I purchased UNI PLUS E Mobile from Ali express site on 03/04 2017 by paying online 219.99 USD with order ID [protected].
Phone was defective from the date of purchase and a complaint was lodged that it's touch is not working. Phone is under warranty

AliExpress don't trust them

Aliexpress is such a bad place for ordering but despite this fact, many people shop there. I was one of them and honestly, I regret it.
I ordered 4 dresses but got only one. Why? Who knows. I wrote to the store/the seller and he/she assured me that there's nothing to worry about and my items will arrive soon. But they didn't. Never did. And the store stopped replying to me. Everybody should be careful buying from them and carefully choose sellers, using special additions for browsers showing who you can/can not trust.

AliExpress debit card deductions/fraudulent

To whom it may concern

I would like to send a complaint regarding the unknown deducation that wenthe through my account on the 12th/09/2017, there's a deduction of the following ALI*aliexpress5412820013514643
2017/09/12R-83.55 Amount from alliexpress without purchasing any item. I don'tfeel comfortable anymore with this regards as customer. I used my bank account/card for payment because I thought that Aliexpress is the most secured and trustable shopping online access. Could you please reverse the amount dedicated from my account, I have paid all the items I have purchased. What Alliexpress doing to my account it is fraudulent and unprofessional. I need my money back.

AliExpress received counterfeit goods and opened a dispute. the negotiation finished time has finished but aliexpress case management team did not step in!

I opened a dispute for receiving counterfeit goods. I opened my first dispute on 18 August and the due date for this dispute was 25 August. It was 5th of September but Aliexpress Case Management Team never stepped in the dispute. The seller kept telling that the items that i received did not belong to her(but I added many proofs like conversation records(screenshots), etc. By this time i had gotten in contact with the customer service too many times. All of the workers there told me that they would made a speed up request for my dispute so that the Aliexpress would step in but nothing changed. They also did not know why this thing happening to me the only thing they said was the case team would step in eventually. One of the workers told me to update the reason i also did that but again nothing changed. I closed the dispute (thinking that if i reopen my dispute Case Team can notice my dispute this time but again the same thing happened) The only thing that they do is " AliExpress result AliExpress investigation No" I don't even know what this exactly means. I reopened the dispute on 5th of September the due date was September the 12 today it is September the 13 but again Aliexpress did not step in. The customer service again do not know anything they only say we made a speed up request. The seller is not helping. I ordered Fendi&Michael Kors and Valentino bags for my customer but my customer checked the bags with the brand shop workers and and the workers told her that the bags are replica(counterfeit) so i refunded my customers money almost a month ago but i cannot get any help from Aliexpress. I am A3 customer and i have been shopping on Aliexpress for a long time but this bad experience really influenced me in a negative way i cannot trust in Aliexpress no more. They are not helping me. It is not a good thing to sell counterfeit items but the sellers there sell! And the sellers do not take any responsibilities. This seller did not talk to me in Aliexpress messaging system she insisted on the whapapp application(to send product photos) I did not have whatsapp so she added my wechat and sent me product photos there and made me order with an unrelated product payment link (on Aliexpress) I did not understand the reaons of these at that time but now i can understand that the reason was that her products were all counterfeit and she did not want to left any proof on Aliexpress. I really need a solution because i paid 290 dollars and this is a big amount for me. Please help me. AliExpress [protected] mobile phone which I received is not working

Made dispute as per them to send the mobile back and get refund... actually IAM not able to send the product because shipping charges are almost similar to mobile price...now IAM asking support from Ali Express and seller but they just don't care about my complain...means IAM holding not working mobile and loosing my money... you people rate the service now!

AliExpress cheating on refund

Hi,
I purchased few switches from the supplier EARU AUTO and he had send different item for which I raised the dispute and I was assured of partial refund ( 50% ) . This has happened in the month of June and till today I have not got my refund. where as the website declares that the refund was made on 10-07-2017.

Inspite of several chat session with their customer support team all I hear is idiotic and robotic type answers that they will look in to the matter. They are big time cheaters and stay away from Aliexpress.

In my other case the supplier ( Store name : ModuleFans ) never sent the item even after 80 days and the refund never made. one out 10 transactions aliexpress loots money from their customer.

Beware of Aliexpress and Alibaba. Their vendors keep changing their registered name time and again to loot conveniently.

AliExpress Not worth it

I ordered several dresses from them. The delivery didn't take too long. But the quality of some dresses was horrible. There was a hole on one of them. And the other one was way too small, even though I was carefully choosing according to their charts. So the result of all of this mess is that I didn't receive my refund for bad dresses.
No way to contact their customer service and no way to get offers from them. Too messy. Not worth it.

AliExpress service from a particular seller crazy shopping zone

On September 6th, I ordered a piece of fabric from the store above. I paid and waited to hear when it would be delivered. On September 7th, the seller Crystal Zhao sends me this notice:
CRYSTAL ZHAO: dear friend, thanks for your order, but i am really sorry this one was out stock now could you change another design ? see the picture below, Thanks a lot.

I did not like what she showed me and cancelled my order because she is out of stock, which is the reason I chose. Since the 7th of Sept. I keep canceling my order and she keeps rejecting it because she wants me to lie on the reason why I cancelled. She has rejected my request 10-15 times! what can I do? She should NEVER be allowed to deal with people

AliExpress A refund not received...

My name Nidia, Store "Fashion Popular Store" seller Luis Wanda. Placed the order # [protected], for 2 pairs of shoes #6 and #7...I canceled the #7 because by mistake, but they have not send me the refund. I am doing this complaint now, because I have been contacting the seller a lot of time but they have not told me nothing, the don't send me any message, I have been doing this for all these months and they have not respected me, this is not good for Aliexpress, the seller has very bad reputation from me...I am doing this because I need my money, I am retired person. They told me they can't make the refund directly to my bank account, they asked me for my Paypal credit account, I told them but nothing either. I would appreciate the care you take for this matter. AliExpress terrible customer service

I purchased a TV Android box (PlusAmlogic T89A W915 Android 7). The seller "MipCheapthe1". And I received a damaged product and sent several proofs to the seller before he agreed to refund. But this matter will never succeed because its number was lost by the CS and now nobody knows what to do and how to help me. Great. It's been two months, periodically I write them and ask for a resolution hoping to meet someone who's a little adequate and speaks better English than all of those people before.
I will not buy from Ali Express again...

AliExpress unsettled dispute

Purchased Item: Data Frog Android Controller 2.4 G Wireless Gamepad

I had purchased a wireless gamepad through Aliexpress. The gamepad proved defective. Randomly, it loses its connection with PC. I raised a dispute. On seller's request I uploaded a video as evidence. The seller agreed that receiver of the gamepad was faulty. Seller requested me to cancel dispute and she would send me a new receiver as replacement. Meanwhile Aliexpress gave judgement of the dispute to "Return goods and get refund".
Because the seller had agreed to send me a new receiver as replacement, so as a good gesture I didn't send the item back. Seller informed me that she had sent me a receiver as replacement. She provided me a tracking number of the shipment which proved to be fake later. I complained to seller that there is no tracking update since more than a month. She asked me to keep on waiting. The shipment did never arrived till today.
I have contact Aliexpress through live chat countless times. every customer care Rep of Aliexpress ensured me every time that they would contact the seller on my behalf and ask her to settle the dispute.
The seller didn't give any importance to Aliexpress' emails.
The seller is very obstinate, stubborn, non-caring, careless, non-professional, non-supportive and a big liar too.
She asked me to provide paypal account for refund. I told that paypal isn't operating in my country. I said to process refund to my credit card. She denied. I requested to send me a replacement. She rejected every idea and thus refused for a refund as well as a replacement - very sad and unfortunate behavior
Sad to see that Aliexpress didn't take any action against the seller. Aliexpress should have sent the seller a notice and a warning to adhere to customer satisfaction rules which Aliexpress didn't do.
Aliexpress's chat help is just useless to resolve any dispute. It may please be shut down to save organization's resources.
I feel extremely fed up to see such poor response from Aliexpress. They tend to provide relaxation to their sellers instead of the buyers.
I am so sick of this case that I have decided to never buy anything from Aliexpress as they least bother to resolve such genuine issues as of mine.
Seller should have been emphasized to either full refund of my paid amount or send a whole new set of gamepad+receiver as a replacement.
I feel myself to be stupid to buy from a foreign outlet. I should have preferred sellers of my own country. Silly me

I have not received these two orders after waiting for more than 90 days. I have checked my local post also and the products have not reached there. I have opened dispute for both the orders: [protected] and [protected]. Rather than returning back my money, my account was blocked by your team and I am not getting my money also back for these orders.

Please look into this matter and return back my money. I am an active customer of Ali express and you can check history for [protected]@gmail.com user. I have never done anything against your buyer protection program. Why I am getting troubled. I just want my money back for these orders ad my account activated again. Please do as needful.

AliExpress never buy from ali!!!

Most of their sellers are thieves who are super quick in getting your money from you, but when it comes to a decent service it's not what they may provide. I ordered a dress in the XXL size and got probably the smallest they had. I sent him a photo to prove it was his fault and was said that I got the biggest size. For real? Who the hell wears dresses like this? What a stupid excuse that has nothing to do with the reality. Simply awful.
Never expect a great or normal service from ali sellers, most of them will be rude to you. Don't order expensive items, you may regret it. Your money may be hard to return. Or even impossible. Order something cheap and unusual just for fun.

AliExpress nothing but a headache

The shirt I order was in a different color and didn't match its description on the website. Moreover, it looked a little different and couldn't be called "as in the picture" because it wasn't. I didn't expect I would get a shirt with a terrible quality, I will surely never go out wearing this. I got my refund after 2 weeks of an endless runaround they gave me. Never order clothing that's made in China, people!

AliExpress counterfeit products being sold, aliexpress doesn't care.

bought a bunch of models on aliexpress. the seller only sent half my order and the other half were counterfiet. when confronted they closed their store. dispute was denied even though i even had two letters from the official brand holder saying they were fakes. had to get bank chargeback.

The bank chargeback is processing i believe. Still not in my account yet.

AliExpress pillboxes

I ordered pill boxes dispatching and I paid them I received an advice than payment was not recovered and than I need to repeat the order. I repeated it. Later, I received my order but, after a certain time I received an advice from post office that I received an another parcel. I refused it and I said them to return it to the sender.
Meanwhile, I verified on my credit account and I saw that the sender received from me two payments : one in april and one in june (The same amount)
I wrote to the sender and requested to refund me the double amount because I did not received the second parcel and they are not reacting
Please act to the sender because I want my money back

This business requested "some days" for refund me i did not recall him two months and he did not contact me and he did not refund me this affair and the complaint is from the last summer ! it seems that this guy is not honnest people he received the goods back and use many pretexts and subterfuges for not refund me
i want my money back immediately
i f he is not refunding meimmediately i will contact singapur police and we will see if he will continue to make jokes

Phone price only $88.65 now can you tell 88$ Phone how can I pay 60$
148$ in India I will get good phone.

Last time I chat with your customer support they told refused to take product goes back to the seller then we will refund your amount I did the same

go to your bank account and tell them to process a chargeback against aliexpress. because you sent the phone back and did not recieve the goods, why should they have your money/

AliExpress amount deducted from account monthly without warning

Hi,
I'm a frequent customer from AliExpress. Recently I noticed that a small amount is getting deducted from my Bank Account each month. So I removed the Bank Car details from the AliExpress App. But i noticed they are still withdrawing. They don't credit the deducted amount back as well.

Please help me understand why they need to withdraw money? Is this what is going to happen til I have my bank account? Please stop deducting money from there and refund them back. what is going on?

AliExpress kemei km-1832 trimmer, order [protected]

I ordered this and paid on 30th September 2016, I received it on 12th november but the device (bear trimmer) was broken when I received it.
I registered the complaint 'on line' on 14 november with AliExpress.
After a long and not so professional on line 'chat discussion' (first a refund proposition of $2...)
On 16th december, the 'dispute officer from AliExpress' wrote me and I refer literally to his texte: "dear, the money had back to you, pleaes check"...
But after 6 months waiting and checking, the refund still did not happen!
In the mean time AliExpress closed the complaint because the product was not send back... although I've asked many times for the return procedure (adress, carrier, etc...).
Pure hustling tactics from AliExpress!
Mr. Jack Ma will be ashamed if he would know...
