond to any complaints.

They take the payment in full in advance and they don't respond.

Kindly Block such Fraud sites.

Please look into the above issue and do the needful.

AliExpress outstanding order and no feedback from the seller

I ordered a pair of ladies high heels on the 17 July 2017 with the seller (Walk life XM Store) order number [protected]. When i contacted the seller 60 days (September 2017) after the transaction date, they told me they order was shipped and might still be on the way. A month later (October 2017) when i inquired, i was told they have laid a compliant with the logistics company. Its November and i am still waiting for feedback.

The tracking order number given was RF809308643CN with the China Post Registered Air Mail.

I would like to get the shoes ordered and if not possible, the refund would do.

AliExpress order no. [protected] cancelled

On october 30, 2017 I paid my order € 60, 40 to AliExpress (see photo).

On november 11, 2017 (02:21) AliExpress emailed: Your Order No. [protected] has been cancelled because payment was not made before 11 Nov 2017 02:20. If you would still like to buy this item, please reorder it at AliExpress.com.

Of course I emailed AliExpress that I did pay on time.

AliExpress order # [protected]

I place my order over 3 weeks ago. I had requested for tracking number and asked what had happened to my order? My payment was received, as I have received notice that it was received. I received noticed to go to the link to check on the status of my order. I have tried to log on by requesting a code number, which was provided to my mobile phone but when I try to enter the 6 digit number given, it will not take. Its a 6 digit number you gave me to enter, how am I not able to proceed with the information you have provided me?
I also received notice that the package has arrived in destination country on Nov. 09, 2017. Today is Nov.11, 2017 and I have not received it YET.
Because I am having difficulty accessing your site to check on my order and you have informed me that the order has arrived to its destination but has not, I am questioning if this business is a fraud. It is my first time to order through your business and my experience is terrible. I would like for you to return my money ASAP. I do not find your company credible. I would appreciate a reply to my message, please.

and I asked for the seller to cancel it before he sent it! but he sent it anyway.
I dont need this order anymore as it is taking too much time and I am asking you to please respect my request (again, I request to cancel it before it was sent and you can see it in the order history) and refund the money to my credit card.

AliExpress free tv receivers, arabic iptv box 1000 plus europe it channels

When I placed my order through Aliexpress website I chose the order which I described above free IPTV Arabic Channels Box for Life after I receive my order directly from the seller. when I started using the service almost one year I surprised the seller suspended my account. I approach the seller directly to find solution to activate my account unfortunately the seller refuse to cooperate with me to restore the service back to me. I believe the seller commit fraud against me and misled me and breach the term and condition in the agreement which suppose to provide free service for me. also I approach directly to open a dispute but unfortunately the problem is not sorted in my fever. I am asking the seller to restore the service immediately without any delays or to refund my money back to me. As I mentioned to Aliexpress and the seller this is very bad reputation for the CHINESE COMPANIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET.

AliExpress can't sign in.

i tried to sign into my account so many times it always says that i need to do a verification. i do the verification and try to sign in and again it says that i need to do a verification. this is not normal. how can i order things if i cant sign in.there isnt even someone normal to talk to only a chat that dosent let me enter a normal complaint. please can you email me- [protected]@gmail.com. thanks

AliExpress hello world. is the company!!!

Order number. [protected]. Travel coffee mug. Ordered July 31 2017. Cost $16.02.
I did not do a dispute as the cup did not arrive on time. I gave the benefit of doubt! It arrived broken. I sent a photo and was told a new one would be sent. It never was! I contacted the seller and Aliexpress. Two days ago the seller said to claim a refund but as the dispute button does not work I cannot do that. I told the seller he can refund my credit card or send me a Money order or etransfer and today he emails with one word ‘sorry'.
This company should not be allowed to do this. I just want my money back.

Hi I am platinum member of aliexpress ordered desktop motherboard for asus p8z77-v pro z77 from store:znsusan store (Store no.610072) on aliexpress on 24 august 2017 for my desktop I recieved the item but it is not working I open the dispute on aliexpress I send all data which support that motherboard is send faulty by seller. Aliexpress jugement validate it and on dispute I request for refund only because item sending charges 4 - 5 k by bluedart to china but seller said return and full refund I lost around 10 k for motherboard now 5 k for parcel I request for partial refund but rejected. On 30 oct I received that aliexpress change the judgement invalidate my reasons and full payment given to seller. This not fair I m regular buyer from aliexpress and always I recieved good things but this time I m upset from aliexpress jugement...

AliExpress not refunded money of product order

I have purchased product UMI Z- Pro order ID [protected] - mobile cost 15200/- rupees, After 2 months product is not working. After seller contact he is not able to resolve issue. Also after continuous follow up with Aliexpress customer serivce they also not able to resolve issue. only saying it will resolve within 4-5 days. Now its two month still issue not resolved as well as refund.

AliExpress price rises

very often when I try to buy an item from aliexpress the price goes up from when I first see the item to when I try to buy the item an example is an item for a tyre pressure analyser was $49.45 went up in price to $65.74 in a couple of minutes when I tried to buy it the name of the business is car beauty store and their number is 839106. I would also like to report that this is a very common occurrence and should be stopped because it is very hard to buy anything under these circumstances.

AliExpress item [protected] dvd car unit

I have been trying for 6 months to get a replacement for a faulty unit but the seller refuse to respond, made me send the unit back twice, pay for parts and carriage and still it broken. They are not responding after me spending $650 with them. I have also contacted your so called customer service who have not helped at all and just keep on emailing the seller who refuses to respond. I have been trying since April to get some service. Both Aliexpress and LJDA have let me down upto forty five times.promising me monies or refunds but nothing arrives. It's made me ill with my diabeties and I am worried I will have a bad fit and die with the stress. Please help me

AliExpress non responsive sellers who have incorrect names and addresses on tracking

Over several months now I have had difficulty with a few sellers who are uncooperative they for some unknown reason had some other person's name on my delivery information tracking all different names in all states of Australia
It appears that they had refused my dispute proposal and there was no provision to reject their proposal
These issues although for very small amounts are annoying and dare I say reflect poorly on your previously excellent track record.
I have recently ordered more items but if I have similar problems I will have to look elsewhere

It is the principle not the money that annoys me
