AliExpress guizhe store

I did not receive the product (a pair of shoes).
According to the delivery tracking, the product was assigned but was left somewhere outdoor (due to the delivery policy), and I left without any product...
Although there is refund policy for these kinds of cases, GUIZHE Store refuses to do so.
I don't even find the place to complain about in Aliexpress site...

AliExpress kebidu new 8mm lens wireless wifi endoscope camera 1m 1.5m 2m 3.5m 5m cable for android ios for iphone inspection borescope

This item is not waterproof at all. Ip67 tell you that it can be used under water for 30min. Does not even work in humidity environment. Water in the lens so the picture you get is very blurred.
Picture 1 shows the moisture in the lens. Picture 2 was taken after 5 min in a humidity environment.

Send message to supplier and opened a dispute. Supplier advised me to post this on this portal

AliExpress queen story hair

Hi, I have been dealing with Queen Story Hair since April 4th in regards to some hair that I had recently purchased. When I received the hair they wanted 5 stars which I did because the hair was nice. I contacted them on April 4th complaining about the hair. They have been very evasive and not truthful in regards to my request for half of my money back even after they requested proof and I sent it. I then requested all of my money back because it has now been 10 days. Please help me in this situation. Below.

That user cheated me. Because of a customs problem, the package was sent back to him by the customs and he didnt send it again. Nearly 300 dollars they were. Shame on him. He promised me to send again but didnt. In the meantime they were approved by the system and the money sent to him. I have allthe messages between me and him.

AliExpress products did not reach to me.

My orders from BEILAI Official Store are not as described. I bought lots of led lamps as they are dimmeble but actually they are not and I coudln't used them. When I send message they said to me they will send new ones but it is about 4 months and I didn't received any thing. My order numbers was [protected], [protected]. The store lying to me because I bought lots of products from Aliexpress but all of them arrived to me. I want a refund but they are not answering my messages.

AliExpress order id: [protected] - seller: nogap4us - battery screwdriver

I wanted to avail of the anniversary sale so saved up a list to purchase. I made many purchases with no issues. The seller mentioned above sent me a message with a line about the Post company wanting more money as I lived in a remote area. They extra they were asking for would have increased the cost of the order by a further 20%. I found this unnaceptable. Important to note that of the other 15 orders placed on that day, not one seller contacted me looking for extra money for postage. I told them I was unhappy and either they sent the item for the price advertised or cancelled my order. I received no response. I applied to have the order cancelled many times and the seller just kept cancelling the request with a comment to get back to them in 10 days. I was furious. I contacted Ali Express 6 times speaking with 7 different customer service reps. To say they were useless was an under statement. They just kept fobbing me off. This experience has left a bad taste and I am no longer going to purchase from Ali Express.

I learned a lesson along time ago. If you make dealing with you far more difficult than resolving the dispute you will get a positive outcome. This is what I had to do in this case. Ali-Express system is terrible. The customer service agents keep making statements like I understand or I am here to resolve your issue, when in fact they do next to nothing. My issue should have been dealt with at the first communication. The seller breached the contract I entered into and all I wanted to do was cancel the order. Instead what ensued was a 15 day battle to get the order cancelled and my money back. I would like to see what sanctions they impose on the seller for messing me around. I would like to see the customer service agents given the power to force a seller to act in the buyers favour when they misbehave towards buyers. The buyers money is upfront on day 1. Overall, I am happy with Ali-Express in that every dispute I have opened has had a positive outcome in my favour. You just need to understand that working within the Ali Expresss system is the only way to resolve your issues. Agents appear to be unable to circumvent the system. That system needs a hell of a lot of improvement.

AliExpress iphone 6 refurbished from best seller (hk) 1 year quality warranty original phone store

This is my second complaint about this transaction. I originally complained two weeks ago as the company Best Seller (HK) 1 year quality waranty original phone store still refuse to give me a refund for a faulty product they sent out.

I have video footage from the same day I received the phone that shows the phones screen did not work properly. I complied with all of the needs the company asked for when sending back the phone (giving information as to what was wrong, providing detail of the faulty product) I even sent this product back paying for postage myself!

The company has continued to play games in order to avoid having to pay me the refund. They have now received the phone and they are saying the phone is in damaged condition and cannot give me the refund. As I said, I have evidence of the damage that was already on the phone.

Again, this is the second complaint I have made about this company. I would like to leave a public review to inform other Aliexpress users of the terrible way in which this company handles business.

Furthermore, this transaction has put me off using Aliexpress in the future. Due to the incredible lack of professionalism of Best Seller (HK) 1 year quality waranty original phone store has demonstrated I am hesitant to use Aliexpress in the future.

If this is not resolved I will never use Aliexpress again. However, I trust that you will follow up and ensure I receive the refund that is owed to me.

AliExpress transaction no [protected] never arrived

Hello.
I payed for digital caliper (Order Number:
[protected]).
Until now I didn't received good - it is over 3 months.
Seller ask to be patient, check a post office and so on but how long I need to wait for a goods which I paid?
He gave me a tracking no. but it doesn't work - do not exists (all correspondence is my mail box) i can send it on request.
Please contact seller and ask him to send the caliper to me or refund money.

A lesson I have learned with Ali Express. At the bottom of your order there is an icon of a truck. Put your mouse over it. It will tell you there is a gurantee of a refund if not delivered within a certain time period. In my case it is 60 days. I too used to be patient until I learned that the sellers will try and put you off until payment protection expires. When the 60 days expires open a dispute immediately. You are under no obligation to have the item resent, wait for arrival or to return the product.

It is important to note that in Ali Express's terms and cons, they clearly state that no money is paid to the seller until you have received and are happy with your item - or - until the payment protection period expires.

AliExpress didn't receive product and didn't get a refund

I didn't receive it and when I opened a dispute I ended up in the message center apparently (I concluded afterwards) where the seller promised to refund me. He didn't refund and I had to ask him again. After that my status became "Confirmation Timeout" and my dispute wasn't opened because apparently it's been 15 days since I "confirmed receiving the order" even though I never confirmed. So I still want my refund and I want to be able to leave a negative feedback since other customers shouldn't buy there and have to deal with the same.

At first, canceled my order because it was taking too long to ship. They denied my cancelation and asked me to wait. I said it's fine and I've waited a couple days and still, nothing is shipped. Now I don't want it anymore and they still canceled my request. I am canceling the order again and messaged them. They no longer are responding to me. I want my order canceled now. I should've checked their reviews beforehand because they have had a lot of customers with this problem. How could aliexpress possibly have business with this type of seller. I'm a gold member and have been shopping here for 2 years and this is the only time they have let me down.

I let the seller know I no longer wanted the product and to accept my request to cancel. The canceled a couple days ago and a refund is processing.

AliExpress cheating

Dear sir/Madam;
The shop Leif Sun send me a product that is not at all as described in the site.
I open a dispute but got no satisfying answer. The coat I bought coasted 20 $.
What I have got was a just a shame. For that reason I have done with Aliexpress!

this was last answer I have got from this shop:
"Dear friend, Sorry We can only refund you $4 for this as we have no stock to resend now Could you please cancel the dispute for us ? Best regards

AliExpress account hacked, and inaccessible from within aliexpress. customer service unresponsive. no help provided at all.

Someone gained access to my an email address only used for AliExpress and password, and then proceed to change them. Luckily I had not saved any banking info on the site.
The people I eventually spoke to were polite and evasive and duly promised to refer the problem higher up and then did nothing. had been a customer for a couple of years. Seeing how disappointing their security is, I shall never shop with them again and would never recommend this platform.

AliExpress received product don't work!

I got a watch that don't work, i inform the seller at once, i send a picture
how i charge the battery, but it don't work.
I am a technical man en now enough to understand that two possibility's
are in case.
Ore it is the Battery that don't function
Ore there is a malfunction on the watch self.
Whats very clear is that the watch is not been tested before sending.
I was not happy at all. I mention it on the seller and i propose to send a new battery, he was the supposition of the seller that it was a problem with the battery. he wil send me new battery. I receive a cable, no battery.
I mention again this error and i send him a clear message that it was the second time that he was in error. I was very miserable with dis situation . We are now 75 day between the first complaint to the seller and now.
I request a refund and he respond wit the answer " i GIF you two dollar and bye local a battery" . this is not acceptable. He send me a product that not work, i pay for it, this is a very cheap way to say "i have sold a watch and it is not my problem anymore" .
I am deeply affronted.
i suppose that you can see al the communication with the seller.
I receive no information anymore from the seller, he don't respond anymore on my e-mails.
I hope that i receive some information and a solution .

AliExpress motorbike clutch and brake levers; promised a refund but never received

I ordered clutch and brake levers (35 USD) which I haven't received. Seller promised to refund me but didn't. Spoke to 3 Aliexpress consultants who promised me a refund and have done nothing. Aliexpress after sales service is rubbish. The consultants lie and do nothing to protect the buyer. The consultant promised me a refund within 10 days and her name was Taylor. Our conversation is posted below. I have ordered more than 35 products via Aliexpress and once I receive my last order I will remove the application because Aliexpress only Carr's about the seller NOT the buyer

I have found the best way to get your refund is to open a dispute and try to avoid dealing with customer service. They are utterly useless and waffle on forever without doing anything. Once you open a dispute and you are sure it is a refund you want just reject any offer the seller makes. This has worked everytime for me.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

I cancelled an order before it was shipped. the seller ignored my request and shipped it anyway. I am a loyal customer and find the behaviour very unprofessional and unethical. I am requesting a full refund.
This has happened previously and I am not understanding why your sellers are being so nasty and unco-operative lately.
Please resolve this ASAP and refund ASAP.
I am also asking the seller be put under invesigation and their accounts frozen until this is resolved please. It is very unfair to me, the buyer and I am not at fault. the seller is

AliExpress product does not received till now

I have ordered many thing from aliexpress few i have recived but 4 month has passed away and till now i do not revived product and even seller r not responding just ignoring and refusing for resending and not giving refund i am very disappointed very bad experience with aliexpress sericously do something ?
Even i cant file a dispute because protection time has been finished i do not know about this beacuse of new customer...

AliExpress xuankun off-road motorcycle rear shock absorber accessories after the balloon 260 270 280mm shock absorber

I bought this shock absorber from ‘W & K motorcycle' on Aliexpress. Once payment was processed I was told by seller to be patient in awaiting the receiving of the goods. After 4 months I contacted the seller to query my order. I did not receive a response. After a month following that, I again asked on progress. He then told me the item may have been lost. When I tried to open a dispute on aliexpress I was not able to do so, as ‘disputes can only be opened up to 15 days after you have confirmed receiving your items'. At no point did I ever confirm receiving the goods on the app or website. I have now lost $56, with no option to dispute or request a new item. If this is not resolved I obviously would never consider using aliexpress again, despite it having a great range of products.

This product doesn't function when plugged in. I contacted the seller, and they wouldn't consider a refund unless my feedback was removed. I tried to remove it but I could only add feedback, so I added a positive review. I mentioned this to the seller and they added me to their blacklist. I just want my full refund.
