I got the phone on the 10th of April but it did not turn on. I charged it with the factory power brick and USB cable but the screen does nothing. However, the same power brick powers up and charges my other phone (a Blackberry device). This test is in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms. Any intelligent person could only assume that the phone was D.O.A. (Dead on arrival): it didn't power on and it didn't charge. I contacted the store but they didn't reply so I opened a dispute. Only then the store replied to me, asking me to replace the battery (impossible because the battery non removable. How can they ask this? Don't they know their own products?) and also to swap the factory USB cable with another one (wich I did) but that didn't make much sense since I could charge my other phone with the factory USB cable and power brick (as you can see in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms). The store then replyed and offered me a "No return & No refund" proposal clamming "the mobile will power off when we ship it out, so it will excessive discharge, could you pls charge the mobile about 8 hours? then please kindly trun on the phone after 10 mins". I did that and I charged it for TWELVE hours, waited 10 minutes but the phone STILL wouldn't power on, neither charge and I sent a second video: https://youtu.be/wOLjZhoJTl8. You can clearly listen to me pressing the power button without success. Ali Express stepped in and offered me a deal, statting that I would return the phone and pay a return fee for the refund. Now, I've done EVERYTHING the seller asked, uploaded the videos and I still have to pay a return fee to China? You have to be kidding me! If the phone is D.O.A. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL), the return fee is the seller's responsibility, not mine! Then, Ali Express statted that I "Did not follow the instruction provided by seller". What do you want me to do? Send you a 8 hour video, demonstrating that I tried to charge it? Finally, on the 1st of May I got a message saying "The dispute has been closed today and we have made a mediation: Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0, 00! So, am I supposed to get stuck with a broken phone and loose my money? Are you kidding me? I really hope that you reconsider this decision! I sent the two videos! What more proof do you want? I just want my money!

This is how they are trying to resolve this:

I fully understand your feelings, however regarding this dispute, we found there's no detailed evidence as required (kindly follow the instruction to provide valid evidence as required)for the problem you mentioned when our Case Management Specialist handled this case. It is hard for dispute team to help our buyers if the evidence is not supported.That's why our Case Management Specialist reminded you to provide the detailed pictures to verify your claim in the mail. We highly appreciated your understanding and hope you could cooperate to provide required evidence in time next time."

What type of evidence do they want me ti supply? A 8 hour video showing that the phone is charging?

Dear sirs, are you really serious regarding your decision "Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0, 00"? I was sent a replacement smartphone. The phone doesn't work. Aliexpress does not help me. Phone cannot connect to google servers. This phone is new . I registered a complaint with Allianz but they are unwilling to solve the problem. Will some one please help me !

AliExpress gs 911 bought on obddiy store

This item was working perfectly during 20 days. After 20 days the PC interface didn't want to connect anymore
When the problem occured the first time I have contacted the seller in order to find a solution and repair the PC interface GS911

Unfortunately during the troubleshoot and by checking on internet I have discovered that the interface a counterfeit

I found this absolutely unacceptable because the inetrface is very expensive

The price is the same amount as an original one but here I received a counterfeit

I have contacted the seller again and explained the situation but he never replied after to my several messages refusing any sort of arrangement.

It's obvious that this seller is dishonest and crook

The seller used Aliexpress platform to sell forbidden item, not reliable and on top of this counterfeit.

AliExpress incomplete order - no replacements

I negotiated and paid for a bulk order of necklace cords. I received a partial order.
I contacted them 3 months ago to complain (within dispute time) and was told that I had mis understood the order. I sent them a copy of our correspondence emails which proved I had not. They took the order and the money but only sent half the goods. Repeated complaints were met with promises to re send missing items - none have been received and neither would they issue a tracking number for them. Now the time frame to file a complaint has run out.
I also happen to be a stock owner so this ticks me off even more.

AliExpress product paid but no delivery, unable to open dispute, no response

Why if there no result from complaining on this forum? I have complained on more than one occasion about AliExpress and their so called 'Buyers Protection' which is a SCAM. but no response. twice on their live chat, was promised it would be resolved, but months later still no response. so the money I paid is just taken as a nice clean profit. they do not have to proof delivery, they just themselves go change the status as delivered, even though it never even reached the country it was ordered from...

don't waste your money, avoid AliEpress at all costs!11

I continue complaining and was twice promised on the live chat that this will be resolved, so now i am just telling everyone about what frauds aliexpress are. Will continue to do so on all social media.

AliExpress address format for accounts - town missing from your database

I live in Australia and the town/city I live in is not in your database and I cannot put my correct format address in properly because of this. My address that currently comes up on my account is as follows,

24 Bowden Street,
Pittsworth, Queensland, Other, 4356,
Australia,

this is the incorrect format for postal deliveries in Australia.

It should say,

24 Bowden Street,
Pittsworth, Queensland, 4356,
Australia.

Is there any way that my town can be added to your database as I am concerned any parcels will not be delivered to my correct address which may mean I will have to stop ordering from AliExpress?

Complaint against V STAR TECHNOLOGY.

Order [protected] LeEco LET VMAX

I have ordered this cell phone. But no telephone company in Thailand was able to open and put in a SIM CARD. Therefore from the beginning it could be used only as a tablet. But it never worked because it has not been routed in the first place. I had different repair done in Thailand but finally it stopped working and even the seller was unable to repair. Therefore I demand a refund.

AliExpress ukelele not the one I ordered. cheaper than the one I paid for!!!

I placed an order in the Ali Express sale with the Ukelele Store, Order ID: [protected]., for a 26" Solid top mahogany Ukelele with built in Eq. What they sent me was a significantly cheaper one they have advertised with no solid top.

The following are the problems with the Ukelele:
1. Not Solid Top
2. Fret Board bone dry & will need oiling.
3. Ivoroid dot over screw on the bridge missing.
4. No strap pins which are advertised.
5. The Eq is faulty and nearly blew my speakers.
6. I discussed prior to purchasing the type of bridge I would like. I asked & they confirmed one with bridge pins instead of the loop type as I do not like or trust. This one has the loop type.

I had told them I would return to make further purchases if I was happy with this one. Well, they have lost a potentially good customer. I am now pissed off that I find myself in the dreaded Ali customer service dispute system. Stay away from the Ukelele Store. You cannot trust them.

Hi There,

Today 19th April, I got a call from Aliexpress executive (Diana) from her mobile no +[protected], she told me if you want to get full refund, please go to dispute spage and change the reason of dispute from Wifi & network problem to some other personnel reason, I updated the reason of dispute accordingly then she accept my proposal and assued me that I will get full refund once Ali express get back the phone. Then I asked her about the shipping charges to return back the goods, she again assured me that Aliexpress share a part of fee with me.

Afterthat she sent me the below address to courier the phone and asked me not to courier from DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS etc courier service

Now kindly reimburse my money back at the earliest and ask seller to make some arrangement and collect the goods from my place. Else assure me over the mail that once I shipped back goods to you, Aliexpress will reimburse me (IPhone Cost $ 258 + Conversion Cost $ 15 + Shipping Cost?)

AliExpress pricing items

Many merchants put a range of prices for a single item - but for different varieties of the item such as size, colour, or shipping location

The problem is that the cheapest item never exists. And the lowest price is just to attract the shopper to the item at the lowest price.

I suggest you allow only one price for each item. if sellers want a range of prices they should list it as a different item. 1 item - 1 price.

AliExpress watch faulty and i'm asked to return at my cost

I have had a non functional watch sent to me. You can't even have the hands moved on it. I sent a video also.

Ali express expects me to get the item sent in 10 days.. from England to china. What a joke and the shipping costs more than the item.
The seller sent me a fake/faulty watch - Why should I bear the loss.
This is not the first time. They have done this to me 5 times now. I lose the money and the thieves are being protected.

Hello, I have purchased a tablet from Shenzhen HongyangTechnology Co., Ltd. But it got stuck in costums in portugal, and when I got it I tested it and it doesn't read videos, when I try to read a video the tablet reboots (see video attached). I can't open a dispute because it says it passed 15 days after I received, but when I recieved the tablet it was already impossible to open a dispute. The tablet was defined as delivered before I got it. I sent a message to the supplier and he asked for a video, I sent the same one I attach here and after I sent the video got no reply from them for some days... I paid for a tablet which doesnt work, and because it got stuck in customs and was badly defined as delivered, I can't open a dispute. I find this unacceptable...

AliExpress guitar products

I bought capos for my guitars. All of them were badly faulty and totally unuseable. Submitted a complaint including photos of the very obvious faults. Aliexpress denied the refund. Seems ITS A MONEY MAKING SCHEME that Aliexpress geta a kickback from. UNTRUSTWORTHY company. Be very wary of what you buy and from who. Aliexpress will not help if problems arise.

I purchased producton 14 of april this product was a gift from my brother so he used his own card, ali express closed my order and give me option to claim I claim theirwith all the evidence they required includin my brother passport, his card picture, his trasaction list and my own passportto prove that he is my brother.
Till yet I have not received product or refund kindly send me product or refund otherwise I am going to apply for chargeback using my bank

Hi i bought this hair from a ali prarl on your site and i had asked for straight it came curly, not only that i payed allot for this hair and its constantly falling out and tangleing up all they could offer in return was a closure and £14
Now ther is nothing i cant do with that still i have to walk round now with terrable hair which I purchased off them ive made numerous complaints and thats all they sent me, the ittem is not as described there for i want my money back, also have pictures to proove they are ripping off allot of people

AliExpress 60 day guarantee

I placed an order for an item. The advertisement clearly states a guaranteed refund if the item is not received within 60 days. It means nothing. Previously, I would be patient and give a few days leeway. Following another recent conflict with Ali, I have decided to stick to the system in place. After the 60 days elapsed, I opened a dispute. I received several messages from the seller begging me to close the dispute. I refused as is my right under the agreement. I waited for the first 7 days to elapse before it escalated to Ali-Express to step in (Today). I received an email saying the item is in transit and to wait a further 10 days as there is still time remaining on the payment protection. If I do wait 10 more days, that will be 80 days in total I have been waiting.

A few words of warning in relation to payment protection. While any protection on these sites is welcome, abuse of the system should be stamped out by the site provider. The seller is able to extend the payment protection period to you without any consultation or warning. While this does extend the period of time you are protected it also delays your ability to deal with a dispute. It has become clear that Ali Express use this period of time as the time frame to refund/sort the dispute for you. This changes the terms of the agreement you sign up to when you make your purchase.

The biggest nightmare of all is the Ali Express Customer Service! It is deplorable, crap, brutal, worthless and every other negative thing I can say. I have had too many occasions to deal with them. Each time they have only succeeded in making my blood boil by being continuously patronising. My advice to anyone thinking of using, check every other possible site for a solution. The majority of what is available on Ali is also available on EBay for similar prices. EBay has way better service and customer resolution processes!

AliExpress my payment was declined and still I got debited.

Hello.. please i made a transaction of 15 thousand on the 13th of April 2018 and the transaction was declined... But my money was still debited. How is this even possible.? And I need to know when am getting my money back. This really needs to resloved otherwise am not buying anything from aliexpress and I also make sure I tell alot of people about it. Because I need to feel all my transaction with aliexpress is always save.
