poor customer service and seller bad behavior
Hi I placed two orders with a seller called Red Ants Store this seller didn't not ship my items at all for a whole month I contacted ur customer serevice on numerous occasions and everyone said we understand bla bla and never did anything 1 month waiting the told me to contact seller and request ago cancel order and I have done but the seller refused to cancel order so only reply to cancellation of order but not answering my questions and just 30 mins before the end of shipping time he marks it as shipped How clever .. I requested for a whole 2 weeks to cancel my order clearly but he is being a pain and so as ur customer service as they can't do anything about it !
Never knew that the seller controls aliexpress so without him agreeing to cancel ur basically useless here... now for me to cancel I have to wait 10 days to open a despute after he ships that's if he ships totally out of order and unprofessional for u not to step in and cancel the orders for misbehaving seller .
I clearly ordered to cancel the order as the seller took a month to ship my order and I don't want his order any more why do I have to wait another 10 days to despute and then wait to see if he will agree the dispute and do a full refund that totally disgusting I'm really losing faith in aliexpress and their sellers and would recommend people to stay away from buying from there as NO one will help u there they r programmed only to say yeah we r sorry we understand that's horrible seller we will take care of u and then nothing ...

Im a professional repair technician.
I made the order on Aliexpress number [protected]. Asked for a refund on 27th January.
The parts i ordered from Aliexpress dont fit properly the phone.
I sent Clear Pictures that show the products are not in proper condition for me to use them and finish my work.
If they are not in proper conditions, as proved, the refund is should be justified. But not this time.
Aliexpress so called experts team, did not examine the photos is sent technically. Which would be necessary to give a fair and knowledgeable judgement.
I asked for a trained technician to see the photos and give its report. They denied it.
They gave no justification for refusing my dispute and appeal and made me lose my money.
Since they dont know what they are talking about, they just asked for a video that would show the same as the photos.
Why they asked the video? Because they knew i am a professional buyer and dont keep the phone of my clients to make experiments. My client took his phone elsewhere to be repaired (as he should). So i lost a client.
Im a professional. All parts i order that work are reviewed, installed and customers happy. These just dont work!
A full refund shoud be done without a doubt. I never had a problem like this on Amazon, ebay or with paypal orders.
Im the one beeing damaged here, but Aliexpress does not care and doesnt even do a proper job analising proof.
The seller even tried to scam me because he knew he has faulty products.
He tried to lure me into closing dispute and give money by Paypal. But has i read in the internet, that is a scam to make us close dispute and then we cant reopen it. Then you're left with no money and no protection. But Aliexpress customer service does not work, so the so called protection is a fraud.
They dont have a proper channel to make complaints and now i know why.
They dont care about clients and the customer support is a joke.

I am a frequent customer of Ali Express and order many things online. Most of the time the suppliers are ethical, and even if there is a problem it has always been resolved with minimum problems.
Currently though, I have a very frustrating problem regarding this order. I ordered headphones, and received them. After receiving them I tried them. One of the ear pieces is not working. i opened a dispute for a refund, or other option. The supplier was not understanding or deliberately refusing to understand the the headphones were not working. They declined me demand for a refund, and have done nothing to resolve the issue.
Please refer to the conversations I have been having with the store on the records, then you will understand what I am talking about.
Please resolve this issue quickly, and please reprimand the QKZ store for there lack of customer service.
Without good customer service I would not use Ali Express. Confidence is very important when ordering online.
I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated with this order.

I bought very many handbags from Cajun trading Co Ltd on AliExpress in late 2017 and have had nineteen of them returned to me by customers as they have broken the first time they were used. It is always the same problem - the metal connection that joins the strap to the bag has broken and cannot be fixed. I have enclosed photos of three of the returned bags. I have messaged my contact, Jacy, from the company and although I sent photos of the broken bags she has refused to answer my queries or do anything to help me. Please could you advise what I should do.

Immediately after my purchase seller told me he was out of stock, but he had multiple duplicate listings of the same product on his page and neither of them seem to be out of stock. And he didn't take down any of these ads.
And the weird thing is after that he started toying with me thanks to AliExpress's useless dispute and cancel policy. I've tried to cancel the order by saying the seller was out of stock but he insisted that I should cancel by saying that I didn't like it. I was afraid to do that in case I couldn't get a refund so I didn't do it. After that he gave me a tracking number for another shipment he made to my country! For another customer! So, it was a fake tracking number! Because he said he shipped the product my "cancel order" request was cancelled automatically…
I have tried to contact customer service multiple times but they were useless. So after more than 1 month I still couldn't get a refund.
Now I have finally opened a dispute but now the seller wants me to cancel the dispute! I'm sure he will find a way in AliExpress's bad policies to extend the refund process maybe another month. He is up to something but I have no idea what.
I hope you guys can interfere and refund my money and punish this crook. I will also make complaints in other websites and warn people against shopping at AliExpress.

Hi, I ordered on 11th February 2×flamingo paper cups and 2×flamingo paper plates. I send 5 mesaages and questions about the delivery to the seller, and he didn't respond at all. As the seller did not respond I contacted your customer service and they promised me they will solve this problem and that my order will be canceled and I'll get a refund. So, I asked the seller to cancel my order as customer service advised me.
After 2 weeks the seller contacted me (not through messages, through my email, with your logo, like you are responding) and said that my cancelation is refused, so I asked seller to cancel my order again and he refused to do that.
So, after that I send the seller the message again and he is not responding, I asked him different questions but he didn't respond on any of my questions. What kind of seller treats the customers like that? That is really rude.
The seller refused my cancelation again so I contacted your customer service again 2 days ago and they said they will contact the seller and solve this problem for me and promise me my order is gonna be canceled and I'll get refund. But today I got a mesaage from Ali that seller rejected my cancelation again.
It seams like sellers have more rights then customer and that they can treat customers hiw they want, they don't listen to customers and does what ever thet want and that is really rude and unprofessional. On May 2017 I bought a xiaomi redmi note 4 from Xiaomi Dreami Store. On September 2017 the phone stopped working. I spoke with the shop and told me to send it to the store to repair it.. At 13/10/17 they delivered my phone and told me that it takes 2-4 weeks to repair it. Since then I speak with them and they only tell me that is still repairing and to be patient..4 months have passed and still no a responsible answer. I have all the discussions with the shop.

I have purchase a bike light from FCFB223 Store.
After a good week the light stops working and defect.
I contacted the store and they said to wait until they back from holiday on 26 februari.
I contacted then on 26 februari and now they refuse to replace the Broken bike light
I had good trust and I can't open a dispute because the 2 weeks are past of buyers protection.
They should solved this, but it seems they let me just wait until the buyers

Tv Box - Seller did not ship the item due to non availability of stock. Yet, inserted a fake tracking number which was to a another part of the country to buy more time..
Aliexpress have not resolved the issue. There is no guarantee that I'm getting my money back.
The seller keeps on asking to close the dispute that I have opened in Aliexpress.
the type of fraudulent practices are on a increase on the Aliexpress platform, sellers are exploring the loopholes in the system to increase sales.
In a sense it is the fault of Aliexpress as well, they should bring in more stringent methods to make sure sellers comply to a very controlled system to prevent fraud.
I could imagine how someone would feel if they ordered a very expensive device or a gadget such as for example a Electronic scooter which costs a lot more than a cheap TV box.
Should be grateful if there is a third party entity that could intervene in such cases. The aliexpresses internal dispute system is very biased.

I cannot put into words how disappointed I am by your seller YU WILLIAM, whose store is named ""hisonic Official Store".
On October 23, 2017, I purchased "Hisonic Wireless Bluetooth Headset Headphone" from the seller mentioned above. I received the product on November 14, 2017, and at first glance it seemed ok. Unfortunately, that assessment was premature, as after a couple of uses, I realized the headphones are damaged, as they could not be charged at all. I don't use the headphones that often, so it took me a couple of weeks to realize that the product is damaged.
On December 14, 2017, I contacted the seller. At first he wrote me that "Has more than a month's after-sales service. Any problem can be compensated within a month. very sorry. Please understand".
I wrote him again:
"Hi, You write that compensation is given within a month. When I wrote you yesterday - December 14, 2017, exactly one month has passed since I received the package on November 14, 2017. Therefore, as per your word, I kindly ask to return the product. Also, how does a genuine product come with absolutely no instruction manual or warranty?"
The seller wrote me back:
"If you are willing to pay the returned shipping fee. You can return it to us. Let's fix it".
I agreed, and shipped the earphones back.
After failing to hear from the seller, I wrote him on January 18, 2018 asking if he had received the package.
That same day he wrote me back:
"Dear friend, We had received your headphone, and the headphone can't charge, we will repair it,can we send a new headphone to you and we will send a small earphone as a gift. sorry for the wrong headphone this time, and thanks for your understand. happy new year."
I was very content with this solution and eagerly awaited my new headphones.
Since then I have not received the new headphones the seller has promised, and every conversation with him ends in empty promises. The seller refuses to accept responsibility and issue me a refund.

So to start I wanted to switch from using DHGate to using Aliexpress. I got the iOS app and went on it. A pop up came up and said signup now to receive a $4 off coupon. I click on the signup link and proceed to signup. I assumed I received the coupon. So I look for 5 min or so and find an item I like then try to checkout. As I'm in my cart trying to pay I'm looking for the $4 off coupon and I cannot find it. I get to the live chat and receive and agent. She tells me it's a first come first serve basis. Well that's false advertising saying signup now and get a $4 coupon only to be told 5 min later that you were to late for the "promotion". The agent then became very rude after I said it was disappointing as I was looking to switch from DHGate and that it was a poor representation of the company. I saved the chat logs for that purpose. I then got another agent on the line who apologized for the previous agents behaviour and would have someone look into it although I'm very doubtful that will happen as the second agent was using the same phrases like "dear" and "I see" as replies just like the first agent. Have a feeling it was same person both times. Basically I will not be using this company as their customer service is beyond horrendous when she says things such as "Welcome this is our service and there's nothing you can do about it" and "We have our own process and policy to follow and there's nothoing you can do about it". Well there is something that I can do and it is not spend my thousands of dollars I was going to spend purchasing all new camping gear and who knows what else and raising awareness so others do not take their business to such a rude company also.

I bought 3 pair of pyjamas from WEIXIANG brand (same size, same price), it turned out 1 of them is so off in size (the blue one in the photo) that I can't possibly wear it. I opened a dispute and uploaded photo evidence. But Aliexpress sided with the seller immediately and requested me to upload much more detail information and send back the item at my own cost, etc. I chatted with a customer service person (chat name "Naoko20") for almost 1 hour explaining what's wrong with the item, and he/she promised to "bring up the issue to the top management" and told me just reject the proposal from aliexpress and wait for my refund on 19/2. But when the day came, the decision was "no refund" with no explanation!
I'm shocked by the bad service of aliexpress. I chatted with them a few times, looks like they don't have a clue what/who you talked to previously. So every time when you chat, you have to start from beginning of the story. It's such a waste of time and energy draining. The aliexpress "consumer protection service" is all a joke to me.

Some time in November 2017 I brought a wig that never arrived I opened a dispute case but lost due to the lack of evidence. as at this point Dhl was still looking for my missing parcel.I was trying to contact them and they said I have to contact the seller to get my refund. The seller has been saying she will refund me .we have been passing messages back and forth and I trusted her to refund me but she makes up every reason not to refund me. It's been four months now and I still don't have my refund . I have contacted AliExpress and have just been told they are going to appeal for me with the evidence I provided and it will take 3-5 days for a response. This date has past and I still haven't received a response this was 10 days ago now . Today February 16th 2018 I done a live chat and was told my last appeal was in November 2017.so This confirmed to me that the appeal wasn't done by the live chat customer services this is unacceptable. I paid £116 for a wig that I didn't received . I'm very annoyed and disappointed at the way AliExpress has treated me is this case . I haven't had any support from them at all and have just been lied to .i would like my refund this is very stressful dealing with this and no one is supporting me get my refund.aliexpress and the seller don't care about the customer I await your reply and trust you to help me get my refund as soon as possible

I ordered a item from Aliexpress and i dint receive it. My local post has received it and have delivered it to a different person or address. They have confirmed that the parcel is missing via e-mail. But when i raised this concern with Aliexpress, the response i get from customer support is very bad. They don't treat me properly in the first place and closed the dispute in the favor of the seller. I am not able to open a investigation with my post office, as the investigation can be opened only by the sender. When i told this to the seller, he confirmed that the shipping was handled by Aliexpress, so only they have to open an investigation.

I live in Germany and i have ordered an indoor camera on Aliexpress.
I have received the notification to pick up the package. I went to the post office and the package was not there.
On the courier website the information is still wrong after 3 weeks, because it states that the package is still at the post office, something that it is not true, because i went to the post office twice and the package was not there.
The courier has lost the package.
In Germany only the sender is responsible to ask for an enquiry, then i can't contact the shipping company, only the seller can do it.
Aliexpress and the seller are not supporting me at all, they are just copying and paste the wrong information which states online.
On the courier website there is no update since 3 weeks, according to the courier rules, DHL, the shipment should be sent back within 7 workdays, something that the courier didn't do because they lost the package.
In attachment you can find a communication between the seller and me + an information in German which states that only the sender can ask for an enquiry and that most likely the courier has lost the package.

I found a credit card bill from aliexpress on the 2nd oct 2017 for $121.17.
I checked all my orders and I did not buy anything in october and have never spent this amount.. I have tried to lodge a complaint with aliexpress but am unable as I have no transaction number.. I have disputed this transaction with the bank but was told that as it was last year I have to contact the merchant first..

Totally understand what you say. I had the same experience. The customer service is only there for show. They do not help you anything when you have trouble. They just talk. They pretend they care. No, they don't have a clue what your problem is, and they don't care at all to help you out.
