AliExpress order no. [protected] from shop2801171 store

Hello, order placed 30th Oct. containing Christmas presents. After checking the delivery status I notice no further movement. I decide to contact the seller for more information but am not receiving a reply. I have tried contacting the seller, 7 times infact and have not received any reply. I need to ensure my items will be delivered before Xmas. If the seller contacted and me and there is a problem, I would have had enough time to make other arrangements. It's obvious there is a problem otherwise the seller would contact me. I need to know what the problem is and I need your urgent assistance. Rgds Sue ( susan.[protected]@dhl.com )

AliExpress [protected] fantasymall

Hi,

I ordered a lighter a while ago and it arrived as a DOA(Dead on Arival) I contacted FantasyMall and they promised to send a new one, after months of waiting I still did not receive a replacement.

I Have asked 3 weeks ago for a full refund, they were not able to refund back on my credit card and required a paypal account, as per request I created this and provided FantasyMall will my details. Meanwhile they have removed the product from their store. 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received my refund of 3, 03 Euro,

With this e-mail I would like to file a official compliant against FantasyMall and want to have my money a.s.a.p whole is has taken almost 5 months. I have all the communication stored with for this item if required.

If no action will me taken I will stop using AliExpress as I expect that you only select trustworthy customers.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi Team,

Subject: Need refund for the Order Number: [protected]

I am Kapil Kuriakose from Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
I have ordered a Junsun H7 DVR via Aliexpress and it got delivered to me (Kerala, India) On 2017.08.25.

When I started using it, I noticed that the memory is not getting auto rewritten. Means when my 32 GB card is full, it won't be auto written with latest recording instead its showing "Storage is full" and Nothing will get recorded there after.

But in the product description, it shows Loop Recording feature is there. [Screen shot attached]

I contacted customer support (Name: Lin) and I did not get a proper response. I requested him for a refund and he is not giving me proper answer/ replacing this product.

I want a full/Partial refund of Money. since the product is still under warranty.

please do necessary actions.

The Shipping was on Time and packing was perfect.

i made order in 11-11-2017 from Yi Technology Store 3 items and i got a big discount
1 - Yi carrying case (for action camera) 18.45$ it was 25.99$
2 - Yi 4k camera with Bluetooth and self stick 184.18$ it was 231.81$
3- Yi Gimbal Handheld 96.10$ it was 199.99$

and the seller didn't ship the items to me so, i have contacted them more than 4 times and didn't got any respond from the seller
so, i contacted customer service, everytime when i contacted them told me you'll received email from us or the seller i didn't got anything

so when i open the case i didn't found any option i found just refund my money, so the seller as quickly has sent to me a msg tell me your request has been approved and your money refunded
and i was when i contacted the seller i told them i want my order not refunded my money

At the end of july the order for an acoustic guitar has been made and completely paid.The seller of vivi xue from v- glorifi respectable shop.The sum of 12367, 39 rub., the order №[protected], jun.25, 2017 year, claims at first"weren"t, the guitar was bought as a gift for birthday by november 21, the guitar wasn"t operated.Jn november thecrack on the case of a guitar was formed, strings have nestled on a signature stamp, the tool isn"t serviceable.J ask to neturn money or to send not rejected tool, iibetter than other factory.

AliExpress unauthorized credit card charge

Hello.
I recently experience and issue with AliExpress.
I was trying to order goods and my card was rejected 1st time, so I tried again and on 2nd time the transaction took a place. Then I noticed I was charged twice and the goods are ordered also 2 times.
I was trying to communicate with sellers, but it seems they do not understand my issue and even I send them an information about duplicating my order, they send me the second order even after my complaint.
The transaction happened on evening November 24th.
I was trying to reach Customer Service, but they have a note on this site, that is Out Of Order. I would like to get a refund back on my account.

AliExpress customer service and corrupt sellers

Aliexpress is a scam website. They do nothing to vet sellers or police bad sellers. They only care about their commission on the sale.
Out of my order for three items one is missing entirely . Another is defective and one works Hurray! The website won't accept a Dispute against the seller. The chat line for Customer Service is a farce. Aliexpress claims they are only a platform (for dishonest sellers) so it is a credit card issue from here.
It may be a violation of the merchant agreement with the credit card company. I'll file a complaint with Mastercard and ask for my money back. Even the BBB doesn't want to take a complaint. I'm guessing too many people have been scammed by bad sellers on Aliexpress. I'm guessing our government agencies won't do anything to assist citizens/consumers because they aren't making any money.

I am client of ALiExpress for many years and have many transactions all of qood quality, until now:

I have two orders of batteries. Both sets of batteries are fake of brand and also of very bad quality. The companies do not reply me and do not refund me the money. Also they do not answer my questions in the right way.

AliExpress dispute result and your online chat agents

I had been submitting my complaints via your online chat agents before I open my Dispute, after my Dispute been closed, and appeal, .. more than 6 of them.

Terrible customer service recovery skills, lack of problem solvings competencies, unacceptable corporate lay back practices.

I will be more than willing to provide a detail chain of events substantiated by screenshots via email.

If this channel of complaint is still a waste of time, I will ensure my voice will be heard through other sources.

I ordered many cases in aliexpress. I got only few cases . I would like to now details about my remaining cases are they shipped to me or not please tell me details about my remaining cases and how many cases u need to deliver to me. AliExpress unethical behavior

Dear Support,

After a strange conversation with the salesman who refused to send me my "Single Day" order, he thought I was using another method to discourage me.

This time, my order stuck since 10 days to "Waiting for pickup" state.

Store: LT Motherboard Store

Seller Guarantees: ships out within 4 business days - On-time Delivery 60 days.

On all of my orders successfully on Aliexpress. This is the first time a seller tries to extort money in addition to what I paid.

Thank you in advance for upholding your quality of service

After such a conversation, I do not know how it is possible to trust this strange seller.

AliExpress my payment appeal

I tried to make a purchase last Thursday. My order could not complete for security. I submitted my documents to file an appeal. Told 1-3 business days.

Spoke on live chat. Who told me they "accelerate" for me. "Wait 1 business day".

Now is 3 business days and still no appeal! 3 people on chat promise "1 more day, 1 more day, 1 more day!

You don't want my money?

AliExpress bad behavior of seller

I am a return customer to Ali Express On November 11 I secured an Order ID: [protected] yet, until today I did not receive any tracking # from the seller and when I contacted the seller he requested me to wait and when I contacted him again he replied with a behavior that forced me to think not to back again and shop from Ali Express you can have a look to his reply in the message history
Another order secured in the same day Nov. 11 and yesterday I have received the items while the first seller is getting angry because I requested him to provide me either with the tracking status or cancel my request and send me the refund
Please now I need to cancel this request and I don't need this items and for sure shopping from Ali express is deleted from my plan anymore

I order on 3 october a smartwatch in MC-KINGWEARS Store .
The watch did not work . The contact person ( Army Xiao )promised to send a replace watch . He even dit give me a shipping number ( TSLHK0000170873YQ ) so i did not open a dispute .
