5x tattu 3.7v 220mAh lipo battery
Mini buzzer from one supplier
There are 2 store that carried this 2 type of battery. One of them is RC FPV Store, and I did not remember the other one.
I have paid through Alipay with my credit card 464178******8570 for USD 92.79 On same date 16 Feb 2018
I had followed my order and look for the tracking until 28 Feb 2018, and the order has not been shipped
On 3 March 2018, I could not enter to my aliexpress apps on my mobile. I have to reset my password, and finally I am able to enter aliexpress again.
But, I found out that I can not find my order anymore. Even my latest shopping cart seem gone. What it is show on it, is the old item that I was tried to buy long time ago. My credit card payment still in placed, I have to paid it already.
I have call ali-express customer service since then untill few day ago.I have talking to customer service without success. Promise to email me, but never did. I have to start again from beginning everytime I call back. They asked the same question all the time without result.

Never shop from here. 4000/- has been looted by aliexpress. I also appeal for dispute amny times and contacted to customer service but all in vain. Order paid in full but not received. I am unable to open a dispute and the seller is not responding to my requests for refund.
The so called buyer protection is useless as it expires before the goods are expected to be received. I cannot leave feedback either. I paid $13.82 and received nothing. This is theft, a consumer scam. I contacted customer service by live chat and they did not do anything to solve this.

I ordered a human hair from (rosa beauty hair) on December but DHL sent it to a wrong address so when I tracked it showed that it was delivered to another address so when DHL told me to ask the seller to claim for the loss since December I have been sending messages so that they will refund me 120 dollars, the seller asked me to go and get the claim number from DHL but when I contacted DHL they send that it is only the sender that can request for claim number but finally I got the claim number I sent it to the seller Rosa beauty hair since 16th march 2018 but they have not replied me regarding my money. please, I will like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible because I need my money back. As for Aliexpress customer service, I don't think that it is reliable because I have to chat with them 3 times they will always promise to resolve and send email to me but have not heard from them. On March 14, 2018, an accidental purchased was ordered. The order was canceled immediately on the app by hitting the cancel order option. It gave the option to cancel before the specified timeframe and the Order was canceled not even 30 mins later. On March 19, 2018, the seller was contacted about the refund and she stated that the items were already being shipped and it was shipped immediately after the order was placed. She DID NOT send me any order confirmation email nor a tracking email. She did not inform me that the order was still being sent at all. She refused to refund me my money even though the order was canceled before time was up!. She purposely shipped the items so that she did not have to give me my refund

If you ever chat with customer service at their site, you'll notice it's complete waste of time. They'll pretend they know what you talked about, but in reality they have not a clue. You can repeat the same story again and again and they will ask you the same question again and again. And they find many excuses when you ask them to do something real (like sending a mail to you) - they'll say the computer is being upgraded, the computer just crashed so someone else has to take over, or the person you wanted to talk to is not in office today (pretending they know who you want to talk to ...)
Everything you chat with someone, the next time when you chat again, they don't know who/what you talked about last time...it's total waste of time talking to customer service. Don't spend your valuable time there!
received wrong products, returned them but never received a refund
I placed an order for 2 jackets for a total of $44.98 on 11 November 2017 from Aliexpress. The order number is [protected]. The name of the store I bought them from is HUIHONSHE Costume Store.
It took more than 2 months for the merchandise to arrive to Istanbul, Turkey. I received a package on 18 January 2018. But the 2 jackets that were sent were wrong. I took their picture and sent it to the vendor QIU JI from the aliexpress message board. I then paid $20 for postage to send the wrong jackets back to China to the vendor on 23 January 2018. QIU JI said he would give me a refund when he received the wrong goods. It has been almost 2 months since I sent them back, but he won't respond to my messages, nor has he made a refund to my credit card.
Last week I made a complaint online to aliexpress. They told me they would help me resolve the problem, and that I should check my emails for updates. I have not received any updates, I have not received an answer from anyone, and I have not received my refund to my credit card.
It has been almost 4 months since I placed this order and nothing has been resolved.
It is very difficult to get in touch with the correct person/division on aliexpress to resolve such problems. I am very unhappy with this transaction and cannot find anyone to help me resolve the problem. I would like my money back.

I did not pay you by Paypal, there is no Paypal in Turkey. It was paid by credit card. I think it is only fair if you immediately make the refund. This was not my mistake, wrong goods were sent by your warehouse and it took over 2 months for me to receive them. I also had to pay $20 for registered mail just to send these back to you. This transaction has been more costly for me than it should.

This is the scam. You receive a damaged item or the odor is overwhelming. (it is difficult to upload an odor but since it is in the drop down menu, you know they are aware of it. You request a refund and they tell you to return the item. There is no Return receipt provided. It cost a minimum of $25 to ship. less than a pound from the US (California) to China, often more than the value of the item. Navigating their Dispute is difficult and the products inferior. Buy cheap in the US.
if you order beware of return options. It may cost more to return an item for a refund than you paid for the item. Everyone calls you dear, but they will not refund your money on damaged, or even items not received, if you do not pay to return the item. It is a minimum of $25 to send an item from California to China. They know you will not return it if it costs more than what you paid for it. Received a damaged pair of shoes, a pair with a terrible odor and did not receive the third pair in the order. cost more to return the damaged and smelly shoes than they cost and the post office says a claim for the shoes not received must be initiated by the sender, who will not do it, as they say shoes are indicated as received, so lost money on all three items.

I reviewed the tracking, as it had to go to Johannesburg in South Africa from where it is then sent to Namibia, where we stay and where the delivery address is. on 20 January 2018, I received an email from AliExpress stating that Packaged arrived in destination country. I went to Nampost in Namibia (city is Windhoek) and they told me no, the package is still in Johannesburg, SA. according to the tracking number it arrived in Johannesburg and was sent to Namibia only the 8th of February 2018. Up until today, nothing has arrived at Nampost in Windhoek. I did not send confirmation of receipt. I did post on their website, on the order, on the 5th of March, that I did not receive the order, again I posted on the 12th of March advising package not received and again yesterday the 12th of March. I am unable to lodge a dispute to AliExpress as they state that the package has been received, that they confirmed receipt. I tried to contact them numerous times, but no response.

Third time, the staff said they need to submit the case to the manager and they will review and send me email that would be sent after 14 days.
After waiting too long and receive nothing, I contacted with them again and they tell me I need to wait more
Third time, they said $149 is a big amount of money. So, they needed more time to solve the case
After that, I contacted them many times, and they gave me the same answer that they need time and would send me email
In the end, one staff said he/she did not want to lie to me. They could not solve the case. The seller is bad, so only way they could do is ban him/her from Alibaba Express and I lost money for trusting them.

Today your valued seller proved that he is a scam and big fraud. By proposing solution to steal me, i felt that this seller was planning to steal me i checked today that i purchased from this scam(seller) before as well he did not send product to me. But this time send one piece broken different brand instead of 50 piece and he showed chinapost paper that is written weight of 50 pcs not where the real weight is for one piece 11g. The seller had made the planning and cheated the chinapost paper by writing the weight of 50 pcs so he could steal my 50 pcs.
That chinapost envelop i kept it, i felt the seller will make such things, that envelop can not contain 50 pcs, by max it its full it can contain 6 pcs. But this B**** seller had send one broken different piece.
After today proposal, where it showed the real intention of the seller to steal and make fraud. If aliexpress does not stop this scam from trading and return my full money back. I will to stop purchasing from your website because today i really lost my confidence. And me buy more than 5000 usd yearly and did not see such [censor] seller with high intention to steal.

Totally understand what you say. I had the same experience. The customer service is only there for show. They do not help you anything when you have trouble. They just talk. They pretend they care. No, they don't have a clue what your problem is, and they don't care at all to help you out.

Im a professional repair technician.
I made the order on Aliexpress number [protected]. Asked for a refund on 27th January.
The parts i ordered from Aliexpress dont fit properly the phone.
I sent Clear Pictures that show the products are not in proper condition for me to use them and finish my work.
If they are not in proper conditions, as proved, the refund is should be justified. But not this time.
Aliexpress so called experts team, did not examine the photos is sent technically. Which would be necessary to give a fair and knowledgeable judgement.
I asked for a trained technician to see the photos and give its report. They denied it.
They gave no justification for refusing my dispute and appeal and made me lose my money.
Since they dont know what they are talking about, they just asked for a video that would show the same as the photos.
Why they asked the video? Because they knew i am a professional buyer and dont keep the phone of my clients to make experiments. My client took his phone elsewhere to be repaired (as he should). So i lost a client.
Im a professional. All parts i order that work are reviewed, installed and customers happy. These just dont work!
A full refund shoud be done without a doubt. I never had a problem like this on Amazon, ebay or with paypal orders.
Im the one beeing damaged here, but Aliexpress does not care and doesnt even do a proper job analising proof.
The seller even tried to scam me because he knew he has faulty products.
He tried to lure me into closing dispute and give money by Paypal. But has i read in the internet, that is a scam to make us close dispute and then we cant reopen it. Then you're left with no money and no protection. But Aliexpress customer service does not work, so the so called protection is a fraud.
They dont have a proper channel to make complaints and now i know why.
They dont care about clients and the customer support is a joke.

Same thing happened to me. I made an order on Ali Express web-site 2 days ago. Credit card was charged right away, and I received an e-mail with order confirmation. This morning checked the order on my account while I was still logged in on my computer. First it showed in the list of orders, but when I clicked on order details the web-site asked to log-in again, after which the order disappeared. I checked my e-mail, and the confirmation e-mail also disappeared from my e-mail account. I still had a tab opened with order ID, and amount paid. When I search for this order ID, it cannot be found. At least there is an evidence that this order existed, and payment was made.
Checking for my orders in the app, also does not help.
Same thing happened to me. You MUST download the app then sign in that way and you will see your order and all the details. I made the order without downloading the app then it said no orders. Don't panic people they are not a fraud company. The order can take many weeks to arrive. Just because you can't see your order doesn't mean it's not coming just try what I said.
Hi everyone, same happened to me. I placed the order for Karcher filters and the order disappeared. It was 19.56€ in local money. I opened the aliexpress app but the order was not there. I will put aliexpress in a news paper to destroy their name. Someone has to do it. By the way opening a dispute is impossible and someone has their direct email address please provide it here or anywhere so all us victims can find it.
So basically to find your orders you need to go to a mobile device and download the AliExpress app. When you download it, login to the account you used for your orders. In the app you will be able to see al your orders and which ones have been shipped. On laptop it seems to glitch and say you have no orders, do not panick as you can always access them on the app. It happened to me this morning but I read an article showing how to fix it and it worked. The app is the way to go because you can see your orders there. You don't lose any money just make sure to get the app and check. If you don't see it then, contact the staff immediatly. Hoped this helped!

March 8, 2021 I ordered product costs 209.22 US dollar and paid thru debit card after that I can see detailed transactions and the DHL is the courier estimated days to deliver is 9 to 19 days. This happened to me. Placed a few small orders ($10-$20) and was billed on my credit card. I log in a few weeks later to check on the status and there is no trace of the orders anywhere. They don't appear as cancelled, awaiting delivery, deleted, etc. Only a few orders from about 4 years ago appear in the list. I paid with AmEx and have disputed the charges and have had money refunded. Aliexpress sad to say cannot be trusted any more. Scammers.

Download the app on a mobile device! all your orders will be there and will show whether they have been shipped or not, laptop doesn't it show it for some reason. just download AliExpress
