I ordered this little glove to help me remove excess cat hair, I paid $3 and single dollar for the delivery.
one day after a few weeks waiting, I get an email saying I received and signed for the package.
Because I know I did not, I contacted Ali express.
The nightmare begins here:
First they were arguing that I did get it as I signed for it, then they sent me to investigate myself, saying I need to prove that I did not get the package.
I called the post office, they never heard about this tracking number, the Ali express representatives were lost, they are so nice and useless (not their fault, just doing their jobs), they didn't know anything, until after a few days, one of them told me to check at DHL and I did, there I found it was not sent through the post office but by DHL Asia, this DHL branch were using a local company which is famous for never delivering to the clients, they were all over the news (they claim that it's Aliexpress fault in some way).
So I called this local delivery company asking for my package, they said it was lost and that they updated the tracking saying that and that I should dispute and Aliexpress will refund, I did exactly that, I had a proof that I never received the package.
So you think I got my money back? think again, I had to wait for over a month hearing all kind of excuses and today I finally got they news that my request for a refund was denied.
The amount of money here is not high, just $4, but think about it, the same will happen also for $200 and you are not protected like you are with paypal, there is no real client protection.
Moreover, the time I had to spend to handle this issue was not worth it.
Bottom line, Aiexpress thinks we are stupid but we are not, there are enough platforms to shop with and I am closing my AliExpress account! They took my money without giving the product and then called me a theif, they'll do it to you too!

This week I tired to make purchases using the same credit cards I always used, and AliExpress rejected them. They won't even reply to emails or get back to me. I have connected to aliexpress before 1 month, I think that they give cheap things. so I bought a smartwatch having price $42.15, but after half an hour I cancelled my order and they said that my amount is credited to my account in 20 buisness days. After that I contacted many of times and on every chat they told me next date. Then after 2 months they give me a ARN numberand told that my amount is credited to my account and I have to contact to my bank and asked them about refund using ARN number. When I contact to my bank, they said that it is wrong ARN number. And now what can I do, I have lost my money.
ALIEXPRESS has a ridiculous refund policy. They charged me for the item + applicable taxes. When I never received the item and opened a dispute, they refunded only the amount for the item and kept the taxes collected for themselves. I chatted with them several times and they would not refund the tax collected and offered only an apology for inconvenience.
BUYER BEWARE - they will cheat you this way.
I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company to see if they can do anything about this.

I bought a 2000 W Car Inverter DC 12 V to AC 220 V Power Inverter Charger (order [protected]). I opened the package once it was delivered and connected to the car, to see how it is operating. At that time I noticed that the product was not operating and there was no 220 V power output. Then I checked the product with different cars and also in a workshop, connected to an accumulater and measured the output with the device. It never worked.
Although I have bought several items from Aliexpress, this was my first experience with an item that didn't work. Therefore I raised a dispute asked for a refund and proposed return of the item. Aliexpress requested video evidence and I uploaded evidence video taken in the workshop the other day. I also replied the team with e-mail, attaching the video evidence of my problem.
Before the deadline for submitting the video evidence, Aliexpress told me that they will refund me 0 USD and asked me not to return the item. I was expecting at least a proposal for replacement. Of course I objected their decision and appealed it.
Aliexpress rejected my appeal claiming that "we found there's no detailed evidence for the problem you mentioned when our Case Management Specialist handled this case. Besides, there is no video from you can prove the quality problems as well. As you know, it is hard for dispute team to help our buyers if the evidence is not supported. That's why we reminded you to provide the detailed evidence to verify your claim in the mail."
From these I understand that AliExpress wants us to go to China with the defective item to prove our problem. Such an approach and procedures of Aliexpress is against to ethical commercial practices.

i had placed a order of 6 products through aliexpress, the cart total was 720INR but as i had a aliexpress coupon i applied it and after discount the total amount deducted from my bank account was 500INR. The amount was deducted but as only 2 products out of the six were dispatched i contacted the sellers of the respective sellers but they told me they haven't received any confirmation from aliexpress about the payment on the products and because of which the sellers are not packing & dispatching the products.
