I tried contact 07/06/2022 with AIWILL Official store and have to receive reply after 24 hours but today 13/06/2022 and I haven't reply. Stay Far Away From This Trap!
This was a horrible, horrible experience! Everything I bought was either too small or too big. Shoes, I ordered a size 10. They sent me an 11 and when I went to return wouldn't you know it...the ability to upload a photo was not working. What does this mean? If you do not upload a photo then you cannot complete the return process so in essence, they prevent you from returning! I tried this site because I'd seen some reviews that said the clothing was true to size. NOT! I ordered a Med / 38 shirt and they were sooo tight it was ridiculous. The pant waist size they got right but the length was 32 when I ordered 33! Know what I think, if thy don't have what you ordered they'll ship you anything just to get your money...and I guarentee you you'll not be able to return it! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PEOPLE! STAY FAR AWAY...
Desired outcome: Stop ripping people off! I swear you people are so crooked and dishonest. Enable the ability to return items and be honest in the promise of goods delivered.

Aliexpress randomly charged my credit card
My credit card statement showed may 14/16 posted charges on my credit card for $14.75CAD however i did not buy anything on aliexpress in weeks! When contacting aliexpress they just make you wait, then they tell you to go to the bank...anyways they started scaming and cheating in my opinion. take off your credit cards and use prepaid or whatever...Also many products i noticed get canceleed by sellers but you need to get you money back...IN TIME! or you lose it...
Suspended payments
I have tried to order on aliexpress for days. I just ordered about 2 weeks ago and my Visa was accepted all of a sudden my payment is not accepted due to security reasons. I submitted an appeal and a few hours later received an email telling g me appeal is denied. I did live chat with agents and they said it takes a few days. I submitted another appeal today and same email telling it's denied. I was told I could use another card but explained that I tried several. No one will clear this up. I want to order items and can't.

I received cheap flip flops (as in the photo) instead of a scarf for 15.59 GBP (incl. shipping cost). I returned them using a label provided by aliexpress, and they arrived at their warehouse on the 28th of April. In the meantime, I started receiving messages from the seller that I didn't like, where they tried to blame me for not providing the barcode even though I sent all the information within the parcel. Later I received a message from aliexpress telling me that the package I sent was empty.
I completely disagree with this, as I did send the flip flops, and to me this looks like fraud. I was informed that if I disagreed with their decision I should go to aliexpress Refund & Return section and provide response in 'Solutions'. I tried to respond by providing information and pictures in 'Solutions' but there seems to be a problem with the website, as the 'submit' button circle goes round and the information does not go through to the website. I have tried at least ten times over the last 5 days, keeping on the website with the circle going round for several hours, trying to post the message and photos but they have never gone through. I have also send several emails to aliexpress to inform them about this but I have had no meaningful response.
This does not look like legitimate way of conducting business. They expect me to post my response but I have no real means of responding. I have also asked for refund for a dress that was sent with the same order but there were no problems with that, and I have already received the remaining two items, which were as described.
I would like a refund of 15.59 GBP for this scarf that was never sent to me.

I am writing about derogatory comments and attitude from customer service in the messaging department of JuFule seller.
To begin with, the late night representative of messaging claims he is the owner owner of JUFULE.
I find this impossible to be true.
2nd, over the year, and I do a fair amount of business, the representative at USA night hours keeps insulting the USA, and blaming the Corona virus on the USA.
What in the world does that slander have to do with business?
it simply makes a customer like me decide to not order from JUFULE.
I like the product, but really? Accusing the USA repeatedly for creating the corona virus? What in the world does that have to do with sales?
Please let me know your thoughts and actions on this.

I used AliExpress a few times years ago and never received the items I paid for. Now over a decade later, I heard that they were reliable and now had a process for refunds and tracking available. I guess I was lucky the first few times and everything arrived and was of decent quality. I decided to make more frequent and larger purchases. The last 3 orders never arrived although they claimed they did. These amounts to a few hundred dollars. My complaints were met with indifference and without reimbursement. I will never again use the AliExpress site or vendors. BUYER BEWARE. EXPECT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I returned a product using Hermes. I supplied the tracking numbers as asked and these were deemed invalid as the parcel didn’t arrive. Instead of following process and asking Hermes to investigate after 14 days as it says clearly on the website they have continued to blame me. I have contacted Hermes and they have admitted to me in writing that they have indeed lost the parcel which is a well unowned phenomenon with this company. They have told me again as I have Aliexpress several times that seller needs to claim against Hermes for losing the parcel as the contract is between them and not me. So I am suffering here and out of pocket because they refuse to refund for a Hermes mistake that they have admitted liability for. I want my refund of £90 paying and for them to follow the correct process and claim from Hermes and stop blaming me. This has gone on for over 4 weeks now and I am sick of it. I have supplied all the evidence I can including the screen shots of Hermes correspondence.

I shopped with aliexpress in November and both my orders were returned back to China because they didn't had my mailing address! I was never informed and a month later I was informed about the failed delivery from my local post office when I went looking for my package. Aliexpress is so sneaky that they did not even refunded my amount after receiving the packages back. After dispute, I was given 1/4 of the amount I spent and despite multiple appeals and waiting for hours to speak with customer services, not a single cent was returned by Aliexpress.
My chat services have been blocked that I can never speak with a live agent, my emails are responded with auto reply that they do not respond to emails and your appeals or surveys get ignored regardless. I want to know why my money has not been refunded when it was entirely Aliexpress fault for failed delivery. The only thing mentioned on my package was my city name!
Desired outcome: I want an apology for wasting my time for months and giving me unnessacry stress. I want a full refund and a compensation coupon for the international banking fee and conversation rates I paid to this fraudulent company.
