Airtel Indiacalls to airtel numbers from switzerland and from airtel numbers to other numbers in switzerland not happening

Calls from Switzerland to Airtel numbers in India and from Airtel numbers to landline numbers in Switzerland not happening for last two weeks. Customer services says that it may take another two weeks. The reason given is some problem with the server and beyond Airtel's capability. It depends on Switzerland companies and probaly there are more countries. Airtel did not inform this mal functioning of service in advance and now also not commiting any time bound solution. Who will then be responsible for loss of business due to non functiong of phones for such a long time? Whenpayment is not made even for one day, we get 4 times a day reminders and reminder sms. But no information when they abruptly stop the services. <br />

    Still no replies from Airtel. They are only sending sms that it would be reponded in 24 hours with some complaint numbers but nothing is happening. Someone called from Airtel office without even reading the complaint, I asked his did he not read the compalint, he says that he just got the message from Airtel head office to contact and does not know anything else. So this is another way of delaying the work and troubling customers

    I continue to get automated replies that complaint is registered but still the issue is not resolved. One side Airtel is talking of groawing globally, acquiring big comapnies, investing billions of dollars and on the otherside, to their home consumers, they are not even giving the basic service?

    Dear Sir

    Happy to see that Airtel is responding here but I am not sure how sincerely they are on the job. The net continues to be extremely slow even though we got the sms that work will be complted by 27th April. Its rather unfortunate that we need to bring the matter on various blogs for Airtel to accept the issue and work.

    May be Airetl is not worried about their revenue loss due to such problems but I think Airtel has no right to disconnect us from communicatiion leading to business losses when our entire thing runs on communication network

    systems down for last two hours and no news from Airtel, calls to 121 are also not reaching to right contact but simply running automated messages

    No improvements, internet problem continues, how is Airtel going to compensate for the losses? Funny thing is that their recovery team calling three times a day for the two day delay payment of Rs 700 for the services which they are not giving? They called me and said that they will disconnect my number by tomorrow evening but I said pl do so as internet is not working anyway. The number in question is 011-[protected], this is Airtel service

    I absolutely agree with Mr.Sandeep Goyal lot of troubles in browsing since over 1 week now and still not able to resolve the issue.

    I am real sick of the Airtel as most of the websites are really not working some times going into cache mode.

    sites just nor opening, server sunchronization of sites not happening. Name server pointing not happening as the domain registrars net$india might also be using Airtel as their backbone and this is the scenario. Just nothing is happening and no response them. Atleat they should tell what the problem is and what is their plan to solve? They are simply hitting below the belt and making us loose business. And our country is after lalit Modi while there are bigger guys who are hitting India's economy and then so the credibility. I am now using Reliance to put this post as Airtel is just not working.

    harassment continues, I got again several calls to make the payment for 011-[protected]. I asked why internet is not running and why are the demanding for the services which Airtel has not given, answer was that calls will continue if I do not make the payment. They have now started behaving like street hooligans with no realisation that theyhave no rights to ask for the money if they are not able to give any service

    Really amazed at this state of affairs at Airtel - supposedly a premium professional customer focused organisation. Thank God this state of affairs was revealed - I was on the verge of buying a broadband Airtel connection which I will surely not go ahead now.

    I guess MTNL would be safer - at least we know what to expect from MTNL and therefore our expectations will not be belied!!!

    My sincere commiserations to your Sandeep - business lost in this manner is difficult if not impossible to retrieve - especially as your business is rooted on customer service.

    Never ending story, I got my bill for [protected] this month and find that they have billed me for PC Secure though we never subscribed for it. They had done it the same with us in our office too. I think they are just dodging the customers and making more money by billing small amounts so that consumers to not notice easily and they make profits by unfair means. When broadband was installed, i specifically told them they must not acrtivate it, but they did it. I called up customer services, they said they will deactivate it and refund the money but it continues to be billed. This is open chori and fooling customers
